Medical Freedom: What Rights Are You Willing To Lose? - Fearless Parent


Whether you're pro-vaccine, anti-vaccine, or fall somewhere in the middle, the questions you need to ask yourselves are as follows: Do you want to live in a world, where you cannot freely refuse a medical procedure that carries risk of injury or death?

I'm not questioning your comfort level with today's vaccine schedule, because today's vaccine schedule will change. New vaccines and additional doses are added all the time. Children today receive as many as 49 doses of 14 vaccines before they reach age six, which is roughly 12 times higher than the number of vaccines administered to children back in 1940.

With more than 220 new vaccines in the developmental pipeline for children and adults...and no end in sight..the question you must ask yourself is ARE YOU CERTAIN you will be 100% comfortable when 200 more vaccines are added to the mandated list in the future?

If you say that yes, you're comfortable, then you're either:

a) not expecting to be a parent or grandparent,
b) don't think about it much because your kids are grown and out of the house, or
c) lying to prove a point.

No critical thinker, no honest person, would ever sign off on the sight-unseen vaccine schedule of the future. And yet that's what you're doing when you condemn the people who are fighting for your right to refuse. YOU have the right to refuse, should you ever choose to use it, because the very "anti-vaccine" people you demonize have been fighting for us all.

Right now, the burden of "herd immunity" falls on small children, but that is changing. Vaccine manufacturers see an untapped market in adolescent and adult vaccine. They are coming for you next. What will you do if your state, your employer, or your insurance company forces you to get a vaccine that you simply don't want. It hasn't happened to you yet, but if the right to refuse is eroded, it will happen to you sooner than you might think. Who will you turn to? Your legislators who get campaign donations from pharmaceutical companies? The CDC that has former pharma executives sitting on the board? Who will you turn to if you ever want to say no?

What if it harms you, even kills you or your family member? There will be no recourse. No one to blame. You absorb all the medical bills. Deal with all the anger, all the guilt. Alone.

Once we enter the slippery slope of removing and individual's right to refuse medical procedures that carry a risk of injury or death, once we remove an individual's right to speak for him/herself and his/her children, we open ourselves up to an insidious new era, where other drugs and other procedures can be mandated.

I heard (on NPR, interestingly enough) that there are people who want to test for a gene marker that's been found in mass shooters in the hopes that they can put the carriers of that gene on medications in early childhood. Sounds great, right? But many of us carry genes that will never be expressed. You could be a carrier of that gene. Or your child could be a carrier.

So if we follow the "for the greater good" mentality behind vaccines (or the Nazi's "for the greater good" mentality behind eugenics - the breeding out illness. We are looking at forcing people who may never express a sociopathic gene to take antipsychotics, just in case.

Because that's what forced vaccination does. It asks children who may never come into contact with a particular virus to accept a vaccine, just in case. And that's what eugenics was all about. It sterilizes people who can pass on a genetic disease - just in case.

Forced vaccination is a human rights violation. To support it when you know that the government's own National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (NVICP) has paid nearly $3b to damaged persons. The government's Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS) lists people who have died as a result of vaccines. Vaccination is unethical at best, sociopathic at worst.

What can we do?

1. The ethical thing to do is to allow people their right to refuse. Let doctors and big pharma - who has marketing budgets larger than the GDP of some countries - to do a better job of convincing parents that vaccines are safe, protective and harmless.

2. Reverse the law that grants vaccine manufacturers total immunity from vaccine injury lawsuits. You can't sue a vaccine manufacturer if your child is injured or killed by a vaccine, even in cases where a safer vaccine was available and not chosen.

Think about that. You can't sue the manufacturer. What other product has legal and government protection? The complete immunity from liability does more to shake a parents' confidence in vaccines than anything else. Be sure they know that with an adverse outcome from a vaccine, they are completely on their own."

Here it is, folks! We all knew this day was coming. Here is the plan in black and white. The ACA will be used to implement this plan to vaccinate all adults.

They want to target pregnant women, in particular, for even more vaccines (see page 10).

They will monitor adverse events stemming from the vaccines in a passive way, as before. (What agency makes the call to withdraw a vaccine that is harming too many people? Or, doesn't that matter, considering they deny all side effects and deaths as causally connected to vaccination?)
I guess I got my answer on page 13:
1.3.1 Review the latest medical and scientific literature for evidence of causal links between vaccines and adverse events when reviewing claims.

I guess that means they will review slanted, false scientific literature prepared for them by the vaccine industry.
Lots of EHR usage to target the unvaccinated-- even pharmacists, who shouldn't be privy to that confidential information (page 13), and that information will travel beyond state lines. Nice!

