 I noticed yesterday he wasn't responding to noises. Came home today from work and he was sleeping. I clapped my hands loud, yelled, snapped, made kissy noises....nothing. I decided to get out the vacuum...turned it on...nothing...he finally woke up once I bumped the box he was sleeping in. Still had the vacuum running. He comes out, stretches and everything. He didn't even hear the vacuum.

 This is him sleeping in the box. We wakes up only when I bump it."

Another one of her kittens adopted was blind in one eye, or so they thought.

This is Moxie...

Moxie is a female tortie shell calico. Obvious Cloudy Eye.
So I tell her to make sure the new additions (Moxie & Biscuit), at that time, to get the Liquid Chlorophyll & Sulfur crystals too.  Sulfur will help dissolve scar tissue, helps with rebuilding, as well, and the Copper in the Chlorophyll will also help with Collagen Production and is also rebuilding.

Moxie's eye is perfectly normal now!  YAY! Joy Juice!
EPX now has a sulfur crystal formula (Ultra Pure MSM), but we empty out the veg capsules (for OBVIOUS reasons, Ahem!). Break open the capsules (around 4 or 5) to equal a teaspoon of the sulfur. So we either get it at the old link, order from Ingri locally, or get from EPX Body.

So... if those simple things can fix Moxie's eyes, perhaps Ziggy's hearing can be improved or be eliminated totally.

Merck made a "hit list" of doctors who criticized Vioxx, according to testimony in a Vioxx class action case in Australia. The list, emailed between Merck employees, contained doctors' names with the labels "neutralise," "neutralised" or "discredit" next to them.

According to The Australian, Merck emails from 1999 showed company execs complaining about doctors who disliked using Vioxx. One email said:
We may need to seek them out and destroy them where they live ...
The plaintiffs' lawyer gave this assessment:
It gives you the dark side of the use of key opinion leaders and thought leaders ... if (they) say things you don't like to hear, you have to neutralise them ... It does suggest a certain culture within the organisation about how to deal with your opponents and those who disagree with you.
The Australian:
The court was told that James Fries, professor of medicine atStanford University, wrote to the then Merck head Ray Gilmartinin October 2000 to complain about the treatment of some of his researchers who had criticised the drug.

"Even worse were allegations of Merck damage control by intimidation," he wrote, ... "This has happened to at least eight (clinical) investigators ... I suppose I was mildly threatened myself but I never have spoken or written on these issues."
The allegations come on the heels of revelations that Merck created a fake medical journal -- the Australasian Journal of Bone and Joint Medicine -- in which to publish studies about Vioxx; had pop songs commissioned about Vioxx to inspire its staff, and paid ghostwriters to draft articles about the drug.

I just went to Kroger to get some groceries and this "specially formulated" flu shot advertisement for the elderly came out right before my receipt. Most folks don't understand that the public health department, the CDC and the state are all corporations. Basically Our Government is a Corporation. The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) is a corporation headquartered in the STATE OF GEORGIA. The CDC IS NOT PART OF A LEGITIMATE GOVERNMENT. Repeat: the CDC IS NOT PART OF A LEGITIMATE GOVERNMENT! It is a private for-profit corporation that is chartered under the umbrella of the private for-profit UNITED STATES corporation with extremely close ties to the pharmaceutical companies.

I do not recognize the CDC as a government health advocacy organization. It is a corporation listed on Dun and Bradstreet and headquartered in the STATE OF GEORGIA, with strong ties to the pharmaceutical industry. Therefore, their recommendations are influenced by the 'fiscal' health of their corporation. Regarding pediatricians... A pediatrician is not an "essential" part of raising children. That is an indoctrination that has bought, lock-stock-and-barrel. For an otherwise healthy child, a pediatrician is NOT necessary - except as coach and counselor (which most are not). Pediatric visits are at 2-4-6 months for doctor convenience (time to bully a new mom/dad into vaccinating when you're tired and still trying to "figure it out") and for insurance company planning (a way to get your child into the EHR system and tracked for life). Use a naturopath and/or good chiropractor instead.

Exactly. I hate magazines. I get irritated to no end, when getting junk mail of circulars trying to sell us junk we don't even want or need. My husband can attest to that when I start bitching at all the paper waste. He'll tell you about how anal I get about that.

While we gals want to look pretty and all, we can do so without CORPORATIONS telling us how and within realistic goals. Damn CORPORATE consumerism.

And not to mention that a poor tree has to die for the all paper harvested to make this crap, depriving us of our precious oxygen that the trees naturally produce. Wanna sell something or offer a product? Do like we do and do it online. At least a tree is saved that way and can actually provide something that is needed and useful.
