Please, please, please pray two, three or even four times before getting the flu shot this year. I just went to Kroger to get some groceries and this "specially formulated" flu shot advertisement for the elderly came out right before my receipt. I asked the pharmacist what this was all about, and she told me that they offer a "more concentrated version" of the normal vaccine because the immune systems' of older people are weaker than younger people.

Deceptive marketing at its best.

I promise you this: no one is flu shot deficient. What we need is to learn how to beat disease God's way! Please be a natural healthcare advocate, and share this information with your loved ones. It's the only way to spread truth.

"Have you had your flu shot yet?"
That sounds like a question the doctor should be asking, right?
Turns out, you can't even enter the supermarket without being asked if you've had the shot, and pushed to get it right then and there if you haven't. If your answer is "No," they assume you meant to say "No, not yet."

Now, let's talk natural therapies!
The best way to avoid the flu is to have a strong immune system. Eat right and drink water, exercise, get enough sleep, use essential oils!
