The Daily Messenger: How can you stay silent, when you know that silence is keeping others in slavery? Unless of of course, you simply only care about your self. Then help those who do speak out, and you are counted as a warrior...: Do your part to free those in slavery. Or help those that do, because then you become like them, a warrior for the Almighty. DB

Our work is exposing the dangers of vaccines to save all of our children (adults too), has always been our way of freeing up others. Exposing the real evils of vaccines, and letting others know on our blogs, any social media posts, on websites like Vaccination Liberation, & finding as many exemption forms to help with opting out. This has always been our way of fighting evil, the best way we know how. It's like the first time ever sending someone an exemption form, and they got their child out of vaccines was such a great feeling, and each time we here do that, we feel we have helped save that child from the danger of injury and possible death. Because ALL of these lives are precious and matters very much.
We also love supporting our fellow warriors, like the one above, with financial support (when we have the means to do so), reposts, sharing their stuff on social media, etc...
And what little health info we know about to help people with their health problems and needs. With me, personally, I try different things to make sure what works, with trial and error, of course, etc...
Always praying for each other and showing our love for our fellow warriors out there.
And always wondering if we are ever doing enough for all of them, etc...

AGENCY:
Office of Infectious Disease and HIV/AIDS Policy (OIDP), Office of the Assistant Secretary for Health, Office of the Secretary, Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).
ACTION:
Notice.
SUMMARY:
The development of a National Vaccine Plan (NVP) was mandated by Congress as a mechanism for the Director of the National Vaccine Program (as delegated by the Assistant Secretary for Health) to communicate priorities for achieving the Program's responsibilities of ensuring adequate supply of and access to vaccines and ensuring the effective and optimal use of vaccines. The most recent NVP, released in 2010, provided a comprehensive 10-year national strategy for enhancing all aspects of the plan, including vaccine research and development, supply, financing, distribution, and safety; informed decision-making by consumers and health care providers; vaccine-preventable disease surveillance; vaccine effectiveness and use monitoring; and global cooperation (http://www.hhs.gov/nvpo/vacc_plan/index.html). To help inform the development of the National Vaccine Plan 2020, HHS is issuing a Request for Information (RFI). The RFI will solicit specific information regarding the priorities, goals, and objectives in the next iteration of the NVP, remaining gaps, and stakeholder perspectives for the 2020-2025 timeframe.
DATES:
To be considered, comments must be received electronically at the email address provided below, no later than 5:00 p.m. ET on October 24, 2019.
ADDRESSES:
Responses must be submitted electronically, and should be addressed to NVP.RFI@hhs.gov. Mailed paper submissions and submissions received after the deadline will not be reviewed.
SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:
With U.S. vaccination rates above 90% for many childhood vaccines, most individuals have not witnessed firsthand the devastating illnesses against which vaccines offer protection, such as polio or diphtheria. According to a recent study, routine childhood immunizations among U.S. children born in 2009 will prevent 20 million cases of disease and 42,000 premature deaths, with a net savings of $13.5 billion in direct costs Start Printed Page 50051and $68.8 billion in total societal costs.[1] In contrast, adult vaccination coverage rates have remained persistently low, with only modest gains for certain populations in the past few years.[2] As a result, the standards for adult immunization practice were updated in 2014 to promote integration of vaccines into routine clinical care for adults.[3]
Despite the widespread availability of effective vaccines, vaccine-preventable diseases (VPDs) remain a significant public health challenge. In particular, rates of non-medical exemptions for childhood vaccines are increasing,[4] and there have been recent measles outbreaks in the U.S.[5] and globally, due to growing vaccine hesitancy and coverage levels below the threshold needed for herd immunity. With an estimated cost of $20,000 per case of measles to the public sector in 2016,[6] the economic consequences of this and other VPDs, as well as the health consequences, are significant. Furthermore, few adults in any age group are fully vaccinated as recommended by the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices. Large disparities in vaccine coverage by race/ethnicity persist, with African Americans, Hispanics, and Asian Americans lagging behind whites in nearly all vaccination coverage rates.[7] VPDs such as pertussis and hepatitis B continue to take a heavy toll on public health,[8] with 18,975 cases of pertussis and 3,409 (22,000 estimated) cases of hepatitis B infections reported in the United States in 2017.[9 10] In light of these challenges, strengthening the vaccine and immunization enterprise is a priority for HHS.
The 2010 National Vaccine Plan (https://www.hhs.gov/sites/default/files/nvpo/vacc_plan/2010-Plan/nationalvaccineplan.pdf) and the associated implementation plan (https://www.hhs.gov/sites/default/files/nvpo/vacc_plan/2010-2015-Plan/implementationplan.pdf) have played an important role in guiding strategies and allocations of resources with respect to vaccines and vaccination. However, since the publication of the 2010 National Vaccine Plan, there have been many changes in the vaccine landscape.
To respond to the public health challenges of VPDs, OIDP in collaboration with other federal partners is leading the development of the 2020 National Vaccine Plan. This updated plan will recommend vaccine strategies across the lifespan and guide priority actions for the period 2020-2025. To develop this plan, HHS, through OIDP, seeks input from subject matter experts and nonfederal partners and stakeholders such as health care providers, national professional organizations, health departments, school administrators, community-based and faith-based organizations, manufacturers, researchers, advocates, and persons affected by VPDs.
This request for information seeks public input on strengthening and improving the nation's response to VPDs and strategies to address infectious diseases through vaccination. The 2020 National Vaccine Program requests information in five broad areas. Responders may address one or more of the areas below:
1. Priorities for the 2020 National Vaccine Plan during 2020-2025. What do you recommend as the top priorities for vaccines and immunizations in the United States? Why are these priorities most important to you? [Provide up to 2 pages to answer these questions]
2. What changes should be made to the 2010 National Vaccine Plan to make it more current and useful? This could include changes to the goals, objectives, strategies, activities, indicators, and other areas of the plan. Which components of the 2010 National Vaccine Plan worked well and should be maintained? [Provide up to 2 pages to answer these questions]
3. What are the goals, objectives, and strategies for each of your top priority areas? Are there any goals in the current strategy that should be discarded or revised? Which ones and why? [Provide up to 2 pages to answer these questions]
4. What indicators can be used to measure your top priorities and goals? Are there any indicators in the 2010 National Vaccine Plan or the National Adult Immunization Plan (https://www.hhs.gov/sites/default/files/nvpo/national-adult-immunization-plan/naip.pdf) that should continue to be used? If so, which ones, and why? [Provide up to 2 pages to answer these questions]
5. Identify which stakeholders you believe should have responsibility for enacting the objectives and strategies listed in the 2020 National Vaccine Plan, as well as for any new objectives and strategies you suggest. Specifically identify roles that you or your organization might have in the 2020 National Vaccine Plan. [Provide up to 2 pages to answer these questions].
The information received will inform the development of the 2020 National Vaccine Plan.

