hereby certify that the administration of vaccines and other immunizing
agents to my child __________________ _________ ___-___-____is
contrary to our religious beliefs and strong moral and ethical
convictions, held either individually or jointly with others, and I
therefore exempt my child from immunizations requirements of Florida
Legal Precedent:
I ____________ am exercising ( my / our ) rights under the First
Amendment of the United States Constitution, the provisions afforded to
me to decline vaccinations pursuant to 1006.69 Section (2), to receive
Religious Exemption from Vaccinating or Testing. Florida Administrative
Code Chapter 6C-6.001 contains no rule or legislative reference which
says that a claim for religious exemption must be documented on a church
letterhead, signed by clergy to be exempted. Applicable law has been
interpreted to mean that religious beliefs is subject to protection even
though no religious group espouses such beliefs or that the religious
group which the individual professes to belong may not advocate or
require such belief. Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 as
amended November 1, 1980; Part 1605.1 - Guidelines on Discrimination
Because of Religion.
I am declining vaccination(s) for my child because the vaccinations conflict with my religious tenets and practices.
Laws that require one to be a member of an organized religion with
tenets in opposition to immunization in order to qualify for a
religious exemption; have been ruled constitutional in State and Federal
courts. Applicable law has been interpreted to mean that religious
beliefs is subject to protection ; even though no religious group
espouses such beliefs or the fact that the religious group t which an
individual professes to belong may not advocate or require such
beliefs or the fact that the religious group which the individual
professes to belong to may not advocate or require such belief.
Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 as amended November, 1980;
Part 1605.1 Guidelines on Discrimination Because of religion. My legal
rights are guaranteed by the Free exercise Clause of the First Amendment
of the United States Constitution. Recent court decisions have upheld
the rights of individuals seeking exemptions from immunizations based on
personal and religious reasons. On the U.S. Supreme Court level in
Frazee v. Illinois Department of Security, 489 U.S. 829, it was found
that a state may not deny an exemption simply because a person is not a
member of a formal religious organization.
Religious Beliefs: As a
practicing Christian, I believe my body and that of my child is a gift
from God and a temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20) and
that it must not be polluted (2 Corinthians 6:19-20) The ingredients in
vaccines are certainly pollutants to our bodies. As, such I find it to
be contrary to my conscience to knowingly have these toxic chemicals
injected into our bodies. My religious belief as a Christian obligates
me to follow the judgement of my conscience. Therefore, Therefore
requiring us to receive vaccines, is requiring us to act in direct
opposition to our conscience, and thereby contrary to our religious
beliefs.
We believe in God, and that God has created us in his
image. In being created in God's image we are given his perfect immune
system. I believe it sacrilegious and a violation of my sacred religious
beliefs to violate what God has given us by showing a lack of faith in
God. I believe receiving immunizations shows God that I have no faith
in his promises of protection for us. We believe Jesus and his many
promises and protection for us if we place our trust in him.
By accepting vaccines we are putting our trust in modern medicine. We are commanded to take EVERYTHING to him.
"Do not be anxious about anything; but in everything by prayer and
supplications with thanksgiving, let your request be made known to God"
Philippians 4:6
Once you have reviewed the list of toxins-
mercury, aluminium,formaldehyde, aborted fetal tissues, foreign animal
DNA and RNA and understand intensively that these substances can not be
good.
We are also advise to ponder everything.
"Finally,
my brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are honest,
whatever things are right, whatever things are pure, whatsoever things
are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report, if there is any virtue
and if there is any praise, think on these things" Philippians 4:8
"Whatsoever things are true"
There are no conclusive irrefutable studies to prove that vaccines are
safe. There are no long term studies proving the efficacy and long term
safety do exists.
"Whatsoever things are honest"
If
vaccines are honestly safe, why did Congress pass a law in 1986 forcing
taxpayers (not vaccine manufactures) to compensate parents for vaccine
induced injuries and deaths suffered by thousands of vaccinated children
every year. Most states allow unvaccinated children to attend public
school/daycares provided each one has an exemption form on file. But
most schools/daycares inform parents that their child will be denied
enrollment unless they are up to date with state-recommended vaccines.
Honest practice requires honest behavior with honest words. There is
clearly something deceitful about government immunization programs.
"Whatsoever things are right"
What is right about allowing the injection of dead or live viruses
cultured on aborted fetus tissue into the human body? As Christians we
are known for our stand against taking a life of a unborn child. Are we
to believe that abortion is murder in the eyes of God; yet inject th
genetic material of aborted fetuses into ourselves in the name of public
health is "right" in the eyes of God? Clearly one can not believe
abortion is wrong and believe vaccines containing the genetic maerial of
aborted fetuses is "right"
"Whatsoever things are lovely"
What is lovely about having animal DNA, aborted human fetal tissue, and
foriegn animal viruses, suspended in a cocktail of the most toxic
substances known to man, injected into the body so it can find it's way
into the blood stream? There are 44 references in the Bible Through out
the Bible; God refers to the sanctity of blood and the importance of
keeping it pure. Would he consider the presence of dead or lie viruses,
foreign human and animal DNA, mercury, aluminum , and formaldehyde in
our bodies " lovely"?
