I guess I won't be able to wear my Trumpy Cat tee shirt in public then. :( At least I can wear it around the house, and I actually prefer never going anywhere to be honest. Go get ABC, NCR, groceries, chiropractor, etc... but that's about it and head back home ASAP. In this day and time, I suppose it's best to just stay home, and if I could get any providers (ABC, etc...) to adjust me at home, all the better. Visiting friends is okay, but we hardly ever do that.
This is also why I won't get a job, even though I need one. I don't want one, but i need one. But I refuse to work where they take out taxes, because I REFUSE to support all this ongoing BS, among other things, like free vaccines for kids, for example. My hubby quit filing taxes many years ago, as he, too, got so fed up with stuff, and also refuses to support all this BS. So like everyone else, I rely on donations, affiliate programs, etc...
Sometimes I even wonder what's the use of this blog of mine? I am posting as much positive stuff as I can, but so much bad stuff in the world, that's it's overwhelming at times. I do try to find as many corresponding solutions to as much stuff as I can though.
Yeah, this country is f'd up for sure. Let's all move to Russia. The warmest parts of course. :)

Dear Pro-vaxxer,
It’s not your fault that you were born into a society where vaccines are not questioned. But society is starting to change…they are questioning.
It’s not your fault that your doctor never told you about the side effects and adverse reactions. But you are seeing those side effects every day out in the world.
It’s not your fault that the media tells you “the science is settled”. They are paid very well by pharma to market them to you.
It’s not your fault that you were told seizures, fevers and excessive sleepiness were “normal” following your child’s vaccines. They are not normal.
It’s not your fault that they haven’t studied vaccinated vs. unvaccinated kids to see who is healthier. If they did, you would be shocked.
It’s not your fault that your doctor tells you that vaccines are 100% safe and effective, they only receive ½ day of “training” on them.
None of this is your fault. But it is your responsibility to start listening instead of chastising. To start hearing instead of ignoring. And to start seeing and believing.

Religion will remain a valid excuse for parents to bypass laws requiring their children be vaccinated to attend public schools in New Jersey — at least for now — after state lawmakers Monday failed a second time to muster enough to support to pass a controversial bill that would have repealed the option that thousands of the state’s families used last year.

"I know there is a lot of talk and confusion about tomorrow. Tomorrow is Gov. Murphy's State address as its the closing of the legislative year. He speaks at 12 noon.
Sweeney doesn't have 21 votes to pass this bill in the REGULAR Senate voting session.(which was today) Technically speaking, the legislative calendar ends tomorrow at noon, yes. But...its not a voting day. Sweeney would need 30 Senators to agree that an EMERGENCY VOTE was warranted and then still need 21 yes votes to pass the bill. There is no way he gets 30 Senators to agree, and as we learned today, he doesnt have the 21 votes anyway. Which is why he pulled the bill again tonight. He is saving himself the embarrassment of it being voted down.
What Sweeney said was that he will reintroduce the bill again tomrrow after the new legislative session begins. Any bill not passed today goes back to stage one...in the new legislative calendar....beginning tomorrow. He didnt say he will bring it to a vote tomorrow, he meant they plan on reintroducing it tomorrow ONCE the new calendar begins.
I know its confusing, but that is why we need to ALL be educated about how state goverment and bills work and the process they go through. Back to the drawing board they go!
But today, be proud! We won! Many states have not. This is a HUGE victory for us all!"

