Locator Implants

I'm posting this because this came up again in a discussion in an aware moms forum/group.  And an earlier post of mine from 2010 came up. I had forgotten about my posts from years ago, until this screen shot brought it back to the front of my mind...

This baby was poked with something and they apparently put something in the child as well as taking blood and DNA for later tracking with the excuse of "Newborn Testing".

Many years ago a local pediatrician reported a similar incident with a baby's heel which got infected similar to this, and he removed what he described as a microchip.  It was before 2006, but unsure what year it actually happened.  The Vaccination Liberation director told us about the incident.  A long time ago now.

I had posted this before in another blog onAug 2010, and basically forgot about it...

Around July 2007, I had received an email from Phil Ledoux about the Locator Implants that are put into newborns that are born in a hospital setting. Some get implants with midwives too, if the prospective parents allow any kind of shot or test that breaks the skin. Vaccines and Vitamin K shots are dangerous by themselves, but coupled along with microchipping, that’s two dangers in one.  :(

As a prospective parent, I would also refuse the hearing tests too, as who knows how they do them, and what could possibly be inserted into the baby’s ears for testing?

Most states allow refusal of tests and shots via a religious exemption and/or detailed model birthplan letter.

On my birthday in July of 2006, we were at a woman’s house to have dinner and meet her daughter and newborn grandson. She wanted the child tested for chips and implants (he had them). Since the father of the child wanted the baby circumcised, the baby got a Vitamin K Shot, because they wouldn’t do it, without the shot. And they refused Hep B vaccine and the PKU Newborn testing.

So they had to devise a way to get the baby’s blood, they came up with the excuse that the baby looked jaundiced, so they had to prick the heel to get the blood to test for Yellow Jaundice. The natural way to get rid of jaundice is to put the baby in sunlight for a little bit, and that usually takes care of the problem as told to us by Dr. Len Horowitz, several years ago.

You can bet that if you refuse Newborn testing, they will find another excuse to get the baby’s blood and EVERYTIME. Fact.

We had a zapchecker to check the baby, and we also got pictures of the baby’s heels where I got positive reading on BOTH heels for implants. Scroll down below the letter to see the pictures. I circled the area in red, and the baby’s heels were both swollen from the implants (think rejecting of non-self as implants are foreign matter that the body doesn’t recognize)

Here is the Locator Implants article he posted on Educate-Yourself.org
(it’s a little different than the email sent to me)

Vaccinations & Resonant Implant Locator Eggs by Philip N. Ledoux (May 18, 2007)