Yup, they are going after employers to enforce vaccination uptake, too (see page 15).

And they are planning to go after our faith-based groups to promote vaccination uptake, too (see page 20 and page 22). I guess they will be pressuring pastors and rabbis and imams to promote the uptake of vaccinations, including those with pork trypsin and aborted fetal cell lines, and an entire zoo of animal retroviral contaminants. Bye-bye religious exemptions for everyone if that happens! If your pastor is advocating you to take vaccines, how will your religious leader be in any position to help you obtain a religious exemption to vaccination, right? That is devious, and it cannot be tolerated.

They will be employing more thought leaders, too (page 23):
1. Encourage the development of adult immunization champions across all sectors.

They will be developing more vaccines for adults.

Does the following on page 25 mean that they will use computer models to predict false, wished for animal vaccine efficacy?
2. Optimize predictive values of vaccine efficacy in animal models, and develop and validate new analytical methods and biomarkers that will establish early-phase correlates of protection.

Page 26 is just plain scary with talk of the NAIP - National Adult Immunization Plan with the use of an Adult Interagency Task Force:
The AITF membership is composed of core federal stakeholders with a vested interest in adult immunization.
Will Glaxo, Merck and Sanofi reps be ringing our doorbells soon?

Implementing the NAIP will require not just federal action, but also national action. The success of the plan will require states, tribal and local governments, components of the health care delivery system, communities, manufacturers, and other stakeholders to work together to ensure a coordinated and comprehensive adult immunization program. The strategies identified here are intended to serve as a catalyst for other stakeholders to develop their own plans for participation in adult immunization activities.

Page 49. Jonas Salk and Tom Francis explained that the immunization of some students had limited the spread of flu virus in their dormitories, therby reducing the risk of illness among their unvaccinated roommates. This manifestation of what immunologists call the "herd effect," whereby vaccination of only part of a population interrupts transmission of the disease sufficiently to abolish it throughout the population.

Page 351-52. The phenomenon was similar to the "herd effect" noticed by Jonas Salk and Tommy Francis in 1943 after their double-blind test of influenza vaccine in dormitories at the University of Michigan. They had found that unvaccinated students who lived in the same dormitories as vaccinated students caught less flu than unvaccinated students whose dormitory mates were also unvaccinated. Obviously, the presence of a significant number of immunized persons in a dormitory-or neighborhood-affected the spread of infection by interrupting the chain of transmission.

Page 377. Salk reviewed the "herd effect," showing how the inactivated vaccine had protected unvaccinated as well as vaccinated Ammericans.

*this honestly makes me sicker than I can explain. Yes, I will agree that this is old. Who cares about 1979 anyways? I do. Any parent should care if they knew what happened here. No, we no longer use the DPT now DTaP) but that doesn’t matter here. What matters is that this happened and there was never a resolution. There was never justice or an apology. Those precious babies meant nothing. Just like everything else, it was all pushed under the rug. (I cannot explain how angry it makes me that people who question these things are just called “crazy” and that’s it. No journalism. No Truth!)

[Vaccination-Liberation] Vaccines and 'perception management'

The vaccine issue is not all about choice. Without full disclosure there is only the "perception" of choice. This is true across the board.

Dr Paul Offit is the pro-vaccine physician most frequently featured on TV and even in some alternative media forums. Yet rarely is it mentioned that Offit is an industry insider who has a vaccine patent and receives money from Big Pharma. How is that full disclosure?

Hubbie (retired GP) told me that he was instructed NOT to offer parents the package inserts for vaccines because they might frighten them. Instead doctors are given CDC propaganda "fact sheets" that conceal the truth. How is that full disclosure?

Parents who protect their children from dangerous drugs are making the only reasonable choice any parent who loves their children can make.

In an incredible and ongoing draconian response to the media hyped 'measles outbreak' at Disneyland, lawmakers are attempting to take away parents' rights to decide, or even influence, what is put into their children's bodies.

Bills in dozens of states and at the federal level are now being introduced to deny exemptions on philosophical and/or religious grounds and make vaccinations mandatory.

California, where the Disneyland 'outbreak' occurred, is leading the charge with a bill that would require all children to be immunized before entering schools, and would now disallow both personal belief and religious exemption reasons.

Some 13,000 kindergarteners claimed religious or personal belief exemptions according to California state records – now media-driven propaganda is demanding that they not be allowed to enter school until they are vaccinated.

As usual, it is the telling conflicts of interest behind the figures who are most prominent in the media.

In 2003, the US entered its war with Iraq and everyone headed for the Middle East, including soldiers, support personnel and onlookers, was required to get a smallpox vaccination.

