For those who need the ingredients transcribed:

How to Dissolve  Mucus, Biofilms and Kill Parasites from Dan the Life Regenerator
32 oz Juice (save 2-3 oz for your 'After Shot')
Combination of Lemon, Lime, Grapefruit, Orange/Tangelo
Take 1 TBSP PuraDyme LifyZyme chew it up to mix with your saliva
to get things activated and moving, swallow, and then down the 32 oz juice

*Wait 3-4 hours* THEN...
Take your 2-3 ounce After Shot and ADD...
2 Drops Young Living Oregano Vitality Oil (working up to 4 drops Oregano over 3-4 weeks time)
2 Drops Young Living Peppermint Vitality Oil
1 Drop Young Living Clove Vitality Oil
1 Drop Young Living Cinnamon Bark Vitality Oil
If you have the Zeolite spray or Clinoptilolite spray - a few sprays into the juice
Drink Up - and then take a deep breath! The Peppermint and Oregano oils are amazing for the lungs!

** Note** DO NOT GET OREGANO OIL ON YOUR SKIN OR ANY ESSENTIAL OILS IN ON OR AROUND YOUR EYES OR IN YOUR EARS. Oregano Oil is  considered a "HOT" oil. If you get any on your skin DO NOT GO FOR WATER ... remember chemistry - water and oil don't mix .. so you want to go for Olive oil, or Coconut oil, etc to dilute it which slows the rate of absorption and eases 'skin sensitivity'.