10 Biggest Pharmaceutical Settlements in History
1. GlaxoSmithKline, $3 billion
Drugs: Paxil, Wellbutrin, Avandia
GlaxoSmithKline holds the dubious distinction of being forced to pay the largest health care fraud settlement in U.S. history. The criminal fine was $956,814,400 with a forfeiture of $43,185,600. $2 billion was paid to resolve civil liabilities under the False Claims Act.
The penalties are related to deceptive marketing, including off-label promotion and kickbacks, and failure to report safety data.
GSK agreed to pay based on:
Promoting Paxil, Wellbutrin, Advair, Lamictal, and Zofran for off-label and non-covered uses, in addition to paying kickbacks to physicians for prescribing those drugs.
Giving kickbacks to physicians for prescribing Imitrex, Lotronex, Flovent, and Valtrex.
Making false and misleading statements about Avandia’s safety.
False reporting to the Medicaid Drug Rebate Program.
2. Pfizer, $2.3 billion
Drugs: Bextra, Geodon, Zyvox, Lyrica
The criminal fine was $1.3 billion, and the additional $1 billion was for civil allegations under the False Claims Act. Pfizer falsely promoted Bextra, antipsychotic drug Geodon, antibiotic Zyvox, and antiepileptic Lyrica. The company was also accused of paying kickbacks related to these drugs and submitting false claims to government health care programs based on uses that weren’t medically accepted.
Bextra was pulled from the market in 2005 after it was deemed unsafe.
3. Johnson & Johnson, $2.2 billion
Drugs: Risperdal, Invega, Natrecor
Criminal fines and forfeiture totaled $485 million, and civil settlements amounted to $1.72 billion.
In the early 2000s, Risperdal was approved to treat schizophrenia. However, the company’s sales representatives were promoting the drug to physicians as a treatment for elderly dementia patients for anxiety, agitation, depression, hostility, and confusion. There were also allegations that Risperdal was marketed for other unapproved uses, such as prescription to children and individuals with mental disabilities.
Invega and Natrecor were also included in these lawsuits as having been illegally marketed for off-label and unapproved uses.
4. Abbott, $1.5 billion
Drug: Depakote
Criminal fines in this action were $700 million and civil settlements were $800 million. Abbott promoted Depakote as a drug to control agitation and aggression in elderly dementia patients, and for schizophrenia. The FDA hadn’t approved the drug for either of these uses. For 8 years, the manufacturer marketed Depakote for this purpose in nursing homes, even though there wasn’t any evidence that the drug was safe and effective when used that way.
In fact, the FDA had approved Depakote for epileptic seizures, bipolar mania, and migraine treatment. The manufacturer had actually discontinued clinical trials of Depakote for dementia treatment in 1999 because of adverse events, yet they still continued to market it publicly.
5. Eli Lilly, $1.42 billion
Drug: Zyprexa (generic: olanzapine)
Eli Lilly promoted antipsychotic drug Zyprexa for uses outside the FDA’s approval, which resulted in criminal fines of $515 million and civil settlements of $800 million.
The FDA approved olanzapine in 1996 for treating psychotic disorders. It was later approved for treatment of manic episodes of bipolar disorder, and then for short-term treatment of schizophrenia. It was not approved for treatment of dementia or Alzheimer’s Disease.
However, Eli Lilly was marketing Zyprexa to primary care physicians even though it wasn’t a drug intended for the primary care market. As a result, physicians were prescribing it for patients of all ages for anxiety, irritability, depression, nausea, Alzheimer’s, and other issues.
6. Merck, $950 million
Drugs: Vioxx (generic: rofecoxib)
The assessed penalties related to sales of Vioxx were $321,636,000 in criminal fines, $426,389,000 in civil settlements, and $201,975,000 distributed to Medicaid states.
The criminal component to the case related to Merck promoting Vioxx for treatment of rheumatoid arthritis when it wasn’t approved by the FDA for that use.
7. Amgen, $762 million
Drug: Aranesp
Amgen introduced Aranesp for uses and at dosage levels that the FDA specifically didn’t approve because there wasn’t enough evidence to establish its safety. Amgen introduced the drug for oncology and nephrology physicians to prescribe to patients with anemia from chronic kidney disease or chemotherapy. The doses were larger and less frequently administered than what the FDA had approved.
Amgen also promoted Aranesp for cancer patients with anemia but who weren’t receiving chemotherapy, which was not an FDA-approved use. In fact, the FDA had determined that using it in that manner could cause an increased risk of death.
Amgen paid a criminal fine of $136 million and criminal forfeiture of $14 million. It paid $612 million to the federal government and $24.8 million to the states as its civil settlements.
8. AstraZeneca, $520 million
Drug: Seroquel
Seroquel is an antipsychotic drug manufactured by AstraZeneca that was approved in 1997 by the FDA for treatment of psychotic disorders. In 2000, that approval was proposed to be narrowed to short-term treatment of schizophrenia only. In 2004, it was narrowed to short-term treatment of acute manic episodes associated with bipolar disorder. It was later approved for bipolar depression.
However, during this time, the manufacturer was marketing the drug for additional uses like treatment of aggression, Alzheimer’s, anger management, anxiety, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, bipolar maintenance, dementia, depression, mood disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, and sleeplessness — even though the FDA hadn’t approved Seroquel for those uses.
In addition, AstraZeneca paid kickbacks to doctors for authoring articles about the drug being used in ways that weren’t approved.
9. Actelion, $360 million
Drug: Tracleer, Ventavis, Veletri, Opsumit
Each of these drugs is used to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension. Although the drugs are safe for patients to use, the manufacturer was sued because it violated the False Claims Act and Anti-Kickback Statute.
Actelion used a foundation to illegally pay copays for thousands of Medicare patients taking these drugs, which would also induce patients to buy them because the prices would be higher otherwise. It essentially set up a fund to cover copays of its own drugs, which undermines the Medicare copay structure which is designed to prevent drug price inflation. Actelion was then able to raise the price of Tracleer by nearly 30 times the overall rate of inflation.
10. Purdue Pharma, $270 million
Drug: OxyContin
Purdue Pharma has been accused of playing a role in the U.S. opioid epidemic. A recent settlement, which was with the state of Oklahoma, acknowledges that the manufacturer didn’t adequately warn physicians and the public about the risks of becoming addicted to OxyContin.
The settlement will go toward funding treatment centers, reimbursing the state for its related expenses, and medicine for addiction treatment.