David Bloom, an NBC journalist embedded with the troops, died suddenly soon after arriving in Iraq from a blood clot called Deep-Vein Thrombosis (DVT). The news media speculated that his death may have been caused by the long plane ride to Iraq.

But in the halls of the nation's premier public-health agency they were whispering something else: Bloom's death was probably caused by the smallpox vaccine, which is well known to have cardiovascular side effects.

Since smallpox had been eradicated from the planet in the 1970s, the only smallpox risk in 2003 came from the vaccine itself. The government's possible  complicity in the death of David Bloom and uncounted others was never made public.

Soon after the Gulf War started in 1991 we were introduced to Gulf-War Syndrome, a debilitating condition with many and varied devastating autoimmune symptoms. Even today it compromises the life and health of over one-third of the 700,000 combat veterans who served in the Middle East. The government's best shot at an explanation ranged all over the place, from sarin gas, to depleted uranium, to smoke from burning oil wells, to 'it's all in their heads'. Outside researchers, however, reached another conclusion that provides something that eluded the military: an explanation that makes sense. They found compelling evidence that the symptoms of an induced autoimmune disorder are consistent with the administration of an experimental anthrax vaccine that was secretly administered to half the troops, without informed consent, as an illegal research study on a captive audience. The problematic ingredient in the vaccine was an additive called squalene, which has been shown to be a disaster for the immune system. It is still used in some vaccines today.

In Syria last year, 15 children died after receiving a contaminated measles vaccine sponsored by the U.N. Unlike the vaccine, there were no deaths reported from the disease. In what appeared to be an effort to reassure the public, there was an intense campaign designed to convince us that the poison vaccine was contaminated due to human error. It was all just a tragic accident. Big Pharma wasn't at fault. Honest.

Do you get the heavily promoted annual flu vaccine? Well, CDC admits that the formula for the vaccine this year is a near-total miss. It won't work for the strain now going around, although they claim, incongruously, that it is partially effective for a few. They have yet to admit how often the flu vaccine is produced based on a wrong guess, which in my experience in public health is pretty often. Production of the flu vaccine requires a 2-year lead time in advance of the expected outbreak, far too early to know which strain of the ever-mutating virus will show up. A flu shot exposes us to all of the potential side effects that go along with vaccines, including those spelled out in the 1986 Vaccine Act, such as brain damage, paralytic disorders, anaphylaxis, seizures and death, and very likely none of the benefits we expected. The government knows this. They didn't tell you?

The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation is currently spending a fortune vaccinating children in developing countries. Unfortunately, the secondary effects of the polio vaccine is being blamed for 47,500 cases in India alone of a polio-mimicking paralytic disease. While Bill Gates is congratulating himself on the near eradication of polio, India is overwhelmed by the human side effects of his largesse. The problem is well documented in the international press but is carefully censored in the vaccine-hysterical US.

This is not the first episode where a vaccine has, sadly, caused the disease being inoculated against. The Salk Vaccine for polio seemed God-sent in the 1950s, except by families where the vaccine actually gave polio to their children. Virologists estimated in 1955 that the vaccine caused as many cases of polio in the U.S. as it prevented.

Autism and childhood vaccines? There is far too much anecdotal evidence that young children react badly when their immune systems are challenged by 30 to 40 vaccines for the government to glibly dismiss cause and effect. Scientists know that they can't prove that autism is not related to vaccines, but their careful wording is continually misinterpreted to mean that they have done the impossible and proven a negative.

Over and over we hear the groupthink repeated: vaccines do not cause autism. But that is not what researchers say. What scientists actually admit is that they have found no link between autism and vaccines, a statement that exists in an entirely different dimension. That they have not identified cause and effect does not mean that it doesn't exist, as they know well.

In the meantime, the number of autistic and neurologically damaged children in the U.S. continues to skyrocket beyond all reason, in tandem with the increasing number of officially mandated vaccines.

One possible reason for the government's public insistence that vaccines are "safe and effective" is the Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS), monitored by the CDC, and the Vaccine Injury Compensation Fund (VICP) adjudicated by the Department of Justice. Despite the hurdles, roadblocks and bad faith that make collecting from the fund nearly impossible, the fund has nevertheless compensated 2500 claims with roughly $2 billion since the inception in 1986 of the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act (the Vaccine Act). We can only imagine what the cost to taxpayers would be if CDC admitted their major vaccine problems.

Does it sound like the government really believes that vaccines are "safe and effective"?

