Antidepressants and Fibromyalgia: Separating Myths from Facts
What you'll learn from this expert talk:
* Risk-benefit equation with antidepressant and anti-anxiety meds
* Is the chemical imbalance model of depression and anxiety valid?
* Safe withdrawal from antidepressant, anti-anxiety and other psych meds
Video Transcript:  http://fibrofixsummit.com.s3.amazonaws.com/transcripts/Kelly_Brogan.pdf

My Commentary:

Malaise, Brain Fog and Pain:

Malaise - Meningeal compression and adhesions. Lower adhesions and/or forward vertebrae pressing on the nerves that go to the skull, thyroid and/or adrenals.  AGAIN, the structural problems must be corrected.
With NRCT, ABC, NCR, and AtlasProfilax

Pain - Same as above, but add Proteolytic enzymes (particularly serrapeptase) to reduce inflammation and pain.  Tumeric is great for alievating pain, and Black Seed Oil is great for reducing inflammation and pain.

Serrapeptase and other proteolytic enzymes work on the hardened fibrin/fibrosis by a defensive (direct action).

The hardened fibrin/fibrosis is embedded into the fascia / muscles, so the above and add the Fibro-Ease to stop the laying down of the hardened fibrin. It works on the offensive (indirect action).  It addresses a nutritional deficiency on the rare potassium spectrum.
When I had the Fibro-Ease before, I had been on it two weeks, and the next ABC appointment, was the first time that there was no meningeal release needed.  Hmmm... so the meningeal adhesions are scar tissue (hardened fibrin tissue?), so yes, I see how that would work on those too.

Drugs and Medication:  Always have side effects and really never get to the root of the problem.  You HAVE to STRIKE the root, and it usually a combination of things.

Agitation/Anxiety: Medications calming someone down and going off too quick can cause symptoms to come back. Underlying problem neurological in nature and immune related.
She is weaning people from medications slowly.

Remember neurological is addressed by releasing what is pressing on nerves, and/or causing one to stay in a state of fight or flight (sympathetic mode) in their autonomic nervous system.
Unlock the skull (NCR), install the Atlas/C-1 (AtlasProfilax and/or Atlas Evolution), Meningeal Releases via ABC and/or NRCT.

Immunity is more than likely screwed due to the onslaught of vaccines because of Nagalase contamination, as described by Ted Broer. And the introduction of foreign RNA and DNA attaching to someone's own cell complex, thus causing the body to reject the entire complex as "foreign".
Detoxification is a must. Ways to detox:
Sulfur Crystals
Magnetic Clay Baths soaks
NAC: ONE OF THE BEST SUPPLEMENTS For immune function and detoxification, plus liver health, mental health, and general health. For a while now, the amino acid derivative n-acetyl-cysteine (“NAC”) is one of my favorite supplements.  It will decongest you, cut your cold or flu by about half, raise the antioxidant status of your liver and lungs, protect your kidneys from chemical injury, support detoxification of everything from mercury to acetaminophen to alcohol, and protect your eyes from degenerative damage.
Swanson has a clean version in capsules, and also sold in bulk.
Website (BulkSupplements):  N-Acetyl L-Cysteine (NAC) Powder

N-Acetyl L-Cysteine (NAC) | Powder City:  http://www.powdercity.com/products/n-acetyl-l-cysteine

Dietary: REAL whole foods. No one diet is the same for everyone.

No McDeath, No Denny's Death, No KFC, No Subway, No Pizza Hut, etc...No fast food chain restuarants Period. If eating out, usually a locally owned restaurant is better, but one still has to watch the menu.

Avoid: Sugar, Grains, Dairy, GMOs, Processed foods.  Eat NOTHING out of a box.

Fibro in the laboratory:  New emerging research is Microglial role inflammation in the brain from systemic inflammation.
Deep in the brain is this immune dis-regulation, driving deep seated brain pain. Microbes and Microglial inflammation

http://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0014579311006351/pdfft?md5=d7eb397b8042ef195ad0f64630eb1da6&pid=1-s2.0-S0014579311006351-main.pdf

What is an inflammation of the brain?
Encephalitis is a brain inflammation that causes sudden fever, vomiting, headache, light sensitivity, stiff neck and back, drowsiness, and irritability.

