This current weight problem in the US is from all this grain eating. Grains have zero nutrition. Wheat, Oats, Barley and Rye are full of gluten, and that toxic Gliadin protein. And this low fat craze is also a scam. It isn't the fat, it's the grains and the sugar. Grains spike the insulin, and repeated insulin spikes happens every time one eats grains (breads, cakes, cookies, cereals, oatmeal, breakfast bars, etc...). When the spikes keep happening, it leads to insulin resistance (and leptin resistance). Insulin resistance leads to type II diabetes. And complicate that with mainstream dairy full of genetically engineered bovine growth hormones, processed sugar, and GMO High Fructose corn syrup, and you have a recipe for disaster
Make no mistake, Grains are the worst thing for skin and body. And not only that, it's a Eugenics Project. Modern wheat is GMO. Corn is a grain and also GMO.
