Nurse tried to weasel out of it by saying mistakes were made. Mistakes my fucking ass!!! This was a DELIBERATE & direct attack and assault on these children. Parents already said NO!
THIS IS WHY YOU KEEP YOUR KIDS AT HOME ON THESE DAYS!!!!
Or better yet, pull them out of The Public Fool System and HOME SCHOOL.

Turn in signed consent form, kid gets Vaxxed. Turn in form unsigned, kid gets Vaxxed. Turn in form with words added, "No vaccines!" and kid still gets Vaxxed. Do not turn in form at all, kid gets vaxxed. Yeah, I see what they did there.