We then took it back to the dealer to see if they could remedy the situation. There was complete disbelief and they were unable to help at all. Thankfully Dave figured it out. Me: My question to you is how are these ingredients categorized? As benign or poison? (I ran a few ingredients, formaldehyde, Tween 80, mercury, aluminum, phenoxyethanol, potassium phosphate, sodium phosphate, sorbitol, etc.)
He: Well, that's quite a list... But I'd have to easily say that they're all toxic to humans... Used in fertilizers... Pesticides... To stop the heart... To preserve a dead body... They're registered with us in different categories, but pretty much poisons. Why?
Me: If I were deliberately to feed or inject my child with these ingredients often, as a schedule, obviously I'd put my daughter in harm's way... But what would legally happen to me?
He: Odd question... But you'd likely be charged with criminal negligence... perhaps with intent to kill... and of course child abuse... Your child would be taken away from you... Do you know of someone's who's doing this to their child? This is criminal...
Me: An industry... These are the ingredients used in vaccines... With binding agents to make sure the body won't flush these out... To keep the antibody levels up indefinitely...

I've had birds randomly show up and hang onto the window screen outside of the computer room while working on the computer. Would hang there and stare a minute and fly off, and I would say hi there to him or her. In 2007, we were sitting on the porch at the house on the mountain, and a hummingbird flew up to my face and stared at me and my hubby was sitting there beside me totally amazed. No pics, sorry. It was a sudden surprise. And at first I thought it was a huge bumblebee and was about to take off running. Hehe.
When in prayer about something, I sometimes get "hearts", which is Dad's way of getting my attention that He is close by. The hearts seem to be my thing.
Like two this past week. One heart shaped organic potato chip in my soup, which I was about to take a bite of until I looked down at my spoon. That one was a few days ago. So I took it out and saved it to take a pic later until I can get a new camera battery. And two days ago, walking into hubby's work room and on the floor a heart shaped piece of toilet paper on the floor. Hubby saw both too. :) Saved that one too to get a pic later, and will either add to this post and/or make a separate one.

Oftentimes we both here do have to pray together.

You might just get the wireless carriers to withdraw their 5G applications, too!
