Veggie Cap Crap – How Supplements Can Harm You

FINALLY!!!!  Others are catching on to this supplement hijacking. Veggie capsules are the furtherest thing from ever being any kind of vegetable.  Calling a product vegan because of these capsules are some of the biggest lies and scam ever.

VEGETARIAN CAPSULES MADE FROM:
HPMC — Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose — is derived from pure cellulose of either pine or poplar, AND NON Digestible.

Veggie Cap Crap – How Supplements Can Harm You

https://herbscientist.com/veggie-cap-crap-supplements-can-harm/

Veggie-capsVeggie cap composition can cause stomach discomfort, gas, bloating, and diarrhea. If you have ever felt oversensitive to certain supplements, the capsule that contains them may be the culprit. So-called ‘vegetable capsules’ were created in a misguided attempt to replace those nasty, animal-based gelatin capsules that supplements used to come in. This move has been more harmful than helpful, because ‘veggie caps’ are not as natural as the supplement manufacturers want you to believe.

A Personal Experiment
You CAN do this at home.

I never even considered that veggie caps could be a problem. That is, until I did a simple experiment. It started with the observation that when I took a boatload of supplements at one time, I got NASCAR-fast burning diarrhea racing through me. Frankly, this kept me from taking my supplements as regularly as I would have liked.

I always suspected vitamin C as the culprit, since this is a common side effect of taking too much of this vitamin without building up tolerance to it.

For some reason, though, I started to wonder about all the veggie cap material that I was also taking with my supplements. To check out this out, all I did was disassemble all of my supplement capsules and dump their contents into a liter of water. This is what I drank down over a few hours and … VOILA! … discovered that it caused no digestive problems whatsoever.

Hmm.

Of course, in this Age of Google, I soon found forums and blog comments where lots and lots of other folks reported the same difficulties when taking supplements in veggie caps.

Now for the Shocker
All of the following sentiments about veggie caps are absolutely untrue!

“Veggie caps are easily digested.”

“Veggie caps are all natural.”

“Veggie caps are soooo much better for you than gelatin caps.”

These are marketing-based claims designed to feed the oversimplified beliefs of the “plants are cleaner” crowd.

Here is what I found out to be the real truth about veggie caps.

They are made of a substance called hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, which is described as follows on Wikipedia:

Hypromellose, short for hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC), is a semisynthetic, inert, viscoelastic polymer used as an ophthalmic lubricant, as well as an excipient and controlled-delivery component in oral medicaments, found in a variety of commercial products. As a food additive, hypromellose is an emulsifier, thickening and suspending agent, and an alternative to animal gelatin.

Got all that? Here is some more enlightenment.

The driving reason behind the creation of veggie caps was to provide a substitute for gelatin caps. Gelatin is derived from collagen, which comes from animals. Remember the good old days, when Jell-O was a great gelatin-based treat? Fast forward to modern times, whereby collagen-based supplements are wonderful for the health of our joints, bones, skin, and nails. Yup, plain old Jell-O was the first collagen supplement.

Gelatin is easily digestible. If not, then generations of children would have suffered untold digestive harm from constant diarrhea and its consequent dehydration. Deadly.

The Reality of Veggie Cap Chemistry
Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose is made by starting with cellulose, which comes from plants. Cellulose is completely indigestible by humans. Altering cellulose by adding hydroxy, propyl, and methyl moieties does nothing to change that.

Veggie caps are therefore 100% indigestible!

HPMC is what we call a ‘semi-synthetic’ substance. It is not a natural substance!

Indigestible, semi-synthetic substances are not necessarily inert. In fact, they often provide fuel for colon bacteria that can digest a lot of things that pass through our system untouched. This is apparently what happens to veggie caps. That may not seem so bad until you realize that a colon bacterial bloom creates metabolic gases and acids that result in bloating and diarrhea.

This is why veggie caps are NOT better for you than gelatin caps!

What is Actually Better for You?
Gelatin capsules. Plain and simple.

Our bodies already have the ability to digest, absorb, and reassemble collagen. That’s why eating Jell-O always made for better nails. That’s why collagen supplements support the health of bones, joints, skin, and nails.

Ultimately, that is why gelatin capsules are superior in every way to veggie caps when it comes to health benefits.