This is a copy of the body of the email he sent to me before the above article was posted.
Hopefully the following is old hat to you also, but I continue: I do believe that early shots in the hospital is a cover-up for locator implants, and “they” are trading off the potential damage for 100% locator implant implementation. I myself am one of those non-consensual mind control implant victims, thusly I am highly aware of “implants”. As best that I can figure out, ExtraTerrestials developed the technology; it was then passed onto cooperative governments who initially used it on their military personnel, and then in recent years applied it to the total population. I am of the opinion that these Locator Implants are the actual Mark of the Beast and not the supposed bar code or invisible tattoo on the hand and/or forhead. In all these types of programs, there is “Plan A” and “Plan B”. Plan A is always implemented with either much hoopla or “leaks” while Plan B is actually the real plan and launched prior to or simultaneously with Plan A. Plan B is the Locator Implants, Plan A “The Mark of the Beast”. The real “mark” being Plan B.
I’ll try to make a development history for you along with the principles involved. My friend John’s wife had an incident when she was around 3 years old of being abducted, and in older life was able to converse with the ET abductors. She was missing several hours and returned to the exact spot where she had been taken from but had a spot on her ankle that was bloody. Nobody was suspicious, in the excitement of finding her, although her mother talked much through the years about the event and the bloody ankle. This was in the late 1920s or early 1930s. In middle age the implant came out during a shower, allowed to go down the drain. In conversing with the ETs she was told that it was nothing but a device to locate her. The principle involves harmonics. Remember seeing a picture of or a video clip of a diva singing the proper note that resonates a delicate wine goblet and it shatters? That is the resonant frequency of the glass, the tone echoes back and forth within the glass structure getting stronger and stronger until the glass shatters. Now, picture a perfect, hollow egg of metal, glass or ceramic. If you are patient enough with a tone generator, you can play around until you find the resonant frequency of that egg. That egg will start to actually vibrate and if you keep pumping the tone into the targeted egg, it will shatter. If you wanted someone to find you, you would carry that egg in your pocket, the searcher would send out the proper frequency in a short burst, enough to get the egg itself to vibrating which is actually amplifying the original sent signal. Now the searcher switches to a direction finding receiver tuned to the same frequency and picks up the vibrations of the egg itself which die off rapidly. Now the hunter knows what “bearing” you are on, and sophisticated equipment could also tell how far away.
The above are the basics and principles involved in a Locator Implant. Now, picture in your mind all that in miniaturization. Regardless of how small the “egg” is, the principles work; and it really does not need to be egg shape, it is the volume of the inside of any shape that determines its resonant frequency.
Allow me to put this into operation as the military uses it. When you enter the military you are given countless numbers of shots, and we all joke about the “square needles” that are used! A few are dramatic enough that we never forget them, maybe the details are forgotten, but not the ouch. In retrospect that was the Locator Implant “shot”. If a military person has high secret clearances, they probably get another Locator Implant coded for that job. Now, the military only has to use the proper equipment and they know exactly where the military person is when not on base or on the job. Now they can easily coordinate surveillance and observe whether or not potential sabotage or espionage is involved. And in more recent years, there have been some dramatic AWOL cases (Away WithOut Leave) where the target person was clever, disguises, location changes, etc. and was “found.” Knowing the above, it is no mystery.
I believe the locator technology is in the GPS system. The system is used by both the military and civilians. By allowing civilian usage, the system becomes “non-suspect” by the population at large. It is a system of triangulation, using 3 satellites. These satellites or possibly in the transmit stage only one sends the resonant frequency of the individual involved. All three listen and the return echo pinpoints the location of the individual involved. Depending on the importance of the individual, whether on base or off base or whether on vacation or assignment, the frequency of location checking varies. It can be daily, hourly or by the minute. You could expand this into a spy novel, but this should be enough for understanding.
It should seem obvious that the military had highest priority usage of the technology and probably was the proving/testing grounds for the equipment, etc. etc. The next step was implementation of a world government or at least a tracking of the world population in the same manner as described about a military person. The government would just love to know if I managed to escape the country without a passport, and these Locator Implants are the solution for the government(s). Likewise it is important to governments to know where their citizens are, the system is better than rounding up everyone and branding them like cattle. Especially when you can fool everyone by mandating a “shot” which in reality is the Locator Implant. Thusly today the Locator Implants are part of the in-hospital-vaccinations which disguises the actual Locator Implant insertion. How long has this been going on? That is anyone’s guess, but using a bit of logic you can narrow it down. When did the shift from vaccinating at 3 months to in hospital near birth vaccinating? The system had to have been well implemented when the shift occurred. And applying a little more logic: there had to be too many “failures” or too many objecting doctors/nurses. So, by bringing the vaccination into the hospital the danger to the baby increased, but it insured security with a minimum of people “in the know” and a captive victim. Even when the mother and father will not permit shots, they are not able to keep watch on the baby 24-7.
I am a fairly good dowser and can do remote dowsing. I have helped several people find their Locator Implants, usually former military. In men I usually find Locator Implants in the buttocks and arms, occasionally in the chest or upper back; in women normally they are in the breasts. Most likely all of this has been done when adults. One unusual one I found was a man who had free dental work done just before discharge (rather unusual for that to happen). Dowsing indicated that the dentist didn’t like what he had to do, was soused, had to drill 5 good teeth before he got one big enough for the Locator Implant. Luckily the implant surface was visible in the filling, once we located the tooth, etc. In the case of babies, I am finding that even when the parents request no vaccinations, as long as the baby was in the hospital it had a Locator Implant, and a few at home births also do have Locator Implants!
The devices are tiny, and will defy detection by any diagnostic tool in existence. So far, only dowsing seems to be a method of detection and locating. There is no crippling of the devices by electronics, etc. because they are totally passive, nothing more than an echo chamber. How do you find the frequency of the devices? You might get lucky and feel the resonant frequency vibrating the “egg” but that would be rare. The size indicated something way above the radar range. Not many labs have those capabilities. I put out a request for formulas to draw out the implants on the internet. The best that was given to me were the formulas used to draw out shot that had healed in during the Civil War. A poultice of castor oil or a poultice of raw honey was placed over the shot, and it was pulled out of the flesh. I surmise that it will work for Locator Implants. On one person I dowsed for I was able to define that he had one and in the upper torso and which side. A psychic located it and saw what it looked like – it was sort of spark-plug shaped and under such and such a rib. There were no operations performed that the man knew of, although that doesn’t mean he wasn’t abducted during sleep, etc. etc. And this also implies that some are shaped so that they would be difficult to extract with a poultice.
I would love to have more info. I think I’ve given you enough in this letter to put you into overload; so I’ll stop her and continue another day.
Respectfully,
Philip N. Ledoux
These are from a one or two month old baby whom we checked for implant frequencies with our Zapchecker from Alan Broadband. The circled area is where we got a positive (red) reading.

