Okay, so I'm a little discouraged, because as true as the toxins, grains, and other stressors are causing headaches, it seems like they are downplaying the STRUCTURAL causes. Someone touched on it briefly, but no one has mentioned meningeal compression and adhesions. Yesterday's speaker Thaddeus Gala, DC talked about dropping ALL grains and dairy. He basically said forget gluten-free, but go TOTALLY GRAIN-FREE.

I was discussing this with a family member, and he actually gets it.
No grains whatsoever. No rice, no oats, no cereals, no corn, no nothing GRAINS.
Forget it in this day and time. Ancient grains were clean, all those many years ago.
When a piece of whole grain bread spikes someone's blood glucose to 170, there's something seriously wrong. Even a snickers bar barely puts some people over 150 at 1-hour and 2-hour postprandial. You won't see blood glucose go above 130 on paleo/primal foods. I'm not diabetic, but I totally understand the research given and it's very clear that microvascular damage begins to occur at blood glucose levels >140. Not to mention the un-felt downstream effects of glycation (AGEs,) which, by the way increases as the blood glucose level increases. We're talking oxidized LDL particles, downregulated nitric oxide activity, increased vascular permeability, and increased prothrombotic properties of the vessel walls. That is a recipe for heart disease. The grains cause systemic inflammation along with the AGEs. AGEs can come into the body through the foods we eat (called exogenous AGEs) or can ... reaction (called the Maillard reaction in chemistry) is what causes caramelization. So keeping the systemic inflammation down is key, I’ve found.

For no good reason and that is what makes the sudden push for mandatory vaccination all over the world highly suspect. This was the last shot Nicholas had, Dtap. Unbelievable what it says right on the package insert. This is disgusting that this goes on and parents are not told about these things before shots are given. The more I research the angrier I get. I searched Dtap packaging insert and all kinds of stuff came up. There has been over 3.3 BILLION dollars in vaccine settlements paid out for vaccine injuries/deaths, all paid by the government not the pharmaceutical companies. This is not an issue? This is bullshit and now my son's gone. I'm not going away, I am pissed and will fight for my boy as long as it takes. ~ Nick Catone