What to Do
You can do several things to reduce your consumption of veggie caps when taking supplements.

Since supplements in veggie caps are hard to avoid, then do what I do. Disassemble them and dump the contents into a glass of water.
Buy bulk powders whenever you can.
Buy supplements in softgels. Softgels are still made from gelatin.
Buy supplements that are already in liquid.*
*The main caveat for liquid supplements is to watch out for other ingredients, especially sweeteners. Most non-sugar sweeteners will act on our system the same way that veggie caps to.

Regardless of how you reduce or eliminate veggie caps from your supplement protocol, you will be better off when you do so.

Be well,
Dr. D

avoid '-ose' ingredients (please see description)

Like cellulose, hypromellose, microcrystalline cellulose, Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, etc...  The "excipients" in supplements.  Majority of supplements have been hijacked ON PURPOSE, and the supplement industry is just as bad as Big pHARMa.  Read ALL LABELS on supplements.  Avoid ANYTHING and ALL stuff with nano.  NO NANO ANYTHING!

DANGERS OF MICROCRYSTALLINE CELLULOSE, FILLER IN PHARMACEUTICALS

DANGERS OF MICROCRYSTALLINE CELLULOSE, FILLER IN PHARMACEUTICALS

DANGERS OF MICROCRYSTALLINE CELLULOSE

I have some NEW concerns for us to think about as far as using MICROCRYSTALLINE CELLULOSE as a filler in Nature Throid, Westhroid and ArmourThyroid tablets.

I am a Registered Nurse, with an extensive background in physiology. It occurred to me that just as the cells cannot keep out artificial sweeteners, but absorb them as if they were ordinary glucose, and that this wreaks havoc in our cells ability to function, leading to many forms of physical discomfort and illness, that the same thing would apply if we use MICROCRYSTALLINE CELLULOSE as a filler in our Thyroid products. I remembered reading on this forum about why Armour stopped working well for many people, even when they adjusted their dosage correctly. The reason stated was that they had started using artificial fillers.

Doing some research I came upon this article, and want to share it here. It says exactly that: Our cells cannot stop the micro-nano particles from entering them, and once there they are not able to be useful, but float in and out of the cell membranes, and basically clog up tiny places in our bodies, bioaccumulating as we take more, and causing background inflammation to rise.

A couple of excerpts from the article follow:

Nanotechnology: benefits vs toxic risks,

Feb. 1, 2007 George Burdock |Functional Ingredients

“”Once in the body, some particles have changed the shape or conformation of proteins, creating a protein similar to that produced in Alzheimer’s disease. Changing protein conformation can potentially create new allergenic proteins in organs to which the body could mount an immune response.

While easy entry into the cells of the intestine and target organs can be beneficial, the other side of the coin is that because these particles are so ‘slippery,’ how can they ever be excreted by the body? Because much of our excretory system at the cellular level is based on a cell successfully excreting a substance (as in the kidney) to be flushed away, how can the particle be made to remain in the waste stream if it can so easily gain re-entry into other cells downstream?

While some of the more dramatic examples of actual physical damage are described above, the damage most often seen in response to nano-materials is the generation of reactive oxygen species, resulting in oxidative stress to the biological system.

In oxidative stress, the universal antioxidant chemical in the body, glutathione or GSH, is converted to the oxidized inactive form, GSSH. As reserves of GSH are depleted and the GSH:GSSH ratio lowers, the body mounts a progressively more assertive reaction. The first stage of oxidative stress is to produce special enzymes to detoxify the new invading chemical; if, however, there is no enzyme for this purpose or the human does not have the capability to produce the enzyme, the body progresses into the next stage, inflammation.””

The Throwback Collection of Morgellons Specimens - Cellulose Mentioned

The Throwback Collection of Morgellons Specimens
https://web.archive.org/web/20140326235806/http://www.morgellonsexposed.com/Throwback.htm

Different snippet from the article about Cellulose contamination:

Just like Candida which has cellulose as a component the oomycota has cell walls of cellulose.  The human body has no way to rid itself of cellulose.  Feeding the body carbohydrates which will ultimately become sugar overgrowth due to lack of good bacteria in the gut, seems support this cellulose growth.  To lessen the cellulose growth, carbohydrates are best kept to a minimum.

