Regarding the CDC's Power Grab

Most folks don't really understand what the CDC actually is. It is a division of the massive network of agencies (450+) connected to the United States federal corporation See #15 here: https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/28/3002

(15) “United States” means—

(A) a Federal corporation;

(B) an agency, department, commission, board, or other entity of the United States [Federal corporation]; or

(C) an instrumentality of the United States.[Federal corporation]

This is not opinion, this is not theory - it is irrefutable FACT.

Like all corporations the United States is run in a top-down fashion. Congress does not control the 'agency network'. While they can hold hearings and complain about what the agencies are doing, there is little they can do to get them to change their policies (rules/regulations).

This is why Rep Bill Posey has no authority to reprimand the CDC for their scientific fraud. All he can do is chair a hearing . . . and the CDC will continue to do what they are funded to do. .

Understanding we are dealing with a corporation and a network of sub-corporations is essential if we are going to find ways to say no to mandatory vaccinations or quarantine.

Asking the CDC (public comment) to not inflict unnecessary vaccinations or quarantines on the American people is much like asking to TSA to stop scanning or groping passengers. Or asking the Department of Homeland Security to stop militarizing our police.
