Dr. Paul Whitcomb talks about upper/cervical spinal stenosis on his blogs and meningeal compression. The C-1 (Atlas) being out of place can apparently cause meningeal compression. Meningeal adhesions, no doubt, cause the meningeal compression too.

* We have a Blair chiropractor that comes to town every other week here. I only let him adjust the Atlas and do an occiput lift. Sometimes he will adjust the hips, but the middle and lower spine, I do only the ABC version, so I can be adjusted A to P. The Blair guy still adjusts P to A, so I either let my hubby do the ABC or go to Jerry Porter and have him do the whole ABC protocol, including the meningeal releases.
The ideal would be to have ROLFing one day, and the next do ABC protocol and then follow with the Blair Atlas correction.

Many years ago, I've had the Clear Passage Therapies technique. Although it's promoted for fixing bio-mechanical dysfunction in fertility, they also correct the entire body's fascial adhesions, as well as visceral adhesions. http://www.clearpassage.com/ Some of it is alot like ROLFing, and some of it is very specialized techniques. Hillary Lamper's former massage assistant Jen did alot of stuff that Clear Passage did too.

NCR requires a long road trip, so that's been 2 or 3 times a year. Only had 2 in 2014. I plan to have 2 or 3 in 2015.
I have my own massage cup set, so I can break up some adhesions with that. The adhesions and hardened fibrin in the shoulder's area is often pretty tender.

Protealytic/Systemic enzymes such as Serrapeptase eats up the scar tissue, eats up excess hardened fibrin/fibrosis, and excess fibrin in the blood. I use either Fibrenza blend or Arthur Andrew Medical now, the one with 250,000 IU.
Elijah Free's Fibro-Ease will stop the body from laying down the hardened fibrin at the source, by addressing the rare potassium deficiency, and the Arthritis-Ease will help with the displaced and hardened calcium. TMJ-Ease is actually a combo of the both, save for one extra ingredient.
Since degenerative disc disease is common in spinal stenosis, nutritional therapy is also good, such as Master Amino Acid Pattern (MAP) formula. These along with the systemic enzymes saves me from a lot of lower back pain, and that was even before ABC.
