In 2009 this 1 hour video was my first introduction to
the world of "personage" and the corporate government. The speaker was
John Harris, who recently died. It is a great video and the
structure John described is still in place in the UNITED STATES today.

SB 277 that eliminated vaccination exemptions for school "persons":
"Existing law prohibits the governing authority of a school or other institution from unconditionally admitting any person as a pupil of any public or private elementary or secondary school . . . "And the
STATE OF CALIFORNIA's statutory code states almost exactly what John Harris sited in the video in their definition of a "person":
"17.
“Person” includes any person, firm, association, organization,
partnership, limited liability company, business trust, corporation, or
company."