In addition to mandating the compensation of vaccine-injured children, The Vaccine Act of 1986 does something else. It removes all liability from Big Pharma for the damages their vaccines cause and places it squarely on the taxpayer. It's a get-out-of-jail-free card and a major contributor to the profitability.of vaccines. It is also a fundamental reason why the pharmaceutical companies are anxious to develop new, untested vaccines and then convince us that we need them.

Does it sound like Big Pharma thinks its products are safe?

Another reason for the government's insistence on unsafe vaccinations is its allegiance to the profits of big business. Vaccines are a big moneymaker for Merck, Pfizer, and others, and Big Pharma is a huge contributor to both political parties and individual politicians.

There are compelling reasons beyond the sordid government-corporate history of vaccines that leads informed parents to say no to vaccinating their children. That will be the discussion in my next post.

I've been meaning to address something in the vaccine debate that isn't being directly confronted. 

When people discuss vaccinations, they are referring to the process of injecting a minor (infant, child) with a prophylactic medication. When people discuss vaccine compliance, they are referring to forcing parents to vaccinate minors. 

They rarely discuss consenting adults who make a voluntary decision to vaccinate THEMSELVES.

In other words, the debate itself is rigged. It's inherently flawed. If this was really about the noble aspects of protecting the helpless and the innocent, then our program would be backwards. We would be calling for all adults to roll up their sleeves for complete vaccinations, and regular titre testing then re-vaccination if immunity thresholds weren't high enough. The adults would be sacrificing for the children.

Instead, what we want is for the MOST vulnerable to be fully vaccinated. We want the people with the LEAST DEVELOPED IMMUNE SYSTEMS and the MOST TO LOSE, the ones who cannot consent, and who cannot even talk to describe their pain and adverse reactions to forcefully endure prophylactic medical interventions.

Taking a vaccine is a risk to yourself, to others, and to society as a whole. Every vaccine has side effects and risks, short term and long term. You risk injury or death to yourself. You risk spreading the vaccine-disease to others and injuring or killing them. And you risk altering the epidemiology of society as a whole, including through multiple generations.

Let's look at antibiotics as an example (although a restricted one b/c antibiotics are usually given to a treat an existing disease and not injected into healthy people.)

When you take antibiotics, you have a risk to yourself and a risk to others. You can directly injure or kill yourself, and you can alter the bacterial ecosystem, resulting in resistant strains that put the entire world at risk.

So, for example, thanks to people and the agri-industry overusing antibiotics, we now have super-bugs as the media calls them, showing resistance to antibiotics and increasing the risk for complications and death.

Similarly, the decisions you make regarding vaccinations will alter your health and the rest of society.

BUT, that's not the whole story. Because this isn't about adults freely consenting to what products they put into their body that might risk others, such as smoking or driving drunk, or using carcinogenic household products that are washed into our water supply.

This is about demanding that parents force vaccines into their non-consenting children, when no disease is present and lesser treatments (nutrition, supplements, etc) have not been tried first. This violates every aspect of ethical medicine in our human existence.

Not only are proponents of vaccination demanding that parents use vaccines, which carry risks for individuals and society, but they are demanding that we do so over the bodily integrity and human rights of the children, the most innocent and defenseless.

This is a program directed towards minors who cannot consent and it involves a prophylactic medical intervention without any immediate lifesaving indication.

The vaccine debate is not only about diseases and efficacy, studies and money. It's about basic human rights to bodily integrity and informed consent in the medical system.

If you believe in vaccine theory and you want to alter society's epidemiology of disease for better or for worse, then YOU roll up your sleeve and YOU make that choice. Don't pretend your desire to force every infant and child to endure 58 vaccines by age 6 is somehow altruistic.

8)   The AMERICAN ACADEMY OF PEDIATRICS and the AMERICAN ACADEMY OF FAMILY PHYSICIANS are not health advocacy organizations. They are trade associations-corporations (listed on Dun and Bradstreet) that are head-quartered in the STATE OF ILLINOIS and the STATE OF KANSAS respectively, whose monetary compensation from the vaccine manufacturers contributes to the ‘fiscal’ health of their corporations.
9)   Physicians (who are intentionally misinformed by the CDC and Big Pharma and who cannot be sued for vaccine injuries) are paid higher reimbursement rates for each “fully vaccinated” child.

Sounds like it was a time released euthanasia or disability to wipe you out shot. We should be having some petition to demand a recall and investigation as to just what they stuck in those vials with all the sepsis after it besides the death. Must be some rotten lots. It's what you get when evil people you give no accountability on their product to stick in your body or your children. Better take out life and insurance on the kids and family and make sure work has good disability insurance. Some sick death lotto going on here. Other countries are stopping them when several got sick and some died out of the same multidose vials.
