Elli exposes them and screen shots their posts. Showing both screen shots with names scrubbed out and the previous Non-scrubbed ones... Thinking maybe he changed them to scrubbed names possibly because an admin or moderator probably asked him to do so
So these trolls go into a pro-vax group and openly brag and admit to doing so. They pretend to be anti-vax to get their foot in a group, then start trouble after a while.
And because I'm like this and because we're so tired of the pro-vax trolls and vaccine murders of innocent children, which is why showing the NON scrubbed versions to expose their names. When it comes to children being harmed, fuck being nice to trolls! These paid trolls go into anti-vax groups and screenshot away, so one good turn deserves another, but Elli did provide the non-scrubbed names to begin with, and changed his post later.
These trolls are some kind of special haters and hate groups.

How to Spot Them?...
They're easy to spot. Their FB page won't have a personal phot of themselves and their page is full of demons, cartoon characters, Star Wars (is a big one) cats, lizards and other animals. Singularly they don't look strange but collectively they look like Shills. I put a few collages together to show what I mean and will share them here.

As have been said before... THIS IS WAR for our children! We must protect them!
Keep them out of the Public Fool system, no birth certificates, keep them off of any lists, especially any government list, such as WIC, Welfare, Girl and Boy Scouts, govt. run summer camps, even church membership lists, etc... Actually, we ALL should stay off of these kinds of lists.