During the time I worked with Mary she was able to get some of my Morgellons samples into a lab at the University of Pittsburgh.  They underwent testing using Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy. They were found to be hollow, auto fluorescent and to contain cellulose but no chitin.  From my earlier study of mycology I knew that the absence chitin ruled out any fungus since all fungus contains chitin

The whiplash flagella has a shape similar to a worm-like structure I often find which I call the motile strand. The composition of oomycota is cellulose and glucans which store mycolaminarin and is a form of sugar.  If glucans and cellulose are added to the human body could the results of this addition = excess sugars and carbohydrates = diabetes?

The need for probiotics and Diflucan or cellulose eating products that contain cellulase and hemicellulase like Candex or NSI Candida yeast Management Capsules becomes necessary.  These types of products may be helpful for overgrowth of cellulose combined with the lack of beneficial  bacterial flora in the body.

This lack of beneficial bacterial flora would be further evidence of the dictyostelium feeding on the beneficial bacteria in the body.  There is anecdotal evidence that that if sugars and carbohydrate consumption are lessened it may help to lessen the negative impact of lesions and symptoms.  The pathogen that I believe many have is a mixture of oomycota and the dictyostelium.

The Arthur Andrew Medical proteolytic systemic enzymes (Serratia / Neprinol AFD) eats up the biofilms and their pro-biotics/pre-biotics (Syntol AMD) has the cellulase enzyme in them. People get the two words cellulose and cellulase confused, but anything that ends in "ase" means enzymes (protease, serrapeptase, nattokinase, etc...).  It's just a matter of knowing what things mean.

Arthur Andrew Medical Inc. - Syntol AMD
http://amzn.to/2pV15it

What's weird is that they encapsulate all of their enzymes in cellulose containing veggie capsules, which are also polymerized and nanotech. Polymers are also part of the Morgellon's puzzle. Also nanotech. See my other posts.

Only the capsule has cellulose.  The mix itself is fine in this particular product.  When you see the word cellulose and then afterwards in parenthesis about "capsules", etc..., then you know it's part of the capsule only. If you see cellulose and nothing is listed in parenthesis after the word cellulose, then it's part of the mix and is no good.

And as said before THIS is why we re-encapsulate the mixes into bovine gelatin capsules to lessen the risk of contamination.

We get the gelatin capsules from BulkSupplements:  https://amzn.to/2JsWugx

Yeah, okay, so I'm a real asshole and anal about this. Because there is no playing around when it comes to this and our health. Some of these companies ARE out to get us.

Companies that do this, could care less about anyone's health.  They ARE compromising our health. ALL they care about is money.  THIS greed and compromising of our health from all directions is what's wrong with our world.

This is just one, but if you see the word, Cellulose, take note that the FDA has approved companies the right to use the word when they are using Wood Pulp as a filler. It can never be digested, and is building up in the bodies of humans. This and the various gums, including XANTHAN GUM, which has been irritating the lining of the intestines, and causing even more problems with many who are also Gluten Intolerant. Mishka is having health problems

Just wanted to update you guys. Mishka has had some health issues recently. Not too long ago she underwent surgery to have a tumor removed and now she is having trouble walking. We took her to the vet and she received an anti-inflammatory shot and medicine to take. She is also taking medicine to help relieve the pain. A week has gone by and she seems to be getting worse and has lost weight. We will be taking her back in for further evaluation, including x-rays, and treatment.

At 14 1/2 years old, we want to make sure that we provide Mishka with all of the best medical care that we can. It’s tough to see her like this. Your contributions will help pay for Mishka's medical costs. Anything you can give, whether big or small, would be greatly appreciated. We will try to send thanks to every contributor. Thank you for all your love and support.

We set up her GoFundMe page here: https://www.gofundme.com/mishkas-medical-fund

Mishka loves each and every one of you.

-Matt

My suggestions to Matthew Gardea...

Bless her sweat heart!  We have some suggestions for you....

Get her on some bone broth like the Bonified Chicken bone broth. We have two cats, and boy does our younger boy cat Breezy loves that stuff!  It will rebuild collagen in the bones, joints, ligaments, etc.. and provide amino acids such as glycine. We can't live without it.  Dr. Josh Axe has a powdered version of bone broth that can be put into the food, gluten-free gravies, etc...

