URGENT ACTION ALERT - EXEMPTION RIGHTS IN OHIO BEING ATTACKED - ACT NOW!!!
On June 19th a last minute addendum was slipped into Ohio House Bill 166 in the Senate the day before going to vote and with very little warning and no time for objection, the budget bill passed the Senate in its entirety 33-0. It now goes hastily to a – yet-to-be-announced – small committee for any revisions deemed necessary.
See the opprobrious section on page 873 in the bill as passed by the Senate on June 20, 2019, which reads: “(F) Notwithstanding division (B)(4) of this section, a nonpublic school may deny admission to or refuse to enroll a pupil whose parent or guardian declines to have the pupil immunized for reasons of conscience, including religious convictions.”
If we allow the state to slowly whittle away our rights to attend the schools of our choice, we will quickly find ourselves in the same medical dictatorship state Californians are now fleeing.