How to reverse encephalitis?

What is the stressor?  They talked about about the CNS and autonomic nervous system. ALOT
Look into the Meningeal compression and/ adhesions. Also mid and lower back adhesions and/or forward vertebrae pressing on the nerves that go to the skull, thyroid and/or adrenals.  Meningeal adhesions aka spinal stenosis.
AGAIN, the structural problems must be corrected.
With NRCT, ABC, NCR, and AtlasProfilax

Sleep issues:  Insomnia, Alpha wave intrusion and delta wave sleep patterning.  Hello?  Cell towers, WiFi, Smart Meters, EMFs, ELFs, etc...
Lack of deep restorative sleep, like sleep 14 hours, but never feel truly rested. Deep restorative sleep is needed to restore brain, muscles and body.

So what did I learn in this presentation?   The word "Microglial"

Microglia are a type of glial cell that are the resident macrophages of the brain and spinal cord, and thus act as the first and main form of active immune defense in the central nervous system (CNS).

My Commentary:  Neurotransmittters, amino acids and anxiety/depression:

Edit:  Found a transcript of the video.

I've had a panic attack before, like hyperventilating. Have no idea what I was upset with at the time. It was in the early 80's.

Adrenal Fatigue: Yes.

Used to take Standard Process Drenamin, but it has cellulose in it. So NO!
https://cdn.vortala.com/childsites/uploads/1819/files/drenamin3650.pdf
https://www.standardprocess.com/Products/Standard-Process/Drenamin
Other Ingredients: Honey, cellulose, niacinamide, ascorbic acid, calcium stearate, riboflavin, and pyridoxine hydrochloride.

Even the Biotics Research ADHS equivalent has the cellulose in it.
http://www.bioticsresearch.com/sites/default/files/productlabels/3015-Suppinfo-blk.pdf
Other ingredients: Stearic acid (vegetable source), silica, modified cellulose gum, food glaze, and magnesium stearate (vegetable source).

So am looking for a clean product for adrenals. Maybe find these adaptogenic herbs and make it also myself. Adaptogenic herbs provide gentle support to adrenals and enhance the body’s ability to adapt to occasional mental, physical and metabolic stress.

Ashwagandha root (Withania somnifera),0  450 mg
Eleuthero root (Eleutherococcus senticous),0 280 mg
Astragalus root (Astragalus membranaceus), 0 170 mg
Codonopsis root (Codonopsis pilosula)  170 mg
Fo-Ti root (Polygonum multiflorum),0 170 mg
Devils Club bark (Oplopanax horridus),W 60 mg

But for now the Youngevity Vitamins and minerals (Tangy Tangerine) will give the all around nutrients needed.

Leaky Gut: Mercury poisoning from amalgams, grains (wheat, barley, rye, oats, and corn). The current grain intake is causing a surge in blood sugar and inflammation. The digestive system has a hard time digesting this GMO crap.

Amino Acids:
Amino Acids gave her instant relief, Here is what she used.
Gabba, Trypohan and other nutrients (Very vague).

Originally I used the Platinum Plus Amino Acids which the original had these essential amino acids in them. This was before they added all the cellulose and other crap in them.

Proprietary free-form amino acid blend (Original formula was 1000 mg) (The original individual amino acids amounts was never listed in the Original clean formula)
L-Arginine 56 mg
L-Cystine 20 mg
L-Histidine 19 mg
L-Isoleucine 58 mg
L-Leucine 75 mg
L-Lysine 53 mg
L-Methionine 27 mg
L-Phenylalanine 49 mg
L-Threonine 42 mg
L-Tyrosine 37 mg
L-Valine 64 mg
Creatine monohydrate 50 mg
MSM 200 mg (current formula) Methylsulfonylmethane (providing 136 mg sulfur) 400 mg (origina formula)
Molybdenum 30 mcg (current formula) - Molybdenum (as molybdenum amino acid chelate) 60 mcg (original formula)
* Apparently, the original formula from many years ago was cleaner, and the individual amino acid count was higher. Otherwords, they added celluose and other other ingredients and it appears the formula was weakened.  It also explains why the product never seemed to work anymore.
Now a clean formula of this can be gotten two ways.

