The US Department of Justice issues a report on vaccine injuries and deaths every quarter.

There are 211 cases for vaccine injuries that made it to the Department of Justice acknowledged as a vaccine injury. That's 211 severe injuries and deaths for the period 5/16/2015 through 8/15/2015.

86 of the settlements were listed in this report, giving the name of the vaccines, the injury, and the amount of time the case was pending before settlement.

65 of the 86 settlements were for injuries and deaths due to the flu shot, and the majority of flu shot injuries were for Guillain-Barré Syndrome (GBS).

These quarterly reports on vaccine injuries and death settlements from the U.S. vaccine court are not reported in the mainstream media.

So then it would be time to force the liability issue.  It's PAST time to force the liability issue and reveal these govt and physician organizations as the CORPORATIONS for profit that they really are.

Some people are beginning to use The Vaccination Notice since it raises these issues and forces the liability issue.  You can ask Ingri and/or Al Whitney regarding that, as that is what she suggests to folks now, since exemptions are becoming harder to get, and states like California are changing their statutes to wipe out the exemptions.  If that passes, CA will be a medical exemption only state.  So that is why more and more are using the lawful notice instead.

Most folks don't understand that the public health department, the CDC and the state are all corporations. Basically Our Government is a Corporation. The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) is a corporation headquartered in the STATE OF GEORGIA. The CDC IS NOT PART OF A LEGITIMATE GOVERNMENT. Repeat: the CDC IS NOT PART OF A LEGITIMATE GOVERNMENT! It is a private for-profit corporation that is chartered under the umbrella of the private for-profit UNITED STATES corporation with extremely close ties to the pharmaceutical companies.

I do not recognize the CDC as a government health advocacy organization. It is a corporation listed on Dun and Bradstreet and headquartered in the STATE OF GEORGIA, with strong ties to the pharmaceutical industry. Therefore, their recommendations are influenced by the 'fiscal' health of their corporation. Regarding pediatricians... A pediatrician is not an "essential" part of raising children. That is an indoctrination that has bought, lock-stock-and-barrel. For an otherwise healthy child, a pediatrician is NOT necessary - except as coach and counselor (which most are not). Pediatric visits are at 2-4-6 months for doctor convenience (time to bully a new mom/dad into vaccinating when you're tired and still trying to "figure it out") and for insurance company planning (a way to get your child into the EHR system and tracked for life). Use a naturopath and/or good chiropractor instead.

Letter to Judge Regarding SB277 by Maka Pejuta Win

This is a very well thought out and written letter by Maka Pejuta Win regarding SB277.  I did clean up the formatting just a little to make it more readable.

Good evening to all. I had posted this a couple of days ago. I received a fair amount of good response, but have noticed it has been deleted from here. Some (one) believes I am encouraging... Well I don't know, speaking the truth to those who are deciding our children's future is bad. I have done nothing illegal in writing this letter. I can assure you many parents are writing to this judge and there is no law the states we can't. I am re-posting because the facts in here are very important. ( I have included them in comments to be pulled up by all of you for your reference.) If this goes against this group, well please tell me so and I will pull myself from here. Many blessings to all, and thank you for speaking up for those who can't.

Dear Honorable Judge Dana Sabraw,

I am writing this letter concerning SB277 injunction you’re deliberating on. Please sign it! Please allow the 1000’s of children not being allowed to go to school a chance to go to school. Right now, 8-18-2016 parents have called their children in sick waiting for you to make a decision. Some local schools are unenrolling them if they do not attend by today. I ask you, what will the parents do who can’t homeschool? Please sign and allow the court system to do it job. Please sign it and give the parents a chance to be heard.

You have heard arguments on SB277 that are from the 1800’s. The health concerns of this country are NOT in the 1800’s. They’re NOT the health issues of today. Those rulings no longer apply to today’s society. In the late 1800’s children were given 1 vaccine. Children in 1961 were given 5. Children in 2016 get 76+ doses of vaccines according to the CDC August 2016 schedule.

All of the vaccines SB277 mandates list seizures as a ‘adverse reaction’ (side effects) according to the vaccine package insert from the vaccine manufacturers (ref 1)
(1) Diphtheria
(2) Hepatitis B
(3) Haemophilus influenzae type b
(4) Measles
(5) Mumps
(6) Pertussis (whooping cough)
(7) Poliomyelitis
(8) Rubella
(9) Tetanus
(10) Varicella (chickenpox)
Nothing can be mandated to be given to a child that may cause brain damage.

The CDC as of August 2016 added these vaccines; Hepatitis A, Pnemococcal, Meningitis B, and a 4th HPV, for ages 7 to 18. Will all of these be part of the SB277 mandatory vaccines? That would make 26 doses of vaccine from 1st grade to 12th grade. A grand total of 76+ doses of vaccines from birth to 18. I ask when will it stop? If CDC requires it will SB277 mandate it as it states in text of SB277 bill SECTION 1. Section 120325 (11) (ref2)                 1 of 4


Millions of children have been vaccine injured in the United States. The State of California can be held liable for vaccine injuries as being they’re mandated by law by the state of California. (ref 3) There have been many parents who could not get a Medical Exemption.

California doctors have been intimidated by extreme ‘consequences’ if they give Medical Exemptions. Those ‘consequences’ were confirmed when Santa Barbara Health Department stated before SB277 went into effect that they were going to ‘REVIEW’ the Medical Exemptions that all doctors have given. This action violated HIPAA laws, FERPA AND PPRA student privacy laws, doctor-patient confidentiality, and doctor’s discretion on treating their patients.

The parents are the ones who will bear the responsibility for financial cost of a child who has been vaccine injured. The Pharmaceutical companies hold NO lability to their product. In no way should something so dangerous, that holds no liability, be mandated.

Now if SB277 is allow to continue the big picture is this. If just 1% of the children leave the California school system a loss of $750,000,000,000.00 in Federal money will happen. Just 1%! We all know that it will be much higher if SB277 is put forth to all grades. Which programs will be cut first? The parents who can homeschool will not register their children in the local school districts. Why would they? If their child is unable to attend that school why would they register through that school district?

I ask you, Honorable Dana Makato Sabraw, if your child was allergic to penicillin and the state of California mandated EVERY child get penicillin shot, would you submit your child to it?