Also, it would be a good idea to get her on some proteolytic enzymes (particularly Serrapeptase). Decreases inflammation, eats up excess scar tissue, eats up amyloid plaque and dead tissue, clears excess fibrin out of the blood, and eats up excess fibrosis.  We like the Arthur Andrew Medical brand of Serratia and Neprinol.  They will need to be re-encapsulated into much safer kosher bovine gelatin caps, due to the polymerized cellulose veggie caps which are unsafe. But the enzyme will help like big time.

hi
good article but you have to remember that this is not just the microcrystaline all the celluose today being used in nutreceuticals as well as pharmaceuticals are all nano~ the methods are going to a “nanodelivery” and this is also being utilized in vaccines and in alot of health supplements which when consumed aggragate and agglomerate and morph and get activated with almost any form of frequency and it begins it’s assmblying and as a result it densifies even more
augmentinforce.com has several links on the topic and yes you can get this out but with great difficulty

I copied the Microcrystalline Cellulose Part direct from the document.

MICROCRYSTALLINE CELLULOSE, FILLER IN PHARMACEUTICALS and there DANGERS

Four rats were fed 14C-labelled microcrystalline cellulose at 10
or 20% of their diet. No evidence of degradation or digestion was
noted. Faecal recoveries of radioactivity ranged from 96-104% and were complete for all labelled material. No radioactivity appeared in the urine (Baker, 1966).

In the studies summarized in Table 1, there was no evidence of
toxicity of microcrystalline cellulose preparations administered
either orally or dermally to rats at doses of 5000 or 2000 mg/kg bw,
respectively. The observations seen at necropsy in animals treated
intraperitoneally with Cellan 300 at 3160 mg/kg bw are consistent with an irritant reaction caused by the presence of foreign material. An inhalation toxicity study showed only transient effects at a concentration of 5.35 mg/litre.
An acute inhalation toxicity study using a preparation of Avicel
AC-815 (composed of 85% microcrystalline cellulose and 15% calcium
alginate) with mass median aerodynamic diameter of 8.48-8.61 µm (range
of measures) was dispersed and delivered at a mean concentration of
5.35 mg/litre in a nose-only inhalation exposure chamber to 5 male and
5 female Crl:CDBR VAF Plus rats for a period of 4 hours. The rats were
observed over the 14 days after removal from the chamber. The only
signs of toxicity were on removal from the chamber and consisted of
chromodacryorrhea, chromorhinorrhea and, in one male rat, decreased locomotion; these signs had resolved by the next day. After 14 days no gross lesions were observed at necropsy (Signorin, 1996).

Microcrystalline Cellulose can cause moderate to severe bowel movement when ingusted in large amount. 2. Microcrystalline Cellulose can cause loss of energy and weight when ingusted in large amount as it can not be absorbed and reduces the absorption of other dietary nutrients. 3. Microcrystalline Cellulose can cause allergic reaction in some individuals, the typical reaction is diarrhoea or gas problems.

Biofilm buildup from the "Other Ingredients" in supplements, such as the cellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, etc...

If it ends in "lose" (as in you (u) lose, or your cells lose  - CELL U LOSE), then it means polymer. As in veggie capsules from cellullose or pullulan means polyermized capsules. THIS is compromising us.  Look CLOSELY  at the word CELL U LOSE  Hello?  Loser? Get it?

Regarding the Pullulan veggie cappsule, here's what Tony said...

here is what it is
Pullulan is a polysaccharide polymer consisting of maltotriose units, also known as α-1,4- ;α-1,6-glucan'. Three glucose units in maltotriose are connected by an α-1,4 glycosidic bond, whereas consecutive maltotriose units are connected to each other by an α-1,6 glycosidic bond. Pullulan is produced from starch by the fungus Aureobasidium pullulans. Pullulan is mainly used by the cell to resist desiccation and predation. The presence of this polysaccharide also facilitates diffusion of molecules both into and out of the cell.[1]
As an edible, mostly tasteless polymer, the chief commercial use of pullulan is in the manufacture of edible films that are used in various breath freshener or oral hygiene products such as Listerine Cool Mint of Johnson and Johnson (USA) and Meltz Super Thin Mints of Avery Bio-Tech Private Ltd. (India). As a food additive, it is known by the E number E1204.

