Many years ago a local pediatrician reported a similar incident with a baby's heel which got infected similar to this, and he removed what he described as a microchip. It was before 2006, but unsure what year it actually happened. The Vaccination Liberation director told us about the incident. A long time ago now.

Around July 2007, I had received an email from Phil Ledoux about the
Locator Implants that are put into newborns that are born in a hospital setting. Some get implants with midwives too, if the prospective parents allow any kind of shot or test that breaks the skin. Vaccines and Vitamin K shots are dangerous by themselves, but coupled along with microchipping, that’s two dangers in one. :(
As a prospective parent, I would also refuse the hearing tests too, as who knows how they do them, and what could possibly be inserted into the baby’s ears for testing?
Most states allow refusal of tests and shots via a religious exemption and/or detailed model birthplan letter.
On my birthday in July of 2006, we were at a woman’s house to have dinner and meet her daughter and newborn grandson. She wanted the child tested for chips and implants (he had them). Since the father of the child wanted the baby circumcised, the baby got a Vitamin K Shot, because they wouldn’t do it, without the shot. And they refused Hep B vaccine and the PKU Newborn testing.
So they had to devise a way to get the baby’s blood, they came up with the excuse that the baby looked jaundiced, so they had to prick the heel to get the blood to test for Yellow Jaundice. The natural way to get rid of jaundice is to put the baby in sunlight for a little bit, and that usually takes care of the problem as told to us by Dr. Len Horowitz, several years ago.
You can bet that if you refuse Newborn testing, they will find another excuse to get the baby’s blood and EVERYTIME. Fact.
We had a zapchecker to check the baby, and we also got pictures of the baby’s heels where I got positive reading on BOTH heels for implants. Scroll down below the letter to see the pictures. I circled the area in red, and the baby’s heels were both swollen from the implants (think rejecting of non-self as implants are foreign matter that the body doesn’t recognize)

Vaccinations & Resonant Implant Locator Eggs by Philip N. Ledoux (May 18, 2007)