The ZAP CHECKER is a quality instrument that detects and displays electric field strengths with uniquely high sensitivity, similar to a broadband receiver. It provides relative linear and logarithmic measurements of electromagnetic fields over a wide spectrum of frequencies. Its unique features include:
1- Detection and display of electromagnetic transmitted waves over a wide spectrum of frequencies scanning from 10MHz to over 4.5Ghz, including cellular phones and wireless phones, FM, TV and short wave broadcasts, microwave ovens, wireless computer devices, ham radio, police and service bands, and transmitting surveillance and spying devices such as hidden microphones, phone bugs and hidden video cameras.
2- High sensitivity with the ability to detect signals from cellular phones and covert "bugs" at more than 20+feet, transmissions from "sealed" microwave ovens at 40+ feet, from FRS walkie-talkies at 60+ feet, and from ham radio transceivers at 80+ feet.
3- Simultaneous display of a wide range of signal strengths from weak devices (such as wireless home phones) to strongly radiating sources (such as microwave data transmitters and radar). Wide dynamic range display in the LOG (logarithmic) mode covering a 1000 to 1 input signal range, as well as a highly sensitive mode where only the weak signals are examined. The highly sensitive LINEAR mode displaying the weak signals over a 3 to 1 input signal range.
4- Input signal strengths in both the LOG mode and the LINEAR mode, adjustable by using a sensitivity control.
5- Radiated field strengths displayed on both an analog meter and colored Light-Emitting Diode (LED) displays. The LED display produces better readability from a distance and in dim light such as nighttime.
6- A silent vibrator mode allowing the instrument to be used to detect radiated electric fields (as from a hidden camera or microphone transmitter) without viewing the display. The silent vibrator mode is independently switched ON or OFF.
7- Economical - operating for more than 80 hours on 2 AA alkaline batteries.
8- Convenient size - small, portable, and light enough to slip into a pocket or purse.

Researchers Are Taking Human Surveillance To Another Level By Developing Mosquito Sized Spy Drones

With all the negative news flying around these days concerning drones – and the potential negative constitutional impact they will ultimately have on American society – now comes news that researchers are taking the surveillance society up a notch by shrinking the observation platform.

Dramatically....

It may sound like something out of the science-fiction hopper at your local DVD rental machine, but scientists are trying to engineer a drone that is no bigger than a bug. A team of researchers at the vaunted Johns Hopkins University – in conjunction with the U.S. Air Force Office of Scientific Research at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Arlington, Va. – is helping develop what they are calling an MAV (micro aerial vehicle) that will no doubt have loads of uses, up to and including the usurpation of privacy rights by the Leviathan State.

Initially though, it’s thought that MAVs will be incorporated for use by the military, for situations when stealth is of the utmost importance. The tiny drones could effortlessly infiltrate urban areas, where dense concentrations of buildings and people, along with unpredictable winds and other obstacles make it impractical, if not impossible, to use a standard-sized drone. Domestic uses include search-and-rescue operations and, of course, observation.

How small, exactly? Well, a graphic on the site of the Air Force research agency features what looks to be an electronic mosquito. That’s pretty small – though officially, the agency says such micro vehicles could be larger.