Some Carcinogens in Products

Earlier, someone wanted me to check out some lip product like a lip gloss or lipstuck product by a company. So I asked for a list of ingredients, as I always do for ANYTHING that is offered to us.

Want to find out if the products you use are bad?  Below are links with information. Some of these are in cosmetics...

Polyethylene Glycol (PEG): "contaminated with a very potent carcinogen; dioxane and very easily absorbed through the skin," states Dr. Epstein. Used in a wide variety of personal care products. Moderately toxic. Eye irritant. Possible carcinogen and flammable. Many glycols produce severe acidosis, central nervous system damage, and congestion (HC, p. 1053; HOP, pp. 193-195.) PEG/Polyethylene/-eth at end of word can be contaminated with 1,4-dioxane.  Polyethylene glycol is just as bad as propylene glycol.

Propylene Glycol: strong skin irritant. A cosmetic form of mineral oil found in automatic brake and hydraulic fluid, and industrial antifreeze. In skin and hair care products, propylene glycol works as a humectant, which is a substance that retains the moisture content of skin or cosmetic products by preventing the escape of moisture or water. Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) warn users to avoid skin contact with propylene glycol as this strong skin irritant can cause liver abnormalities and kidney damage. Check out your body lotions, deodorant, hair conditioner, hair gel, creams, and many more products! Molecular weight of PGE is 60. (Ingredients with molecular weight of 75 or lower enters our blood stream)

PPG is a toxin and a neurol brain lobotomizer made from plastic. It is a polymer that they also added to the tobacco vapes, so when you take a puff it goes right into the brain and begins the process of making some one dumbed down to be basically fried and lowered ~ there is a move ongoing to turn humanity into a lower life form and to further escalate the de-evolving of humanity~ to basically keep one in the state of baseness rather then being elevated and this stuff further burns a hole in the brain~ notice a lot of vaccines and drugs and even supplements are now using this. ~ Tony Pantalleresco (Paraphrased)

About TITANIUM DIOXIDE: Titanium dioxide is an inorganic compound used in a range of body care products such as sunscreens and makeup. It appears to have low skin penetration but inhalation is a concern.  https://www.ewg.org/skindeep/ingredient/706561/TITANIUM_DIOXIDE/

So these are what I prefer, so far....

The cleanest makeup found so far has been Omiana.
http://rwrd.io/4rh447z

And the cleanest hair products are Morroco Method:
http://www.morroccomethod.com/

We bathe with Miracle II Soap:
https://www.life-enthusiast.com/shop/miracleii-miracle-soap/?ref=55

And use essential oils for cologne, perfume, etc...

http://messiahmews.blogspot.com/search?q=Propylene+Glycol
https://www.ewg.org/skindeep/
http://www.vaclib.org/basic/Carcinogen.htm

And supplements!  Most supplement blends are contaminated and corrupted too.  Both liquid and encapsulated products.

We like the  Dr. Wallach Youngevity Tangy Tangerine for vitamins & colloidal minerals, as that one is still a clean product and they use Methylcobalamin B-12.  Their Sweet EZE product is still clean and they use gelatin capsules.  http://rcarrillo.youngevityonline.com/

Cellulose:  http://messiahmews.blogspot.com/search?q=Cellulose
Hypromellose:  http://messiahmews.blogspot.com/search?q=Hypromellose

So I like to buy the bulk stuff and either use the powder or encapsulate mixes myself.  Some pre-mixed stuff is savable since only a veggie capsule might be corrupted and contaminated.

They also have these polyermized veggie caps called Pullulan, which are also corrupted.  So in writing Tony Pantalleresco, this was his reply...

-----

here is what it is
Pullulan is a polysaccharide polymer consisting of maltotriose units, also known as α-1,4- ;α-1,6-glucan'.

So many folks like to send us varous things to check out. These ingredients are why we both here seem so anal about things. Some may think we're real assholes about our food, supplements and other products.  All these companies and such are ALL in on it, the compromise, corruption, and all. That's also why we stopped doing several companies' affiliate programs, because they either changed their product formulas, or replaced them. What used to be good, is no longer so with many of these companies. So anything sent to us to look at, we will go through all of them with a fine toothed comb. And when I'm unsure about something, I can always ask and count on Tony P. for the answer, as he is well aware of what is going on with compromised companies.

