To find solutions to the mandatory vaccination problem, we need to look outside the box. If we don't start educating ourselves, it is likely that we (and our children) will be facing a fairly grim future.

It is extremely unlikely that we will be able to hold back the growing tide of state vaccination statutes. Sherri Tenpenny explained why on Red Ice Radio. We've been losing that battle for many years.

Most definitely it is not time to give up. However, if we look closely at the legal system that supports these statutes, other solutions will become apparent.

As knowledgeable 'vaccine-aware' Californians learned last year, the religious exemption is being eliminated. Increasingly we are seeing parents who are protecting their children from toxic vaccines being villainized.

This move is well funded and the groundwork has been put in place to convince legislators that they have the legal authority to eliminate religious exemptions.

Before anyone pursues legal action based on Constitutional rights (or pays any lawyer), please review what the CDC is telling its employees as well as state legislators:

Further authority to compel vaccination of children comes under the doctrine of parens patriae in which the state asserts authority over child welfare. In the 1944 case of Prince v. Massachusetts, which involved child labor under an asserted right of religious freedom, the U.S. Supreme Court summarized the doctrine, noting that:”Neither rights of religion nor rights of parenthood are beyond limitation. Acting to guard the general interest in youth’s well being, the state as parens patriae may restrict the parent’s control by requiring school attendance, regulating or prohibiting the child’s labor, and in many other ways. Its authority is not nullified merely because the parent grounds his claim to control the child’s course of conduct on religion or conscience.

Thus, he cannot claim freedom from compulsory vaccination for the child more than for himself on religious  grounds. The right to practice religion freely does not include liberty to expose the community or the child to communicable disease or the latter to ill health or death. We are going to have to move away from the religious "choice" debate. It is going to become a losing argument - as it has in California. . .

It is hard to understand why there are attorneys who don't acknowledge the Prince vs Massachusetts Supreme Court decision of 1944.

It is hard to understand why there are attorneys who don't acknowledge the fact that the Supreme Court has refused to revisit this issue.

Before signing a contract with a BAR attorney (or giving him or her any money) to "defend your religious or parental rights not to vaccinate", ask him or her how he or she plans to overcome the Supreme Court's position. Unless he or she is willing to give you a money back guarantee, it would be wise to reconsider hiring him or her.

Before our corrupt 'agencies' embark on new policies, they usually lay the groundwork years in advance. In 2009 I discovered when and how they established new 'pandemic' public health policies in Ohio (and other states). As is most often the case, there was a federal grant involved and it all took place without the knowledge or consent of the general public.

Generally speaking by the time new policies are inflicted on us, the groundwork needed to enforce them has been in place for years.Much goes on behind the scenes that the public (including attorneys) are completely unaware of.

If we are to protect our children (and/or ourselves) from the vaccination agenda, we are going to have to look beyond the current constraints of our embedded medical and legal systems and start thinking 'out of the BAR box'!.

Texas requires an affidavit to get an exemption

This information is from the dept of health in Texas. It explains what a college or university student must do to be 'exempted' from vaccination requirements. The info is on the bottom right of the page.

"Please do not make any copies of the affidavit form. Photocopies will print with the word "void" throughout the form, making the form null & void."

My printing company said the words null and void are embedded in the paper and there is no way to get around it using copy machines or scanners.

Now, did the TX state statutes permit the department of health to put such a policy - requiring a signed notarized affidavit - in place or was it did done to comply with a federal grant? How can one use a copy of an affidavit as proof a requirement was met, when it says null and void across the front?

Unfortunately, you have to provide personal information to get a copy of the affidavit form, so I cannot access it. I'd love to see what it says. The idea of requiring that an exemption request be notarized and uncopyable makes me suspicious.

This is especially disconcerting when you look at the form pediatricians are now giving parents, which also requires the signature be witnessed. It reads like a confession and was designed to entrap the unsuspecting parent.

