The Daily Messenger: In Britain, Cereal Is Racist...: I've eaten both cereals. I never associated black and white people with them..... Only a racist would do that. We boycotted Kellogg's products in our household years ago, because of their GMO everything in the so called food they sell at high prices...

None of us here even eats cereal at all anymore. Never was much of a cereal fan anyway. I could take it or leave it. We ate it when we were little, as my mom was just too lazy to cook a real breakfast, and she would drown it in milk, which is another thing I hate. Yuck! The only ones I sort of liked were the LIFE cereal that Mikey liked, Cheerios/Honey Nut Cheerios, and Quaker Oatmeal. Grits and Cream of Wheat we ate too.
We here have long since dropped these grains, except for an occasional noodle or rice side dish, and which are only bought from the organic health food store, but it's very rare for even those.
For breakfast, we prefer eggs and TURKEY bacon. We avoid pork too. And since it never really matters what is eaten and when, sometimes we just fix maybe chicken, fish or something else as our meal of the day. Now, we only eat ONCE a day, with sometimes a snack later of maybe one of the following.... almond butter, bone broth, gluten-free pancakes w/real raw local honey, organic chips, gluten-free crackers, or maybe an orange or grapefruit. There are NO rules that one has to have 3 meals a day, or that only breakfast food is the first meal, blah blah blah... etc... We just eat whatever and at whenever time, and whatever we happen to be in the mood for that given day.
And we take Vitamins, minerals, amino acids, essential fatty acids, herbals, and other specialized supplements & protocols, etc...
