Lugol’s Iodine is a special mixture of two types. It cleanses out our lymphatic system apparently reducing swelling in the head.

That is a very HUGE difference.  I can see this buildup on people very easily.  My daughter has low hypothyroid and she has the swelling and puffiness now.

One of my sisters has the puffiness too.  I have no idea if she is taking any meds or supplements.

And another sister takes the synthetic Synthroid, but doesn't have the puffiness that I can tell.  She does supplements too, so that may be why.  But Synthroid (synthetic T4) can NOT convert to the active T3.

The way I do it with NO prescriptions, is take the Lugol's iodine, and co-factors.  I take the Jimmy Pitticus brand called 3rdi.

There are other co-factors needed, like selenium (helps in T4 to T3 conversion).  L-Tyrosine (amino acid) needed for production of T4.  Copper and zinc, which I get in the Wallach Youngevity Beyond Tangy Tangerine, as an all around multi-vitamin and colloidal minerals.  Vitamin C, as in Sodium Ascorbate (NutriBiotics brand), and the NAC (N-Acetyl Cysteine), which is known to dissolve and shift myxedema mucin deposits.

I had the puffy arms with the extraneous tissue on the arms, as seen in the video on one of my other posts  My arms are no longer puffy due to the Lugol's, NAC, L-Tyrosine, and selenium, etc.. as mentioned above.  Also, the serrapeptase helps as it helps dissolve amyloid plaque, fibrosis, hardened fibrin (defensive action), eat up scar tissue, decrease inflammation, and is a great way to decrease pain.  I have to take 2-4 for the relief. Also beating the crap out myself with the Fascia Blaster also helps to break up the stuff and some lbs and inches have been lost due to all of this. Still have to step up the copper and zinc more, because the skin is still bouncing back from the lost stuff and lost inches.

Face was never so bad, puffy-wise, but every little bit helps and include the NCR cranial adjustments to help set things aright.

The NAC and L-Tyrosine are from BulkSupplements company, as they are free of added excipients and cellulose, etc...  I order in bulk powder and gelatin capsules, when I can get the gel capsule option.  The NAC in gelatin capsules goes very quickly, so they are mostly out of stock on that one.  But they have the loose powder version, which can be encapsulated, and the gel caps can also be found elsewhere online.  I re-encapsulate the Arthur Andrew Medical serrapeptase into the gelatin capsules myself, since I prefer to skip the icky cellulose polymerized "veggie" caps, which has no vegetables in them whatsoever.  Apparently, I have to do most stuff the hard way.  Sigh.

I'm doing the Lugol's as part of the Steve Beddingfield F.I.R.M. protocol anyway.

I only have to get more of the Fibro-Ease for the hardened fibrin, to address it from the offensive, as in prevention from the offensive action.  All the other anti-hardening stuff, we already have.

* NAC and Lugol's for Myxedema
* Benfotiamine for AGEs (Advanced Glycation End Products).  AGEs are the result of glycation (the bonding of a sugar molecule to a protein or lipid molecule without enzymatic regulation.), so one must never mix protein and glucose.  And what do people do?  Eat a protein meal and have a sweet dessert right after.
* Serrapeptase for hardened fibrin and fibrosis, inflammation, pain, etc... Defensive action.


Also, while we are on sugar, I would like to add that sugar will cause a similar buildup of stuff too.  Check out William Dufty author of the book called Sugar Blues.  His before was "puffy" look too.  Reduction of AGEs obviously from eliminating sugar.

The "After" is after he gave up sugar.

The grains will also cause blood sugar spikes, so we avoid those too.

They are:  Wheat, Barley, Rye, Oats, Rice, and Corn.

We have to watch out for hidden sugar, as in HFCS (High Fructose Corn Syrup), and many others.  I like the Youngevity product called SweetEZE, which has the ceylon cinnamon, gynemma sylvestre, bitter melon, chromium, and vanadium to keep blood sugar from rising.  We eat regular fruit like apples, pears, bananas, grapefruit, oranges, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, kiwi, etc...  There is a little bit of the organic hot chocolate put in the coffee occasionally, and I also be sure to add the Cassia (cinnamon) essential oil drops in it too.

A couple of days ago I checked my e-mail to surpisingly find ~30 new subscribers in one day.  At first I thought, wow, that last video must have been a hit.  But it turns out all the new subscribers I'm getting seem to be totally random, and there's a new slew every day.  Many of my actual youtube friends and actual subscribers are experiencing the same thing.  Its very annoying.  I don't want any BS subscribers, it makes having subscribers meaningless.  Many of these new subscribers cannot possibly have any interest in my videos... I've checked them out.  Why is this happening, and how can it be stopped?  I used to want to show my subscribers on my channel page, because it was apparrant they were users with interests like mine, and I was proud to redirect visitors to their channels. But now I'm two steps away from taking my subscribers off my channel page, because now about half of them are totally random.

I am having the same BS subscribers, which I call robot subscribers.

They are ALL gamers, and there is NOTHING on my youtube that would attract gamers.

My stuff is anti-vaccine stuff, cats, health summits and docu-series trailers, etc...  NOTHING that a gamer would be interested in.  And besides I can no longer upload to my channel.  Just a waste of space now, except for the good videos I had already uploaded.

And this shit keeps filling up my email EVERY DAY!

Yesterday, I got 15 in a row.  Of course, we want subscribers, but we want people of like mind and folks who are interested in the real issues.

A few months ago, I found that YT had made me a gaming channel profile (WITHOUT permission or consent), which is probably why these "subscriptions".  Can't seem to find it at the moment, but will add link later if and when I do.  I am one who hates things being decided for me.

This is apparently happing to others too.  And youtube has basically turned my channel to total useless shit
