Click  at the top right of any Facebook page and select Settings
Click Download a copy of your Facebook data below your General Account Settings
Click Start My Archive

Because this download contains your profile information, you should keep it secure and be careful when storing, sending or uploading it to any other services.

Learn more about what info is included in your download. If you don't have a Facebook account, you can make a data access request.


Second:  Be sure to Remove your digital “footprints” from Facebook.


UN-like EVERYTHING.  Unlike friends pictures, posts, pages, websites outside of Facebook that has a LIKE button.  Then you can start deleting all friends, one by one.


1. Delete everything that is related to your profile. That includes, but is not limited to: pictures, friends, messages, wall-posts, mini-feeds, news-feeds, posted items, interests, groups, applications, gifts....etc etc etc... Get the picture? EVERYTHING!


2. Contact the Facebook staff and request a permanent deletion of your account and that all information about you is fully erased. Of course, remember to tell them your user name.

You should get a response within a week.

We too know firsthand the pain from losing a child to vaccines.  My husband lost his 4-month old grandson Devin to vaccines.  After 4th month checkup, a week and a half later Devin was gone.

The best way to stop this ongoing insanity is to keep the children OUT of mainstream medical and hire a competent chiropractor and/or naturopath instead.

The main reason people are still having pointless arguments with medical doctors who study medicine and not health is because they think they are necessary. Medical doctors are not necessary. Of course emergency room physicians and surgeons are very necessary, but unless you're in danger of loosing your life why are you going to medically trained doctors? Research the history of allopathy and you may never see a medical doctor again. It's best to keep the children OUT of mainstream medical and hire a competent chiropractor and/or naturopath instead.

"Confessions of a Medical Heretic" is a great book that you can find for free online. The introductory chapter alone will begin turning you into a research machine. I also recommend the research of Eustace Mullins.

Sad to think that the beginning of our lives we are treated as a sickness. The moment most women discover they are pregnant they rush to a medical doctor. WHY? You are not sick. A baby is not a tumor. It does not need ultrasound, needles, etc.... To make sure it is healthy. What babies and adults need for health is for us to get out of nature's way. Industrialized and commercialized pharmacy has been around for no more than 90-100 years, and is making record profits above all other industries. Nature has been around since....well forever, and does not profit from your sickness. Pharmaceutical corporations need you to be sick in order to profit. If you are dead or healthy you are worthless to them. Further they cannot be successful without the protection and distance that medical doctors provide them. And lastly medical doctors are empowered by our belief in them as erroneous as it is.

A pediatrician is not an "essential" part of raising children. That is an indoctrination (Mind Control) that has bought, lock-stock-and-barrel. For an otherwise healthy child, a pediatrician is NOT necessary - except as coach and counselor (which most are not).  Pediatric visits are at 2-4-6 months for doctor convenience (time to bully a new mom/dad into vaccinating when you're tired and still trying to "figure it out") and for insurance company planning (a way to get your child into the EHR system and tracked for life).  Use a naturopath and/or good chiropractor instead.

NCR case study: Scoliosis, double vision, concentration difficulties

Published on 7 May 2014

A patient shares her success with NeuroCranial Restructuring® (NCR) treatment. Also included is video footage of her fourth and final treatment session with Dr. Howell and Dr. Simonson. Though she will require more treatments in the future to further her progress and increase stability, she got significant relief in her back pain and improvement in her posture in just one four-day series of treatments. Her improved alignment and stability can be observed in side-by-side motion videos and photos of before and after, and her family members are amazed at other benefits of her treatment such as the smoothing out of her wrinkles. Her eyes also become less deep-set, and become more level with each other. When the eyes are un-level and in different planes, this can cause double vision, which was one of her complaints. Though not mentioned in the video, she did report on the last day that she thought this was beginning to improve as well.


This patient is an example of chronic, long-term skeletal misalignment caused by faulty weight-bearing patterns through the skeleton, caused by cranial imbalances. Scoliosis is often caused by a spiral pattern in the skull, which the body then has to balance and accommodate. In NCR, our motto is "As above, so below." The rest of the skeleton must form a spiral pattern to balance this spiraled weight distribution from the skull. It does this by rotating vertebra and other bones (such as pelvic bones) out of alignment in order to balance and stabilize the brain and nervous system. The spiraled weight distribution also causes spiral patterns in the long bones (like the femur) and can distort or derange the shape of the bones themselves in a process of bone remodeling.


Contrary to common thought, bone is very flexible, malleable and changeable tissue. Bone can be remodeled very quickly, even within 4 days' time. However, with chronic cases like this, the most dramatic and long-lasting changes occur over the course of multiple series spread over several months or more. This gives the skeleton a chance to truly remodel itself and rid itself over time of the spiral patterns and other faulty weight-bearing patterns caused by the cranial imbalances.


