Increase bioflavonoids. yea right, B3 Niacinamide 500 mg. with (something that sounds like) anosymal ? 500mg.   Both 5X a day.  That's what I got out of it.

I figured out he is saying Inositol 500mg. Thank you for the help :)


We are going to try this grapefruit, ginger and onion stuff.  Eat all three separately anyway.









batch to batch will be different it has lasted as long as 3 weeks and as short as 3 days ---either way refrigerated or not ---will depend on the fruits you are using and the age of them
