I did some leg presses on the edge of the bed using my hubby as the "weights". And getting up out of the tub from my bath soaks, I use my arms to lift myself up. I can do calf raises on the stairs. I can do wall pushups, and have a mini tramp rebounder, a WBV machine, chi machine and the old 70s vintage Weider Body Shaper thing you put on the doorknob. Need to order some exercise bands for more resistance stuff, and reorder me another Bullworker.

In this video from Britain, people in haz mat suits show up to an apartment complex where a woman knew and cared for an "undesirable". The people in haz mat arrived to post notices that undesirable was dead from coronavirus, and the woman who took care of that "undesirable" saw him taken away by police "to the hospital" perfectly healthy immediately before the haz mat guys showed up to hang the death notices. They stated he'd been dead for hours and they were sent to put the notices up on people's doors. Obviously that can't happen unless there's a genocide going on under the cover of "coronavirus" and they screwed up the timing for this guy.

The woman is confused at first and thinks the police arrived minutes earlier to take him to the hospital in her own words "perfectly healthy" but seems to figure out what is really going on right at the end. In this case, the haz mat suit was a disguise to fool people into believing the guy died of coronavirus. Where did he really go?. If it really was to a "hospital" he no doubt got a lethal injection or an equivalent. They did not come around to announce him dead for nothing.

The police showed up on my doorstep at 10 PM and took my kids from me because I WORK IN A CLINIC and a judge signed off on this because of my “exposure to the coronavirus.” Just a heads up to nurses, doctors, firefighters, police officers, and other first responders who have children and sneaky exes...watch your backs!

Edited to say: I do NOT have a history of abuse, he does though - his current girlfriend and I have both had VPO’s for domestic abuse by strangulation against him and she has had him arrested in Oklahoma County for it. I also have NO history of neglecting my children.

The Great Suckfest is here.  For lack of a better description of the times we are in now.  My term for the End Times, I suppose.

I can remember things starting to go sour from as early as 12 years ago.  Like some things changing for the worst, overall for people and some for us personally.

The most pressing as of NOW...

The Coronavirus pandemic and closing down of nations worldwide due to this man-made doomsday weapon.  This is the most pressing, since people are constantly catching this virus and many deaths already has happened.

We are VERY concerned for our families and loved ones.  Our own children, and children of our friends, and also the children of the world.  So very sad anymore.

Then there are draconian laws, executive orders, forced vaccines, forced 5G, martial law, etc...  So NO ONE in govt has our backs, to be honest.  The heck with what we want, right?

Trump did not stop chemtrails last year, when many people were saying that he did.  Wanna see pictures?  We can provide them.  However, last summer they were less than usual, but not totally stopped.  And since this NCOV started, they ramped back up with a vengeance.

To be honest, things started sucking for me, beginning in early 2008.  Just personal things, but still sucked all the same.  In late 2007 I sensed some kind of change would arrive in the next year sometime.  Beginning in 2008, just feeling very sad.  Still do.  Sort of like this scripture describes...

I had asked my hubby when was the last time, he felt any real joy.  He said it's been a LONG time, then our favorite Daily Messenger posted the above scripture in a post a few weeks ago.  So many folks have lost that "joy" we all used to have.  So it's other people too besides just us.

So we are ALL trying to deal with stuff.

So from 2008-2011, just really sucked massive.  Started looking up a little bit in 2012, after learning and finding out about NCR, ABC, etc... because those allowed me to be a little more comfortable in my skin.  Got first NCR in March 2012 (8 years ago).  ABC (Advanced Biostructural Correction started in mid to late 2013.  Those two modalities really impressed me.  But like anything else. it has to be maintained.  Is anything good ever permanent?  I would love so much more than just temporary fixes!

And now we can't even get these anymore.  Because it requires going out, being around others, and with this pandemic, can't trust ANYONE out there to be clean and clear of this virus.