A Powerhouse of "Other Ingredients"

BEWARE of most pre-made supplements now!

Dear Supplement companies...

Please clean up your act and supplements at once! Other people are finding out about this hijacking of supplements and are taking action by boycotting and some are doing what we do by making their own.

We know the intention, by those who wish to harm us, in this undermining and hijacking of our health, all in the name of profit and greed.

That makes some of you no better than Big pHARMa.

Take heed now and do the right thing!

Sincerely,

Pissed off customers

A Powerhouse of "Other" Ingredients!

Example...
Other Ingredients: Microcrystaline Cellulose, Dicalcium Phosphate, Magnesium Stearate.

Here is a example of more REAL BAD ingredients...

Cyanocobalamin should have been highlighted too.
By the way, Standard Process has started adding cellulose to some of their supplements.
I had to throw away a HUGE bottle of Drenamin because of it. ADHS by Biotics Research has been adding it too. We are beyond disgusted with all these companies doing things like this to undermine our health.

http://www.synergychiros.com/blog/post/nutritional-supplements-not-created-equal.html

Why does nearly EVERY supplement company have to put all these other ingredients in?  Especially cellulose!
http://messiahmews.blogspot.com/search?q=Cellulose

Microcrystaline Cellulose is a DNA disrupter.  Tony Pantalleresco has the proof in his independent research with references on his websites.
http://augmentinforce.50webs.com/Herbs%20plus%20and%20Beadwork.html

Problems with cellulose...

Nano tech (from vaccines, chemtrails, GMOs, and glysophates) utilizes the cellulose and turns it into a building block internally and over time you're breaking down at an accelerated rate (coming UNGLUED). It starts with colon then reproductive then brain and then respiratory.

Nanotech is binding to the cellulose in the veg caps too, and we have to do our own filtering out by re-encapsulating products ourselves. We have to empty out any supplement from a veggie cap into a gelatin cap. That is if the celluose is listed at part of being the capsule. Sometimes it's in the actual mix and/or tablet and in that case, the products are unable to be saved. We have thrown away MANY supplements because of this.

Hypromellose is another: http://newresearchfindingstwo.blogspot.com/2012/11/veggie-capsules-may-be-far-from-natural.html

From Tony Pantalleresco... This is the end game. The AI running things here wants total assimilation and this nano tech that is integrating with us, is the means to essentially interface direct with a human--the mark of the beast is assembling in us the finale to the uplink will be some kind of verichip direct interface with the nano build up this is why I am feverishly on this to get it down and get it out. (Paraphrased from Tony Pantalleresco).

Note: Tony says he finds no problem with magnesium stearate, so that one could be iffy.

Dr Mark Hyman on cellulose...
http://drhyman.com/blog/2010/07/04/health-foods-that-are-dangerous-for-your-health/

Dr. Mark Hyman is also a frequent speaker on some these Health Talks Online summits, btw, which I've been posting on here.

THIS is what you SHOULD SEE on supplement labels...
Other Ingredients: None

Fill your own gelatin capsules so you can:

Custom mix ingredients
Use quality and fresh ingredients
Save money by encapsulating bulk ingredients
Avoid use of binders or excipients

For instructions and tips on filling oils and capsule sizing...

Please take heed and clean up the supplements.

Earlier discussions with two of my sisters we talked about companies and bad products. We were talking specific about coffee and teas. I told them about how there are many who wish to corrupt God's creation. So many have sold their soul because of money, greed and corruption. And that even some of the natural supplement companies are in on it too, which is why I have spent hours upon hours researching ingredients, etc...

I know I keep saying this, but every time someone wants to show me this new thing and that, and then I find out that it's utter shit, so it really pisses us off. And I have a HUGE bug up my ass about this too.

For the love of God people, please research this!

The only fish oil supplement that I even like anymore is the Cod Liver Oil Lemon by Carlson.  I like the combo with unpasteurized raw butter oil, ala Weston A. Price.
For rebuilding of teeth, of course.  I did totally repair ONE molar with it and monosodium phosphate.

We LOVE the plant based seed oil, especially the one from Rain International called Rain Soul.  And also the one from Activation Products is also good too, and we have and use both.  A balanced omega 3 ratio blend.