Hopefully the following is old hat to you also, but I continue: I do believe that early shots in the hospital is a cover-up for locator implants, and “they” are trading off the potential damage for 100% locator implant implementation. I myself am one of those non-consensual mind control implant victims, thusly I am highly aware of “implants”. As best that I can figure out, ExtraTerrestials developed the technology; it was then passed onto cooperative governments who initially used it on their military personnel, and then in recent years applied it to the total population. I am of the opinion that these Locator Implants are the actual Mark of the Beast and not the supposed bar code or invisible tattoo on the hand and/or forhead. In all these types of programs, there is “Plan A” and “Plan B”. Plan A is always implemented with either much hoopla or “leaks” while Plan B is actually the real plan and launched prior to or simultaneously with Plan A. Plan B is the Locator Implants, Plan A “The Mark of the Beast”. The real “mark” being Plan B.
I’ll try to make a development history for you along with the principles involved. My friend John’s wife had an incident when she was around 3 years old of being abducted, and in older life was able to converse with the ET abductors. She was missing several hours and returned to the exact spot where she had been taken from but had a spot on her ankle that was bloody. Nobody was suspicious, in the excitement of finding her, although her mother talked much through the years about the event and the bloody ankle. This was in the late 1920s or early 1930s. In middle age the implant came out during a shower, allowed to go down the drain. In conversing with the ETs she was told that it was nothing but a device to locate her. The principle involves harmonics. Remember seeing a picture of or a video clip of a diva singing the proper note that resonates a delicate wine goblet and it shatters? That is the resonant frequency of the glass, the tone echoes back and forth within the glass structure getting stronger and stronger until the glass shatters. Now, picture a perfect, hollow egg of metal, glass or ceramic. If you are patient enough with a tone generator, you can play around until you find the resonant frequency of that egg. That egg will start to actually vibrate and if you keep pumping the tone into the targeted egg, it will shatter. If you wanted someone to find you, you would carry that egg in your pocket, the searcher would send out the proper frequency in a short burst, enough to get the egg itself to vibrating which is actually amplifying the original sent signal. Now the searcher switches to a direction finding receiver tuned to the same frequency and picks up the vibrations of the egg itself which die off rapidly. Now the hunter knows what “bearing” you are on, and sophisticated equipment could also tell how far away.
The above are the basics and principles involved in a Locator Implant. Now, picture in your mind all that in miniaturization. Regardless of how small the “egg” is, the principles work; and it really does not need to be egg shape, it is the volume of the inside of any shape that determines its resonant frequency.
Allow me to put this into operation as the military uses it. When you enter the military you are given countless numbers of shots, and we all joke about the “square needles” that are used! A few are dramatic enough that we never forget them, maybe the details are forgotten, but not the ouch. In retrospect that was the Locator Implant “shot”. If a military person has high secret clearances, they probably get another Locator Implant coded for that job. Now, the military only has to use the proper equipment and they know exactly where the military person is when not on base or on the job. Now they can easily coordinate surveillance and observe whether or not potential sabotage or espionage is involved. And in more recent years, there have been some dramatic AWOL cases (Away WithOut Leave) where the target person was clever, disguises, location changes, etc. and was “found.” Knowing the above, it is no mystery.
I believe the locator technology is in the GPS system. The system is used by both the military and civilians. By allowing civilian usage, the system becomes “non-suspect” by the population at large. It is a system of triangulation, using 3 satellites. These satellites or possibly in the transmit stage only one sends the resonant frequency of the individual involved. All three listen and the return echo pinpoints the location of the individual involved. Depending on the importance of the individual, whether on base or off base or whether on vacation or assignment, the frequency of location checking varies. It can be daily, hourly or by the minute. You could expand this into a spy novel, but this should be enough for understanding.
It should seem obvious that the military had highest priority usage of the technology and probably was the proving/testing grounds for the equipment, etc. etc. The next step was implementation of a world government or at least a tracking of the world population in the same manner as described about a military person. The government would just love to know if I managed to escape the country without a passport, and these Locator Implants are the solution for the government(s). Likewise it is important to governments to know where their citizens are, the system is better than rounding up everyone and branding them like cattle. Especially when you can fool everyone by mandating a “shot” which in reality is the Locator Implant. Thusly today the Locator Implants are part of the in-hospital-vaccinations which disguises the actual Locator Implant insertion. How long has this been going on? That is anyone’s guess, but using a bit of logic you can narrow it down. When did the shift from vaccinating at 3 months to in hospital near birth vaccinating? The system had to have been well implemented when the shift occurred. And applying a little more logic: there had to be too many “failures” or too many objecting doctors/nurses. So, by bringing the vaccination into the hospital the danger to the baby increased, but it insured security with a minimum of people “in the know” and a captive victim. Even when the mother and father will not permit shots, they are not able to keep watch on the baby 24-7.
I am a fairly good dowser and can do remote dowsing. I have helped several people find their Locator Implants, usually former military. In men I usually find Locator Implants in the buttocks and arms, occasionally in the chest or upper back; in women normally they are in the breasts. Most likely all of this has been done when adults. One unusual one I found was a man who had free dental work done just before discharge (rather unusual for that to happen). Dowsing indicated that the dentist didn’t like what he had to do, was soused, had to drill 5 good teeth before he got one big enough for the Locator Implant. Luckily the implant surface was visible in the filling, once we located the tooth, etc. In the case of babies, I am finding that even when the parents request no vaccinations, as long as the baby was in the hospital it had a Locator Implant, and a few at home births also do have Locator Implants!
The devices are tiny, and will defy detection by any diagnostic tool in existence. So far, only dowsing seems to be a method of detection and locating. There is no crippling of the devices by electronics, etc. because they are totally passive, nothing more than an echo chamber. How do you find the frequency of the devices? You might get lucky and feel the resonant frequency vibrating the “egg” but that would be rare. The size indicated something way above the radar range. Not many labs have those capabilities. I put out a request for formulas to draw out the implants on the internet. The best that was given to me were the formulas used to draw out shot that had healed in during the Civil War. A poultice of castor oil or a poultice of raw honey was placed over the shot, and it was pulled out of the flesh. I surmise that it will work for Locator Implants. On one person I dowsed for I was able to define that he had one and in the upper torso and which side. A psychic located it and saw what it looked like – it was sort of spark-plug shaped and under such and such a rib. There were no operations performed that the man knew of, although that doesn’t mean he wasn’t abducted during sleep, etc. etc. And this also implies that some are shaped so that they would be difficult to extract with a poultice.
I would love to have more info. I think I’ve given you enough in this letter to put you into overload; so I’ll stop her and continue another day.