Because NCR releases the distortion patterns in the meninges (a springy-like tissue surrounding the brain and spinal cord), this initiates a spontaneous, self-unwinding process in the body, which continues for a month or more after the treatments. Therefore, the true 'treatment' actually begins AFTER each treatment, and after the series is completed. For chronic cases, it is recommended to continue monthly or as often as possible until enough bone remodeling has occurred to result in significant changes in the stability patterns, especially when there is pain involved. Because the brain prioritizes stability over pain, it will choose a misaligned pattern if it is more stable, even if it causes you pain. Continued pain is a sign that more treatments are needed to insure a stable alignment in which pain is no longer necessary. That is why chronic cases can take longer, because there is often pain involved. NCR is designed to be a cumulative, progressive treatment process over time.


That all being said, the results from just one series of NCR can be astounding, especially in those who are eager and ready for change. And fortunately, the same excellent results can be had at any age. However, with scoliosis and other spinal deformities, it is best to treat patients when they are as young as possible, to prevent the faulty weight-bearing patterns from being distributed in the skeleton altogether or for as little time as possible, so they do not get solidified. Thus, the younger scoliotic patient will require much less treatment than the older scoliotic patient to fully rid the patterns. In the older patient, some of the bony deformities may not resolve completely, but nevertheless, the weight-bearing patterns and stability patterns will be much improved, as you see here in this case. This will lead to the person being higher functioning and more capable in all areas of their life.

[Vaccination-Liberation] Quarantine Authority

As some of you know, Parents Against Mandatory Vaccines (formerly ForOhioans) has been following the vaccine issue from a corporate statutory/corporate agency perspective since the faux pandemic of 2009.

This is the total opposite of what we were doing on the way to and back from a trip in early June.   We were having a such blast feeding the seagulls that were gathered around the two rest stops.


We were throwing organic apples up in the air, on the ground, and throwing them up high to watch them catch the pieces with their mouths.   I do believe the birds got more apples that we did.  It was a lot of fun and I had great pleasure feeding them.  You know.... the little things that make us smile.

Some folks are suggesting colloidal silver as a defense against ebola. Others have concluded that colloidal silver only works against bacterial infections. Apparently ebola depletes Vitamin C stores.

I finally got the four pages about Ebola in Dr. Levy's book read, and thought I'd pass the information along.  This is on pages 105-108, in chapter two under subtitle "Ebola Virus (Curable-?, Reversible-?, Preventable-?)," in the book "Curing the Incurable: Vitamin C, Infectious Diseases, and Toxins" by Dr. Thomas E. Levy, MD, JD.

The front cover of the book says, "With over 1,200 scientific references."

On page 105:

"...Ebola is probably the best known of a class of viruses known as hemorrhagic fever viruses....yellow fever, dengue hemorrhagic fever, Rift Valley fever, (and many more)....The clinical presentation of these diseases is similar to scurvy, which is also characterized by capillary fragility and a tendency to bleed easily....

"In the classic form of scurvy that evolves very slowly from the gradual depletion of vitamin C body stores, the immune system will be sufficiently compromised for infection to claim the patient's life before the extensive hemorrhage that occurs after all vitamin C stores have been completely exhausted...."

On page 106:

"(T)he viral hemorrhagic fevers typically only take hold and reach epidemic proportions in those populations that would already be expected to have low body stores of vitamin C, such as is found in many of the severely malnourished Africans....

"To date, no viral infection has been demonstrated to be resistant to the proper dosing of vitamin C as classically demonstrated by (Dr. Fred) Klenner.  However, not all viruses have been treated with Klenner-sized vitamin C doses, or at least the results have not been published....

"Cathcart (1981), who introduced the concept of bowel tolerance to vitamin C discussed earlier, hypothesized that Ebola and the other acute viral hemorrhagic fevers may well require 500,000 mg of vitamin C daily to reach bowel tolerance!...

"Belfield and Stone (1975) reported enormous success in the treatment of a variety of viral infections in animals, emphasizing that they had found no virus to be unresponsive to intravenous vitamin C....

"The experience of Belfield and Stone with vitamin C and viral infections in animals certainly seems to agree with the phenomenal success that Klenner reported to his treatment of viral infections with vitamin C in humans...."

On page 108:

He goes on to mention the research of several others and then concludes the section about Ebola with:

"All of this evidence lends further support to the notion that encountering the Ebola virus does not mean instant death.  It is also unlikely that Ebola virus could successfully sicken an individual with a good general nutritional status, and who is taking a daily bowel tolerance dosage of vitamin C."

(Dr. Levy used large IV doses of vitamin C to successfully treat two cases of West Nile, according to the "Boulder Weekly" newspaper several years ago.)

I wonder if the US medical personnel who contracted Ebola in Africa had vaccinations before they went there--and if so, how many.  Dr. Archie Kalokerinos' 1981 book "Every Second Child," about his work with aborigine children in Australia, has a foreword by Nobel laureate Linus Pauling which Pauling concludes by stating, "(I)t is known that immunization and inoculation lead to the destruction of vitamin C.  Dr. Kalokerinos deserves much credit for having made these discoveries."