This can be made from scratch by Bulk Supplements bought and added to gelatin caps, with NO OTHER Ingredients.

or...

Get the Master Amino Acid Pattern (MAP) which has these ingredients.

Ten tablets (10g) contain the following

L-Leucine 1.964 g
L-Lysine 1.429 g
L-Phenylalanine 1.289 g
L-Tryptophan 0.368 g
L-Isoleucine 1.483 g
L-Valine 1.657 g
L-Methionine 0.599 g
L-Threonine 1.111 g
Contains no fat, sodium, sugar, yeast, gluten, rice, corn, wheat, soy, preservatives, GMO, excipients, dairy or animal products. Vegan and vegetarian.
So which individual amino acids that  Master Amino Acid Pattern (MAP) is missing that Platinum Plus has/had  And what it still needs to compare to Platinum Plus Just add the remaining needed amino acids needed into a gel cap, which are:

L-Arginine
L-Citriline
L-Cystine or even better NAC from the bulk bag.
L-Tyrosine (for thyroid to produce T4)
Creatine monohydrate 50 mg (get from bulk bag)
MSM 200 mg Or. 400 mg as was in the first P Plus original formula (or just take with organic sulfur crystals, bought separately)
Molybdenum 30 mcg. Or 60 mcg as was in the original formula.

Thus, have all the essential amino acids that the original formula had, with no added crap.

So the remaining can be bought in bulk form and add to gelatin caps to make it comparable to Platinum Plus.  So I'll take MAP as it is, and add the rest in the capsules on my own to take with MAP.

Nervous System:

Nervous system he mentioned as yesterday, and sympathetic overdrive.  So to get the autonomic nervous system back into PARA-sympathetic mode (Calm):
Relieve the pressure on the meninges from the meningeal adhesions and compression, either by ABC, NRCT, and/or AtlasProfilax.
AtlasProfilax: Installs the Atlas/C-1 back into proper position.
ABC: Does meningeal releases to break up the meningeal adhesions.
NRCT: Decompresses the meninges, and they also tend to guide the Atlas in place.
Having had Atlas Profilax

Neurotransmitters:

Serotonin: Natural approaches would be get in the sun, look at the sun.  SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder) aka Winter Blues, more prevalent in the north.
Amino Acid Tryptophan to raise serotonin. He mentioned Hydroxy Tryptophan. High quality grade. However, they discussed that most folks do better on just the Tryptophan. It's a precursor to enable those to make their own serotonin. It is targeted differently for each individual.

*Tryptophan was not/is not in the original Platinum Plus Essential Acids.  However, the L-Tryptophan IS in the Master Amino Acid Pattern.

In order for Tryptophan to work correctly, there needs to be adequate amounts of Vitamin B6 in the body. It also needs adequate amounts of Vitamin C, B9 and Magnesium.

B-6 is needed with Tryptophan.

Vagus Nerve stimulation:
Muscle constriction.  That feeling of choking, coughing, even with no colds or congestion
Eyes watering for now reason, then red and itchy, then ends up being dry and feeling gritty.
GABA help with the muscle constriction.
But remember, one STILL must free up the meninges by using ABC for the meningeal adhesions, NRCT for the meningeal compression ala Paul Whitcomb, DC, and AtlasProfilax to install the C-1/Atlas.  Because the vagus nerve problem stems from the structural problems.

Fibro is a multitude of things contributing to the storm.  So what causes fibromyalgia? EVERYTHING!  Just living in this world is problematic.