Today In New York
Today, in 2019, in NY, the melting pot of America...healthy, religious children were held hostage in segregation rooms in a Long Island school and not allowed to use the bathroom because they were presumed to be carrying diseases that they did not have.
Today, a group of middle schoolers were removed from the lunch room in front of their friends and told, in a group setting, by the principal, that they were not welcome back on Thursday due to their vaccination status.
Today, uniformed security guards went door to door enforcing government orders giving unvaccinated children a cease and desist order to not return to school.
Today, a healthy little boy on his last day of first grade sobbed as he showed his mom the good-bye sign his class made for him.
Today, a family featured on the local news as unable to vaccinate for valid Religious reasons had their business called multiple times with hate messages and threats.
Today, a high school senior who needs 1/2 a credit to walk at graduation was kicked out of school and off of her sports team that was earning her a college scholarship. Some of her friends are also unvaccinated for other reasons and allowed to stay in school.
Today, a religious family was kicked out of a Pediatrician’s practice that they had been with for 9 years because they refused to give one shot every 6 days for 3 continuous months to their vaccine injured son.
Today, a 9th grade girl threatened to end her life if she could not attend school with her friends. The professionals were called in and offered her grief counseling because that is the most appropriate modality for her pain.
Today, a school district physician who never examined a medically fragile student denied this child’s medical exemptions, which were signed by two unrelated physicians and the child was kicked out of school.
Today, a school representative in a marked car hand delivered a school expulsion notice to a Mom while she waited at the bus stop with other families.
Today, a boy with all his vaccines except one that he has an anaphylactic allergy to, was kicked out of school. He a medical exemption from his physician who will not administer this vaccine due to the harm it will cause. The government banned him anyway.
Today, a healthy child was isolated in a nurses office with sick children for 7 hours because she was not up to date on her vaccinations. She was offered one bathroom break and was not permitted to use the phone.
Today, a boy with profound autism and a mitochondrial disorder that impairs his body’s ability to process the aluminum in vaccines was kicked out of his special needs program where he always thrived.
Today, a Mom was called a cunt, a piece of shit and a bio-weapon. She was told that she should die. She was threatened to have CPS called on her for her inability to vaccinate her children 72 times because of her religious beliefs.
Today, the government published a hotline so people can call to identify and report families who choose to opt out of the pharmaceutical mandates now required for education.
Today, a group of healthy high school students were engaging in civil disobedience, an act that Thomas Jefferson referred to as a moral obligation to defy an unjust law. The school officials following government orders quarantined these healthy students in the auditorium and did not permit to leave for fear they would infect other students in the hallways with illnesses that they were not infectious with.
Today, a politician promoted discrimination and hate speech on a live radio show about a minority group in her community and told the public that they were nothing more than conspiracy theorists who get their information from propaganda sites on google.
Today, an elected official from a minority culture tweeted disparaging, hateful comments about another minority group in his district
Today, a mother deeply opposed to abortion, was forced to inject a medical product that contains tissue and cells from unwanted, aborted babies into her healthy child to maintain their normal life.
Today, a child wishing to remain in school with his friends and his sports was vaccinated. Later that day, he had a seizure and was taken to the ER where he was told it was just a coincidence and he would have likely had the seizure either way.
Today, politicians in Washington D.C. introduced a federal bill that would allow for a child of any age to consent to any vaccine on the childhood schedule.
Today, an 8th grade boy is clinging to his life after a suicide attempt brought on by the despair of being kicked out of school and isolated from his entire life.
Today, a little girl was asked to leave her religious education class because her parents stopped vaccinating her after she was injured from them.
Today, a panicked mother grabbed her vaccinated child at the dance studio and protected her from her long time friend, a healthy, unvaccinated child at the same studio.
Today, school district officials closed down a co-operative learning program that unvaccinated, religious children were attending as a replacement to the education system they were expelled from.
Today, the government is working to add another vaccine to the mandatory school schedule. This time for an STD that is not contagious in school. That vaccine manufacturer is currently in litigation for fraudulent safety and efficacy claims.
Today, it is our children the government banned from their society for not following government orders to undergo profitable medical procedures that will undoubtedly cause harm to some.
Today, they are forcing compliance on my family, against my wishes for my body.
Tomorrow it will be your child.
At a certain point there is no parent who is ok with the government dominating their child’s medical decisions. And you will have no choice. You will have to Lose your life as you know it or get injected and face the consequences, medical or moral.
Today, the government took away My Right To My Body under a false guise of public health for all.
Tomorrow it will be you.

