Corrective Chiropractic - Jerry Porter, D.C.

Has gotten me well on my way of functioning much better.  Very pleasant guy, and I highly recommend him.

Now in between visits with him, I am adjusted at home quite a bit, thanks to the Advanced BioStructural Correction™ (ABC™) hands on training and home course.  He does not do the ABC EndoNasal Cranial Correction, so I still  travel to see Hillary Lampers, ND for the NCR (Neurocranial Restructing)

And today was the first time ever that I didn't need kind of  a meningeal release, and I believe it is because of taking the Fibro-Ease by Elijah Free, as it works at the metabolic level of stopping the body from laying down hardened fibrin aka gristle like scar tissue on the meninges as well as the soft tissues of the body.  Robert didn't get out of his TWO meningeal releases (anterior and lateral), but he's never had fibro, nor does he have the gristle residual stuff, so he wasn't taking the product. However, he could still use the product to help his meningeal adhesions.

With this Fibro-Ease herbal, along with Serrapeptase or other Systemic Enzyme Formula Equivalent, Platinum Plus Amino Acids (ala Doctor Brice E. Vickery), and/or Master Amino Acid Pattern (MAP), my body and tissues are becoming even more normalized than ever before.  NOTE:  I removed linking for Platinum Plus, due to that supplement being compromised with excessive fillers, and cellulose.  Master Amino Acid Pattern (MAP) is still clean.

I've been taking the Serrapeptase (William Wong and Robert Redfern) for years, and it helps ALOT, but I was looking for something to correct/remedy the messed up metabolic process (nutrient deficiency of the rare potassium spectrum), that was laying down the stuff to begin with.  Owen Marcus, my ROLFer, mentioned one time when ROLFing me and my body was still laying this stuff down, and as fast as serrapeptase could eat up and dissolve it.   He said it was due to some kind of un-resolved stress.   So I also take the Elijah Free's product called Cortisol-Ease.

I haven't had fibromyalgia since 2006, and back then, I had just started the Vitalzym systemic enzymes (I now use Fibrenza formula), Platinum Plus Amino Acids (before they ruined it with fillers, excipients, cellulose, etc... and I changed to Master Amino Acid Pattern - MAP), and had my very first AtlasProfilax treatment with Ranan Shahar at a Seattle Health Expo.  Immediately after AtlasProfilax, I felt my autonomic nervous system switch from sympathetic to para-sympathetic. Sympathetic is the one that is the stuck "fight or flight syndrome", and I was in a perpetual loop of that train wrecked nightmare and suckfext.  It means not being able to relax.  What essentially happened was, that the compression was immediately taken off the meninges.

From Wikipedia:
“…the parasympathetic system is responsible for stimulation of “rest-and-digest” or “feed and breed” activities that occur when the body is at rest, including sexual arousal, salivation, lacrimation (tears), urination, digestion, and defecation. Its action is described as being complementary to that of one of the other main branches of the ANS, the sympathetic nervous system, which is responsible for stimulating activities associated with the fight-or-flight response”
Now thanks to ABC and NCR fixing the structure, my spinal issues will be a thing of the past.  This hardened gristle stuff in between my shoulder blades are just fibro residuals, as in non-active stuck hardened left behind stuff.  The ABC structural correction and the meningeal releases have taken the tension, scar tissue and compression off of my meninges, so my autonomic nervous system can be more para-sympathic, thus relieving me of some of the stress that the ROLFer mentioned. And now the Fibro-Ease will take care of the metabolic issue/rare nutrient issue that started the metabolic nightmare to begin with.  I still get stuck sometimes in the "sympathetic mode", and after an ABC adjustment, I'm more at ease that night and for a few days.  Jerry and Robert both could probably tell you that I'm not very relaxed at the beginning of the adjustments.

There are others reporting that the Fibro-Ease has rid them of some the extra hard solid bloat and cellulite, as the hardened fibrin blocks blood flow to the subcutaneous area above the muscles and just under the skin.  With that said, I'm also hoping that the ever growing extraneous boobs that decided to take up residence under my arms goes away too. That's flippin' gross!  So I'm like GTFO already!   If there was ever a reason for a breast reduction?...

I forgot to mention to Jerry Porter, that I was taking the Fibro-Ease, so I must print out the info on it and take it to him at some point and see what he thinks about it helping in some of the dissolving of the meningeal adhesions.  For that matter, I should let Jesse Jutkowitz know as well.  But I'm giving it more time to make sure that is indeed happening.  For now, it's just an interesting observation and coincidence.

Another interesting coincidence was right before I got up to get ready to go to the appointment, I was dreaming that he was getting ready to do a lateral meningeal release in my dream.  Since he didn't have to do one, I was like, "well, you already did one for me in my dream".

Elijah Free also has a TMJ-Ease™ formula, which is in reality a combo of the Arthritis Ease and Fibro-Ease, save for the hydrangea root in Arthritis-Ease.  At the time, there was no buy now button for the TMJ product yet, I bought this time around the Fibro-Ease and Arthritis-Ease, since it's basically the same formula in both products.

When Jerry has done a lateral meningeal release on me, it relieves some of the TMJ too.  Jesse Jutkowitz even noted on the home course DVD that the lateral meningeal releases fixes the TMJ problem.  I still get jammed there when I lie on the my side.  So I have ABC's lateral meningeal releases, NCR, Facial pulling, and the formula to all fix that, so pretty sure I got this!

I got this shit!
And I bought my very first pair of Havianas from Jerry today, which are ABC friendly and "Porter" Approved.  Have been planning on getting some for a long time now.  Another patient couldn't wear them and brought them in, and they just happen to fit me so I bought them from him.  I LOVE these shoes!  YAY!
There were lots of "flats" this year (why do they call them that if they have some heel height?) that are "Porter approved". They are flat under the arch, have a firm insole, and many are raised up a bit in the heel. Most women won’t need much in the way of extra support but I usually recommend Heel Chips and an Orthotic Dot to make them just right.