Then in 2018, we lost our cat Miracle in May, I lost my mother 2 months earlier in March, hubby lost a brother also in May, and we lost some very nice classmates too.  Many other folks lost loved ones too.

And we have Electronic harassment for many of us folks.  You know, the "targeted individuals (TI's). And now can't even go have treatments that would end that, because plague now.

And you know what?... NO ONE has the right to interfere with and violate our free will with unwanted intrusions upon our bodies, our minds, and our lives.  NO ONE has that right.

Many physical problems that never seem to go away for many of us.  Like teeth dissolving, the inability to smile ever again, and no we can't go to a dentist, because man can't fix it with their antiquated and faulty devices.  It will ONLY take a creative miracle from Our Father for both of us here.  And besides, with current pandemic going on, not a good idea to go to any doctor, for that matter.

That also means no chiropractic, No NCR, NO ABC (except what hubby can do at home, thankfully, due to basic seminar), No AtlasProfilax, No jobs outside the home to pay for it all, NO ANYTHING.  So the whole lot of us have to sit at home suffering in pain and sadness.

And now seeing 30 year olds with degenerated spines, and with cancers, etc... Like some of my family members.  Used to, this kind of stuff normally happened to those after the age of 50, but now it's happening in 20 and 30 year olds.  How about a 30-year old on FIVE different pHARMa drugs?  And the same age group with failed endocrine systems and hypothyroid?

My own daughter with a degenerated spine needing a spinal fusion before the ago of 40, a niece in early 30's with breast cancer already, and a small child who needs her mother.

And still seeing many children (and adults) die from vaccines.  So Trump never stop the forced vaccines either, but instead now there are more states who lost the right to EXEMPTIONS.

And still child and human trafficking still going on, and it seems that this evil never seems to end either.  We know that some has been stopped, though.

So yeah, we have some serious trust issues here.

So will the Adam bloodline ever get a break? Ever?

I have done the best I could with getting much needed information out there about many things, as have other bloggers.  And all I get is totally disdain mostly from family members who just want to "prove me wrong", etc...


But there is also this that I must mention...

Remember we do have LOVE!

Just to be clear, let me say that we also have our many blessings that we are always grateful & thankful to Our Father in Heaven for too. So we must mention the good things too.  Giving thanks in ALL things.

The fact we do have a place to live, and food on the table, the basic needs are being met.

And...

Like two wonderful cats who were sent to us to take care of.

Breezy was leaning his head on the Bible & being a good boy.  :)
And Oracle always wanting to lie on one of our chests.  :)

(WVLT/WAVE) -- The United States Postal Office in Louisville, Kentucky announced its first confirmed coronavirus case Friday, WAVE reported.

Officials said, before delivery, packages may have come in contact with someone who's been exposed to coronavirus.

Below are precautions from The Huffington Post for opening any type of package safely.

Request Contact-Free Delivery
- Make sure your items are left at the door. Most delivery services leave packages at the door. For an extra precaution, request contact-free delivery in the special instructions when ordering online.

Consider Opening Package Outside
According to health officials, the coronavirus can live on cardboard for up to 24 hours. Opening a package while it's still on the doorstep may prevent the virus from being spread inside the house.

If the package is brought inside, limit the number of surfaces the box touches and quickly throw away the packaging. Use gloves when possible and wipe the item(s) inside the box down immediately after.

Wipe down surfaces the items and box touched with something that contains at least 70 percent isopropyl alcohol.

When finished, wash your hands for at least 20 seconds.

All those years of listening to the Alex Jones types, plus the gatekeeper himself, going on and on about Fema. The videos and pictures of built camps, but only maintenance guys around. The endless acreage of coffins stacked like firewood for bodies that never seem to come. To the point that if you mentioned this stuff, you were sooo 2005.