1200 studies The Truth Will Prevail
Get this FREE 718 page interactive eBook containing excerpts from well over 1,200 published PubMed studies, containing thousands of references. The science contradicts what we are being told by many medical doctors, the media, our government officials and the pharmaceutical industry about the safety and effectiveness of vaccines. We are told time and time again, that vaccines are extremely safe and effective and the the “the science is settled” on the matter. Well I have news for those who think so. There are thousands of scientists and researchers that disagree. And, you are about to meet them and hear what they have to say. The bottom line is that THE SCIENCE IS FAR FROM SETTLED! I have spent the last 2 1/2 years compiling this exposé, with the goal of sharing it with the world. Please read the introduction below describing the looming crisis we face, and the reason I have undertaken this massive fact finding effort.
Here's the link to this amazing ebook, that this very humble man has spent 2years of his life putting together in the hope to shine some light on "the mountain of suppressed evidence that contradicts what we are told by the media, government agencies & medical establishments"

Recognizing Angels (Joe M.)
Poet for The Revolution
November 2 at 6:44 AM
Recognizing Angels
Recognizing angels
Who walk into our lives
Is rarely ever done
It’s not until they’ve flown away
It’s clear to everyone
Joe M is such a Godsend
And Mrs Joe as well
They led us to the nearing end
To help guide us out of hell
And “just like that” they’re gone
Leaving it now up to us
To bravely carry on

Comments from others:
It's just strange that on the same day 8Kun comes, Joe M goes. Mission accomplished? One day we will know it all. Prayers for Joe M that whatever he does next, the Lord clears his path.
Janay Jovingo Joe m and mrs m deleted same day that 8 kun came back up, coincidence?
I think he is part of Q somehow. He did post one last post before deleting.
