The woman in the interview, said to do 1500 MG daily. 500 per meal, if one eats 3 meals a day, which we eat one and a snack, if wanted.
So I started stepping it up, and a pair of old pants I wear pretty much ALL the time, are now loose and about to fall off.
Bodybuilders cycle on and off with 2000 MG 50 3to 3000 MG of inositol and choline. I"m kind of inbetween the two numbers, give or take. Thsi method clears up the fatty liver, and the stored upper abdominal fat which is where the upper belly fat is.
Lower belly fat is usually excess cortisol and RT3, due to sympathetic mode, stuck fight or fligh. Exactly. Yet ANOTHER reason WHY I won't go to eye doctors, or do any eye surgeries.
They could do cataract, retina, and cornea surgeries, and do this horrible thing WITHOUT our consent. And if they force wax weaponize others while in hospitals for surgeries, then they will also do this behind our backs.
And...
All eye doctors and their staff are vax weaponized, and we can't trust that either.
ALL of the eye doctors here are weeaponized along with their staaff.
The dentists are too. Including the "holistic" dentists.
So we have to walk aroudn with abcessed and broken teeth, and failing eyes, and everything else, pretty much.
Plus, it costs A LOT of $$$$ to fix ALL of these things, and we do NOT have that kind of extra $$$$. We can barely pay our ever increasing rent, and buying groceries, cat supplies, etc...
And most people could care less about what happens to us.
Our wells are dry.
And the icing on top of that proverbial cake and all that, is being a targeted individual since aroudn age 4, from what I can remember.
And a father and many others who have hated me for NO REASON most of my life.
So, until thnigs change for the postitive, there will be NO dentists, eye doctors, etc...
Because we do not trust ANY of them.
But we DO accept LOVE and prayers from all those wonderul folks who have our backs all this time. You know who you all are.
And donations too, if so led to do so.
Prayers, blessings, and love are the most needed.
And we have plenty of prayers to say for others too. That never runs out. Which we are constantly praying for others, as well.