* Tenets of naturopathic medicine as keys to recovery
* How to find the right doctor or healthcare provider
Video Transcript:  http://fibrofixsummit.com.s3.amazonaws.com/transcripts/Razi_Berry.pdf

My Commentary: ...

How Razi was diagnosed with FM:

In her early 20s. She said it came suddenly all over her body. Low energy and migraines.

She was exposed in the cosmetics industry and was exposed to various toxins and materials.

Infertility and inability to carry to term. Progesterone was mentioned.  DHEA was mentioned, and she said it helped her.

* Alloimmunity is also a factor in inability to carry to term.  That means both partners tissue types are incompatible. premed.com
* There is also such a thing called bio-mechanical infertility. Clear Passage Therapy - http://www.clearpassage.com/clear-passage-landmark-10-year-infertility-study/
* Stepping away from behavioral issues, there was a trial where NAC improved semen quality in infertile men, and another where it helped women with a history of pre-term births carry their pregnancies to term[1]. Implying, obviously, that NAC is safe during pregnancy. It’s nice to have a cold’n’flu treatment that’s safe during pregnancy!  For what it’s worth, look also at the coconut derivative Monolaurin, especially for the flu.
http://debrasnaturalgourmet.com/nac-one-of-the-best-supplements/

Sleep problems & Persistant fatigue:  Delta wave sleep is what is needed. Staying in lighter alpha-wave sleep.

On computers late into the evening is a problem. Because the screens keep putting out blue light.
There is Light software available to help change the screen lighting spectrum to pull the blue out, and change it to get one ready for bed. Works with the computer's clock.
(I could use that myself)

She was successful in getting her Smart Meter removed.  EMFs and ELFs, and electronics next to the bed is bad.

Tenant of naturopathic medicine as keys to recovery:

The word "drug" means herbs.

Natural doctors are all different and each have something special

1. Do No Harm (naturopathic doctors take that very seriously). Do onto others.

2. To treat and find the cause.  Listen.  No masking of symptoms, which means the body is trying to tell you something. There is a time and place where the symptoms can be controlled.

Some Medications have been found to cause mitochrondial damage.

3. Treat the WHOLE individual.  The way they approach the patients and the illness from the ground up.

4. Physician as teacher. They are more like counselors and spend more time with the client, as opposed to mainstream doctors where you are in and out, and they are like take this and come back later, etc...
You have to care about someone to keep them well.
Face time is important. The average visit time is 6 minutes in the mainstream. You can't deal with complex chronic issues in 6 minutes, take out a prescription pad, and hand to them, and now they have permission to leave the room, and next!
Naturopathic doctors break out of that rushed visit. So do chiropractors, and a few of the intergrative providers.

5. Her favorite is:  The Healing Power of Nature.  Naturopaths usually have a higher consciencousness.  Naturopathic medicine honors our place in the world

6. Prevention:  Prevention is the best cure.

Here are my ideas:

Agree with all of the above.

Strongly agree with the "Do No Harm". Mainstream doctors ignore it. Naturopaths are very meticulous when it comes to "Do No Harm".

Leave no stone unturned. Look into every possible cause and note that it could be more than one cause.

So that means do the right thing, tell the truth and ask questions and LISTEN.

Bodywork: Know that everything can never be fixed with just a pill for this and that.  Look first into structural causes for everything. It's usually ALWAYS needed. Everyone has some degree of being messed up structurally.

Supplements:  Especially with the last few years of supplements being tainted with all these extraneous "Other Ingredients", it is of utmost importance to provide a source of CLEAN supplements.  A Basic tenant is to tell the truth about a supplement (If found out that it's unclean crap).
Oh, the many doctor, chiropractors, naturopathic doctor offices, I have been to, and  nearly all supplements on the shelves were basically crap.

Ask Questions. A lot of questions. Here are some examples...

Do you eat GMOs, and/or mainstream food?
Do you take vaccines, or pharmaceuticals?
Do you use artifical sweetners (aspartame/NutraShit Sweet N Low, Splenda)?
Have you ever been in an accident?  Car accident or other kind of accident?
Dental Work:  Have/Had mercury fillings?  BPA fillings, crowns, etc...?
Ever been bitten by poisonous spiders, snakes, etc...?
Ever had any surgeries? if so, what kind?
Are you a people pleaser?  The YES man?  It's okay to say NO.