Dissecting the Basics of Our Legal System [and demanding our freedom]

To find our way out of the ‘regulatory’ trap (such as vaccine mandates and licensure requirements) we are all in, we need to dissect the basics regarding our commercial legal system that creates rules and statutes.

What is the government anyway?

All government entities are listed on Dun and Bradstreet in their all caps names . . . signifying their corporate status.

Attorneys who claim the all caps Dun and Bradstreet listings have no significance are misinformed, as the employees for these government entities openly admit they work for corporations. However when asked, the employees claim that the government entities they work for are only corporations so they can "do business". This is a truthful statement. They are all "doing business".

There are essentially only two basic types of corporations: for-profit and non-profit. Government corporations are most definitely NOT non-profits. If they were, they wouldn't be concealing their profits in CAFR accounts, which are huge.

The fact that government is a for-profit corporate enterprise makes all of the difference in the world regarding how we relate to it. This awareness is invaluable to everyone, even attorneys. There is a so-called Constitutional attorney living on the West coast who is getting hammered by government agencies and because he was not taught the reality of government corporations, he has been unable to ward off their attack. There is another so-called Constitutional attorney who filed a lawsuit to have the smart meter removed from her house. She lost her case. You have to stand far enough away from our legal system and shed all of your preconceptions to see it for what it really is . . . a scam.

There are solutions for our plight, once we realistically identify the structure in place calling itself our 'government'. .

We can't be afraid to challenge their bogus vaccine science

Some folks in the 'vaccine aware' movement believe we can't win the scientific debate. That is not true. We haven't won it so far because we haven't all jumped in and pushed the reality that vaccine science is NOT settled. Everyone seems to still be spending their time arguing "choice".

Of course, bogus science is their weakest link. We were reminded of that when we discovered the mumbo jumbo "consensus" science report: Adverse Effects of Vaccines - Evidence and Causality (2011).

They admit on the Institute of Medicine (division of the National Academy of Sciences) web site that they had to issue a "consensus" report. ALL CONSENSUS SCIENCE IS MUMBO JUMBO SCIENCE and the National Academy of Sciences boast that they use this methodology.

The "consensus" structure is used because it is easy to get the result you want while those participating remain relatively oblivious to the process.  It is part of the Delphi Technique of "perception management" created by the RAND Corporation.

Whenever we see the word "consensus" we know there is a scam going on.

Unfortunately, this strategy is used throughout our corporate system, i.e. government, academia, private industry, non-profits, etc. Fortunately, lots of savy people are waking up to it.

A good many of us are convinced that state public health grant-contracts have already been signed to greatly expand the vaccinated population as a result of the Healthy People 2020 program. This means that eliminating statutory restrictions to their goal is likely their next step.

All of the institutions we call government are corporations and sub-corporations and are therefore bound by the law of contracts. [Ingri's Idaho Observer reported on this reality back in 2007.] Therefore they are restricted in what they can do if we deny them our consent or refuse to contract with them.

Question: Can a state representative or senator be made aware that the CDC is corrupt and if so will he/or she even care?

If we assume they have children or grandchildren, we can presume they don't wish to see them harm or injured, right?

So, what will they do when they are told the truth?

Sticking with the 'parental choice' position on the legislation pending across the country to remove exemptions is just like what happened to the GMO labeling battle in California. The fact that GMO is really bad for everyone was kept out of the discourse. There are those who wish to see the same happen with the vaccination exemption issue and they are just as well funded, if not more so. It is all about 'framing the debate'.

Does anyone think that uneducated legislators have the right or authority to decide that all parents in their STATE must have their children injected with unwarranted and dangerous pharmaceutical products?

Again, can we assume that the legislators don't want their children or grandchildren harmed either? If they aren't told the truth about Gardasil and other vaccines how will they have the information they need to make the right decision?

We have all the evidence (including scientific reports) to win this battle. We can't be afraid to present it to those voting on legislation. If we don't do it now, we may not be able to do it later, as Jon Rappoport predicts.
