A quick go over, of what you need to keep yourself alive. This is has been on my juicing and raw foods blog since 2011. It works, and I have had the flu but once in two decades. Neither has any of my sons, while they lived with me....

Iodine (Lugol's) - CHECK!
Colloidal Silver - CHECK!  (And thank you so much, by the way!)
Fruits/veggies - Grapefruits, oranges, brocoli, cauliflower, garlic, onions (raw), etc... CHECK!  We have organic juices too.
Sunshine - Err... Sort of.  Only have an old vintage sunlamp,since we have longer winters here and no sun.  But by month's end, will  have some natural sunlight, and can get thru the glass.  Maybe can go outside when no chemtrails are being sprayed.  So Trump did not end the chemtrails here.  We have the D3 supplements, but still stay under that sunlamp too.

Other things:

Vitamin C (Sodium Ascorbate) - IV Vitamin C (ala Linus Pauling) is best, but for those unable to get it, can get the supplement version of it.
Borax (Is where Boron comes from) - Builds bones and kills fungus
Super Saturated SSKI - Kills fungus in the body as does Lugol's.
Sulfur Crystals
Proteolytic Enzymes (keeps inflammation down)
Baking Soda in water helps with alkalization too.  And anti-cancer.
Vitamins & Minerals
Mineral Cell salts by Hyland's
Monosodium Phosphate for teeth, and the Uncle Harry's remineralization liquid for teeth.
Various essential oils & diffusers
Masks, gloves, goggles, and ear covering.  (Can cover ears with saran wrap, if need be).
Ozone machine & Negative Ion machine.  (Again, thank you!)
Anti-nano stuff, as in Anti-nano bucket, Nano Killer, magnetic sticks, and magnetic bracelets.