My new favorite probiotic and prebiotic is Arthur Andrew Medical Syntol AMD.  It was sent to me in a sample packet when I ordered the Arthur Andrew Medical Serratia proteolytic enzyme serrapeptase.  This one also has serrapeptase, as well as the other proteolytic systemic enzymes, and pre-biotic/pro-biotic in it.

Yes, it has cellulose as part of the capsule, but it's savable, so it is re-encapsulated into a better capsule.

Put in a gelatin capsule and it's a good product. It still works for me.

So I like the Arthur Andrew Medical proteolytic systemic enzymes and probiotic/prebiotic.  And cellulase is an enzyme, so is WAY different than cellulose.  I know. Some of the names can be confusing.

Arthur Andrew Medical Neprinol Capsules AFD (Advanced Fibrin Defense) is a super strong proteolytic enzyme formula. Same with the capsules from it too.  Re-encapsulate.  All three of those are savable.   Great help for dissolving biofilms and usage with NAC for an even better effect. Be sure to buy bovine gelatin capsules from PureBulk.com due to the cellulose capsules.  Gelatin capsules are much safer,

I love sodium ascorbate form of Vitamin C, and we make it from scratch also Gerard Judd protocol
Buy bulk Ascorbic Acid and put one teaspoon of it, and mix a half of a teaspoon of  baking soda.  Put a little water in it, and watch it fizz. After the fizz is gone, then put more water in it and drink it.  That is FRESH made sodium ascorbate.

I have bought the ascorbic acid from BulkSupplements:
BulkSupplements Pure Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) Powder (1 Kilogram)
from BulkSupplements

Now, BulkSupplements do have the ready-made Sodium Ascorbate too.
Bulksupplements Pure Sodium Ascorbate Powder (1 Kilogram)
from BulkSupplements

Sodium Ascorbate form of Vitamin C is GREAT for the skin, joints, nails as it helps in producing collagen.

There is a Liposomal C that alot of folks like.  Lypo-Spheric™ Vitamin C .  We have never tried this one, but there are good reviews of it.  But just so you know, there is soy lecithin in the Phosphatidylcholine, and my personal preference is sunflower lecithin.

We are unsure of the Xanthan Gum.  Still have to do research on that one too.  We're still researching these things, you know.

Making the fresh sodium ascorbate is much easier and less expensive, since buying the ascorbic acid and baking soda in bulk.  It's doing its job, and saves us the money.

Excipients and unnecessary ingredients such as Maltodextrin, Cellulose, microcrystalline cellulose hypromellose, Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, rice bran, rice flour (fillers), and other extraneous crap. While rice may be non-harmful, it's a FILLER, thereby to weaken the product.

Search of my other posts on here about the crap ingredients...
http://messiahmews.blogspot.com/search?q=Hypromellose
http://messiahmews.blogspot.com/search?q=Cellulose

I like making my own and anything with cellulose listed and the words (vegetarian capsules) in parenthesis, means that cellulose is part of the capsules.

Like this...

Since the cellulose listed in above two graphics as being only part of the capsule, then the product is savable and can be re-encapsulated into safer capsules.  I use the gelatin capsules.

And sometimes the label may read like this...

Cellulose is still part of the capsule, but there are other ingredients like vegetable glycerin (who knows what that really is!).

Now, look at this one...

You see  cellulose in lower case and then (vegetarian capsule).  which means that one is part of the capsule.

BUT... you also see Cellulose with a comma , after it, which means part of the mix too.  So re-encapsulating it, only means lowering the cellulose content, but yet still have some in the mix.  So the product is UN-savable, which means find another product.  So that's how you can tell it's part of the mix too.

Find a product with a formula that is desired, buy the ingredients separately and in bulk and do a DIY encapsulation yourselves.  I prefer the BulkSupplements brand.

I LOVE the Magnesium-Ease from Activation products.  This form of magnesium is Magnesium Hexahydrate.

My posts on EASE:  http://messiahmews.blogspot.com/search?q=Ease-Magnesium

But I do use the trans-dermal oil spray from TransDerma Minerals too, as it's a different form of magnesium.  That form is Magnesium Chloride.

This one from Ancient Minerals:
