The STATE OF CALIFORNIA prohibits unvaccinated "persons" from attending school

In 2009 this 1 hour video was my first introduction to the world of "personage" and the corporate government. The speaker was John Harris, who recently died. It is a great video and the structure John described is still in place in the UNITED STATES today.

Evidence that John is absolutely correct can be found in the verbiage of the STATE OF CALIFORNIA's SB 277 that eliminated vaccination exemptions for school "persons":

"Existing law prohibits the governing authority of a school or other institution from unconditionally admitting any person as a pupil of any public or private elementary or secondary school . . . "

And the STATE OF CALIFORNIA's statutory code states almost exactly what John Harris sited in the video in their definition of a "person":

"17.  “Person” includes any person, firm, association, organization, partnership, limited liability company, business trust, corporation, or company."
