The obvious thing is the WRONG thing…
History: When people first started noticing that bones out of place caused problems with health, they noticed that some spinal bones (called vertebra) appeared to be out of place backwards (P to A adjusting).
The concept was simple. Find the bone that’s backwards and, with a person face down on a table, push it forward. This is wrong! Doing it like this only breaks the integrity of the structure further.
ABC adjusts A to P, and ONLY the bones that are incapable of self-correcting on their own. |
ABC protocol performs the various (anterior, posterior, and lateral) meningeal releases. These are VERY IMPORTANT!
Sympathetic mode is where one is stuck in a constant "fight or flight". This stresses the adrenals, raises cortisol (belly fat anyone?), causes the natural T3 active thyroid hormone (active at the cellular level), to change into
RT3, known as
Reverse T3. RT3 and raised cortisol have the same dangerous cascading effects on the body. Have to support thyroid.