Luke 13:1-5 States that those who mix human blood with the blood of animals are "sinners"
"Ye shall not eat of anything that dieth of itself" (Deuteronomy 14:21)
...and but flesh with the life therefore, which is the blood thereof,shall ye not eat (Genesis 9:4)
Vaccines are often made of or in bodies of fetuses or eggs of said
unclean animals.The process of creating the vaccines causes said animals
to die in the process (dieth of itself) Many vaccines are made in or of
diseased animals.
" Whatsoever things are of good report"
The National Child Vaccine Injury Act of 1986 mandated physician's to
report certain vaccine adverse events to the Secretary of the Department
of Health and Human Services; which led to VAERS ( Vaccine Adverse
Event Reporting System) is to detect early warring signals and generate a
hypothesis about possible new vaccine adverse events or changes in the
frequency of known ones. It relies on physician's to " Voluntarily"
report adverse events. However there have been some limitations according
to the CDC and the FDA; variability in report quality, biased reporting,
under reporting, and inability to determine whether the vaccine caused the
adverse event in a individual. If a physician will not report an event;
the parent is able to report it himself.
The FDA stated that less
than 10% of adverse reactions from vaccines are ever reported. It even
seems possible that less than 1% of adverse reactions are reported and
taken seriously. The CDC put a publication out on vaccine induced
injuries from 1990-1995. They stated that there were 45,000 vaccine
injured individuals. More alarming is the statement that this figure
represents less than 1% "due to gross under reporting" Using the CDC's
own data, at minimum 45,000 x 100 = 4.5 million vaccine induced injuries.
This calculates to 900,000 vaccine induced injuries each year from
1990-1995 minimum.
" If there is any virtue (moral excellence)"
Christ is clear on His desires for us to strive for virtue. I ask the
Body of Christ; What virtue is there in the dishonest vaccination
program/ What virtue is there in schools deceitfully informing parents
that vaccines are mandated without first option of informed consent?
What virtue is there in enforcing parents to inoculate their children
with known neurotoxins and claim their autism, diabetes, asthma,
multiple sclerosis, etc have nothing to do with vaccines? There are
contaminants from animals (monkeys) used in vaccines manufacturing
(polio). the number of Simian viruses documented in this vaccine goes up
to SV-40 presently and may continue to rise. Bound by an agreement with
the pharmaceutical companies, the FDA must turn a blind eye to up to 100
viral contaminates per dose. Where is the virtue in that?
THEREFORE BE IT KNOWN TO ALL THAT I HAVE CHOSEN NOT TO SUBJECT MY CHILD
TO THE RISK OF VACCINATIONS. TO DO ANYTHING LESS WOULD BE IRRESPONSIBLE
AND SINFUL AS A CHRISTIAN PARENT AND WOULD VIOLATE THE TEACHINGS OF
THE BIBLE.
BE IT KNOWN THAT I HAVE CHOSEN TO DO MY GOD GIVEN
DUTY AND RESPONSIBILITY TO PROTECT AND DEFEND MY CHILDREN FROM ANY SUCH
FORCE OR INDIVIDUALS BENT UPON SUBJECTING MY CHILD TO THE RISKS OF
VACCINES.
The Bible teaches us; that when man's law contradicts
God's law, His people must obey God's law over man. " We must obey God
rather than men," (Acts 5:29)
THEREFORE BE IT KNOWN SHOULD ANY
POLICY, DICT, OR LEGISLATION OF MAN DECREE MY CHILDREN TO BE VACCINATED;
WE MUST OBEY GOD RATHER THAN MAN AND AS MOSES' PARENTS OF OLD AND WE
WILL DO SO WITHOUT FEAR.
The Bible teaches that God's people are
to be humble, peaceful, to do all they can to be peaceful with others.
"If possible, so far it depends on you, be at peace with all men." (
Romans 12:18)
However, the Bible also teaches that if and when
anyone (be it Indians in the 1800; or government bureaucrats in the
1900's) attempt to harm or take one's children or family members; one
must respond appropriately.
ALSO BE IT KNOWN THAT WE DESIRE TO BE
AT PEACE WITH THOSE WHO MAY FEEL OR THINK DIFFERENTLY THAN WE DO ON
THESE ISSUES OF VACCINATIONS. AND THAT IS WHY WE HUMBLY EXPLAIN THE
CHOICE WE HAVE MADE.
BUT BE IT KNOWN , SHOULD ANYONE EITHER
DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY ATTEMPT TO FORCE VACCINATIONS UPON MYSELF OR MY
CHILDREN OR ATTEMPT TO TAKE THEM OR ANY FAMILY MEMBER WHO DEFENDS THEM
AWAY, THEN WE WILL DEFEND OURSELVES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF GOD'S AND
MAN'S LAWS.
FURTHERMORE, ANY PARTY WHO DOES NOT RESPECT OUR
BELIEFS AND ADMINISTERS VACCINATIONS WITHOUT MY WRITTEN PERMISSION. WILL
BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR ACTIONS TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.
