Mr. Attorney, California's SB 277 says that a "person as a pupil" must be vaccinated before being admitted to school. Could you tell me what is meant by the word "person"?
Mr. Attorney:
Well, we live in a complicated society and our legal system reflects that. Sometimes words have different legal meanings than they do in common language. The word "person" has many meanings.
Mother:
Does the word "person" mean flesh and blood living boys and girls?
Mr. Attorney:
Not exactly, but it could by inference.

According to the California statutory code the word “Person” includes any person, firm, association, organization, partnership, limited liability company, business trust, corporation, or company.
- How can they define a word by using the same word in the definition?
- How can laws for corporations, trusts, firms, etc be applied to living boys and girls?
- Why would they pass laws requiring "corporations" - which are not alive - be vaccinated?
Mr. Attorney:
The law is complicated, which is why attorneys spend many years in law school.
Mother:
This makes no sense.
Mr. Attorney:
Ha Ha Ha! This is why people hire attorneys.

Now, non-attorney researchers - determined to figure out the answers to Mother's questions - are happy to explain this dilemma. We do not believe that the only way Americans can deal with the legal system being inflicted on them is to pay an attorney. While it is profitable for attorneys, it causes horrific harm to those who can't understand the legal system but are expected to abide by it or else! And no one takes an attorney with then when they sign the necessary paperwork to register their child for school.
Here is the short answer to Mother's question: A flesh and blood living man, woman, boy or girl is NOT a "Person".