I know this because in 1999 I personally researched the camp thing in several states, to see if these things were true, to take pictures, and to write it all up. I did it under the pen name RICK VESTER. I had children I was raising and wanted to continue to raise them. Also, in those days, being a published (not self published, but real NYC houses with book deals) author with a media schedule, I had to do this to see if it be true and how true. Traffic and surveillance cameras hadn't happened yet, so I could go anywhere, unsurveilled. Until they figured out what I was up to and had to stop. I drove everywhere. All over California, Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado.

I found the things everywhere. Built, but empty. They all had common features though. near to other prisons, mostly. Very near to one kind of military base of some kind. Enormous tall fences with the barbed wire pointing in, toward the threat (the inmates, future of course) rather than what you would expect, facing outward against theft and protection. Big tell that. Road signs with stickers on the reverse with weird symbols and meaningless verbiage.

Many of them...a great many of them, at least back then had MOATS. Like with the castle kind of moat, but no water. Each camp was surrounded by extremely deep ditches that, if filled with water, would be nearly impossible to climb up out of, if one entered it. Smart design feature...the inmate goes in, doesn't come out, kind of thing. Then later, they just fish out the floating corpse and it makes for a good warning to others who might be so inclined. The Bigger ones had their very own rail sidings. Those were the most spooky. Those did have cameras, an odd thing to see in an empty facility doing and being...nothing.

After three months, I was sick of what I saw. It didn't take much imagination the horrific scenes of people, families, single men and women...any one who was aware or awake or was "speaking out" about what the government was up to. It was obvious, too, these camps were not built for the inmates to stay in long. In fact, just the opposite. It seemed more like...processing more than education or protection or anything about keeping the person alive.

I wrote it up, with pics, and sent the articles out to EVERYONE. No one published me, except a few patriot sites that were around back in the 1990s. After a time, by 2001, the Rick Vester camp articles couldn't be found. I disowned the persona and was already deeply involved in the chemtrail awareness thing from 1997 on and with Don croft in 2001, went about dealing with that continuing nightmare we still face each day.

But every once a while, I remember that half a year of camp research. And shudder. Always wondering, when, this thing would come alive. Knowing what I, only I, saw from those days.

Of course, many years later others did the odd piece about it, maybe a short youtube thing. But not the indepth research I had done. I actually published, with 15000 words of essay, addresses as an addendum. I pissed off a great many people. Found my self under lifetime surveillance, and after that, what the hell...I was working for Dad to help humanity.

And now...

Here we are. All those years ago have come back to haunt me. I know what I saw. Can't ever get the images out of my head. Stuff like that colors your mind and soul on some level. And yeah, I regret doing it. It did nothing. The media was as controlled then as now, and I almost lost my family until I stopped it cold in May of 1999. No more of that I promised myself. I had sons to raise. they needed a father, not a dead hero no cares about.

Now to get on to the current problem before us. Coronachan, the plague of the 21st century. Heaven help us all. It's all we have.

Our Spiritual World: Hatred: So, no good deed goes unpunished, today, my south facing windows are being shot out, by BB guns. Where the arrow event occurred. The house to the left of me, on the cliff, has been vacant since June 2019. Although the owners, SJW liberal...you know the rest, setup up surveillance cameras because I was feeding the feral cats that used their property as a home base, as it were. They made it obvious, too, with cameras on tripods on their west facing windows. We share a common cliff trail, over looking the 150 drop, if you slip and fall. So, I stopped, the kitties got no more food, and they could care less. They made it clear to me and another lady no feeding of feral cats on their land. They have that right, I respected it, to this day. I set out food for the kitties, nearest to their property as possible, but not on their land. our night time temps are in the low 30s, so it is the least I can do for them. Anyways, and point is, no one lives there and no trespassing allowed OR ELSE. ...

Abandoned Pets.

People are now dumping their pets off on the side of the road, etc... due to the coronavirus pandemic.  Most of the reasons seem to be they are afraid that the animals are carriers.

I told my hubby several days ago that this will be happening, but more due to people no longer being able to buy pet supplies and food.  I actually saw this one coming.

Ever heard of hunting and fishing?