They’re not bug-sized yet, but they’re out there

“A MAV is a flight vehicle about two feet in length or smaller, capable of operating below rooftop level in an urban environment. It may have a fixed wing, rotary wing (helicopter), flapping wing, or possibly no wings,” the Air Force says. “One of the primary missions driving MAV development is the need to fill the covert close-in sensing requirement. This requirement demands that MAVs be able to covertly find, track, and target adversaries while operating in complex urban environments.”

How possible is it to build such machines? Very possible. In fact, according a 2009 Air Force press release, a French researcher funded by the European Office of Aerospace Research and Development, in London, and the French ministry of defense “has designed a rugged micro air vehicle (MAV) that is attractive to the U.S. Air Force because of its high aerodynamic efficiency, even in adverse conditions.”

Dr. Jean-Marc Moschetta, professor of aerodynamics at the Institut Superieur de l’Aeronautique et de l’espace in Toulouse, France created what he calls the MAVion – a 30-centimeter fixed wing MAV that can make a rapid transition between flight and hover, both features which are attractive for military and commercial use.

“The ultimate goal of the MAVion concept is to demonstrate a two-fold capability using the same vehicle: fast forward flight and hover flight,” Moschetta said.

Since then, the focus on MAVs has evolved. Student researchers Tras Lin and Lingxiao Zheng, who are leading the Johns Hopkins contribution to MAV research, are using high-speed video cameras to examine how a butterfly moves in flight. The cameras give the team the ability to separate one-fifth of a second movement into about 600 frames, showing them how the insect maneuvers and moves its body to make the kinds of sudden moves it can make.

Concept has long been studied

Other defense agencies are working on similar technology.

The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency just last year released photos of a small, mega-lightweight, remote-controlled flying vehicle called a Hummingbird that was designed to mimic the bird in flight. Specifically, the vehicle was designed to give American troops the capability to see around corners and look inside buildings to spot enemy forces.

That project likely stemmed from a 1999 report by the Foreign Military Studies Office at Ft. Leavenworth, Kan., detailing the military’s interest in improving combat conditions for U.S. forces in urban environments.

“From early history on, urban combat has required masses of dismounted infantrymen, a significant amount of time, combined arms and astonishing quantities of ammunition,” the report summarized. “The assaulting force runs the risk of its own attrition by combat, insufficient supplies and epidemic diseases. Assaults on cities have resulted in heavy military and civilian casualties and shattered cities. Modern, urban combat has often destroyed operations’ tempo, drained logistics stockpiles and ruined the reputations of promising commanders.”

MAVs may be under development for all the right reasons, but they sure carry with them the possibility they may be used for all the wrong reasons.

Smartphone Apps Now Record Your Conversations and Snap Pictures Without Telling You

One of my sisters was telling me just LAST night that her phone recorded videos that she didn't know about and uploaded to her Facebook.

I told her one THAT is why we don't have a Smart Phone.

Besides causing brain tumors, it's a spy phone as well.  Even the old cellphones can be tracked via that tracking chip.

Smartphone Apps Now Record Your Conversations and Snap Pictures Without Telling You

Paul Joseph Watson

Did you know that many of the apps you download to your smartphone now use your microphone to listen to you and your camera to take pictures of you without your confirmation?

New terms of agreement contracts now being attached to app downloads require users to accept that their cellphones become literal monitoring devices that record conversations and surreptitiously take pictures without the user ever giving permission.

It’s been common knowledge for years that app companies and service providers use GPS technology to pinpoint the location of smartphone users.

However, after purchasing a new Samsung Galaxy Note II and proceeding to download a couple of Android apps, one a social networking app and the other a simple calendar, I was shocked to discover that users are mandated to relinquish every aspect of privacy imaginable in order to download the app.

As you can see from the image above, app companies now demand the right to;

- “Record Audio” – “Allows the app to record audio with the microphone. This permission allows the app to record audio at any time without your confirmation.”

- “Take pictures and videos” – “Allows the app to take pictures and videos with the camera. This permission allows the app to use the camera at any time without your confirmation.”

App companies are also requiring you to allow them to approximate your location, send SMS messages from your phone that cost you money, read your contacts, read your phone status and identity, get “full network access” to your communications (in other words listen to your phone calls), modify or delete the contents of your USB storage, and disable your screen lock (the 4 digit code that password-protects your phone).

