For pain and inflammation, I use the proteolytic systemic enzymes, like Serrapeptase, for instance. It eats up hte scar tissue, fibrosis, and hardened stuff. And decreases inflammation. I use the Arthur Andrew Medical brand of Serrapeptase, but I do c hange out the cllulose capsules and reencapsulate the mix into gelatin capsules. The mix itself is clean.