Since the vast majority of people simply consent to terms of agreement without bothering to read them, this means that potentially millions of smartphone users all over the world have given app companies and by extension service providers permission to record their conversations and take pictures of their private life.

This has been allowed to pass virtually unnoticed with barely any press attention or privacy debate whatsoever.

Since smartphones are dependent on apps, users are being given the option to either not use them and render their expensive device largely redundant, or submit to have their private conversations and personal life catalogued as if they were trapped inside The Truman Show.

The Great Internet Wars Have Begun

The Great Internet Wars Have Begun

http://www.prisonplanet.com/the-great-internet-wars-have-begun.html

In the video below, we note that the massive protest this week against SOPA and PIPA should not merely be about government and corporate curtailment of freedom of expression on the internet.

It also crucial that it be about resistance against an all-out effort by the elite and their technocrats to turn the internet into an all-encompassing panopticon surveillance and control grid. Contrary to common belief, the internet was not built to be a networked computer system designed to withstand a nuclear war, but as a surveillance and control grid. It was not happenstance that the platform found its way into public use.

In addition to a master networked surveillance tool, the internet is now a weaponized system that will be used to take out enemies of the state, as the Pentagon made abundantly clear following a concerted propaganda campaign hyping the dubious threat of cyber attacks on the power grid and national infrastructure. The system is not designed to attack remote cave dwelling terrorists, as the government would have us believe, but those of us designated as domestic terrorists.

Following the introduction of the internet and more specifically the world wide web in the early 1990s, the technocrats began engineering aspects of the surveillance and control grid that are now increasingly embedded in much of our everyday technology – from “smart phones” that use GPS to track and trace our every move to home appliances networked across the internet and televisions with onboard cameras and microphones in TiVo DVRs and other devices that surreptitiously record our conversations and movement.

GPS is also now a standard “feature” in our cars. So-called black boxes” recording our driving habits will soon be mandatory under the pretense of gathering information for car accident investigations.

Other surveillance tools include so-called smart meters on our homes that monitor electrical usage and provide this data not only to the government but that will be given or sold to a vast array of third parties for commercial purposes.

As previously noted, Google has repeatedly deleted videos unacceptable to the government from its YouTube service and has methodically de-listed alternative news sites from Google News. As a further example of how new technologies facilitate an Orwellian memory hole process where information may disappear without warning, consider Amazon’s arbitrary deletion of purchased books on the Kindle devices of customers. (Significantly, the book in question was Orwell’s classic Nineteen Eighty Four.)

From license plate reading technology to RFID tags embedded in clothes to proposals to have fusion centers track and trace our email (the NSA has done the latter now for years), the surveillance state is already here and growing at an alarming rate. We are quickly entering the world portrayed in Minority Report where an array of devices monitor and surveil our every move.

In March of 2011, Mike Adams described a plan by the Department of Homeland Security “to roll out a new wave of mobile surveillance technologies at train stations, stadiums and streets. These new technologies will track your eye movements, capture and record your facial dimensions for face-recognition processing, bathe you in X-rays to look under your clothes, and even image your naked body using whole-body infrared images.”

All of the efforts of government and corporations to turn the world into a high-tech panopticon – literary, a prison where the inmates are continuously surveilled without their knowledge or consent – is now rolling along at a brisk clip. The internet is at the forefront of that insidious effort.

We are not attempting to dismiss commendable efforts to prevent SOPA and PIPA from becoming law. However, we must realize that the battle to maintain and restore our liberty is like playing a game of Spock’s three-dimensional chess.

It is active and in motion on multiple levels. We must ensure that the technology we consent to use is not weaponized or employed to track and trace our every move. At the same time, it is critical that we work to restore liberties the government has robbed from us under the pretense of saving us from not only phantom terrorists but also from the banker imported scourge of drugs and other invented dangers like man-made global warming.

The great internet wars have begun. It is our responsibility to confront each one decisively and not allow the controllers to divert us down a single path. We must realize that the battle to defeat SOPA and PIPA is part of a larger, more comprehensive fight to resist tyranny in all forms, not simply in Congress where the most obvious efforts appear with theatrical media fanfare.