For females:
Ever had any STDs?
Problems with menstrual cycle?  Painful periods?  Irregular? Suspect endometriosis?, etc...
Did you have children?  How many?  Natural Birth, C-Section, Hospital Birth, Home Birth?, etc...
* Thyroid issues (particularly Wilson's Temperature Syndrome - Subclinical Hypothyroidism (T4 to T3 conversions problems)) happen after childbirth.
* The Structure can change after birth.  One of my nieces' face changed after having her child.

For Males:
Painful urination?
Play sports
Ever had any STDs?

Questions about a client's line of work is very important and can definitely contribute to illness.
Do you work in a toxic job? Like....
* Like use any kind of chemicals?
* Like working in a hair salon and/or cosmetics industry, exposed to chemicals? Exposed to endocrine disruptive chemicals. Pthalilates and parabens
See: Entire List of Carcinogens in Other Non Edible Products at http://www.vaclib.org/basic/Carcinogen.htm
* Working in a plant nursery?  Like use pesticides, herbacides, and fertilizers, etc?...
* Work in a factory?
* Work as a janitor?
* Work as a painter?
* Work in a hospital?
* Been in the Military and took all the vaccines?  Had a recent vaccine?
* Work on a farm?
* Clean Houses?
* Live in a toxic house? Toxic carpet chemicals, paint, particle board materials treated with formaldehyde.
Use mainstream products?  Cleaning and personal (often toxic). Use pesticides for pests?

For clients presenting structural Problems Questions to ask:
* Work in a tough manual heavy labor job?  Did a lot of lifting?
* Have a baby/babies?  Type of birth and where? (female)
* How were YOU born? - C-Section, Natural Birth, Use of forceps, Prolonged birth, breech, etc...
* Ever went to a chiropractor and/or DO?
* Been in a car accident?
* Childhood accidents?  Playground, Sports, being in fights, fell off bike, etc...
* Play sports in school, high school, college?
* Work out at the gym? (exercise is great, especially strength training, but with messed up posture and structural problems, it could make things worse. I like working out right after an ABC adjustment, for example.
* Dental Work:  Ever wore braces on the teeth?  Retainer? Have teeth pulled?
* Breast fed as a baby?

So Why the detailed questions?
For instance, let's say a female had a baby by C-Section, and she's in pain down there and elsewhere. Well, the surgery would have caused massive scarring, and some of her organs, muscles, fascia may be adhered (bound up by adhesions). So how would one treat her?
Bodywork: Myofascial release, deep tissue massage, visceral manipulation, uro-genital manipulation (some states, uro-genital may still be illegal).  Such a place that would do that kind of work is Clear Passage Physical Therapy - http://www.clearpassage.com/
Specializes in The Wurn Technique. Which also helps bio-mechanical infertility, btw.
http://www.clearpassage.com/clear-passage-landmark-10-year-infertility-study/
And perhaps other structural work would be called for.  Like ABC, NCR, AtlasProfilax, etc... which will straighten the posture, unwind spine, thus relieving the pressure and pulling of scarring.
Other methods:  Other ways of relieving the scarring and inflammation would be proteolytic systemic enzymes, particularly serrapeptase, which is KNOWN to eat up excess scar tissue, excess fibrosis, excess fibrin in the blood, etc..
Sulfur crystals have been reported to eliminate scars and scar tissues, as noted by the Cellular Matrix Study.
So if client/patient does all of this, then the client is recovering and relieved of the problem. Because the naturopath asked the right questions.

Then after asking all the questions, it's time to do testing. Like some kind of bio-feedback diagnostic testing.  Electro Dermal Screening, Energetic testing, kinesiology, live blood cell analysis, etc..

Example of a bio-feedback machine testing machine is Quantum Life: http://www.quantum-life.com/#_l_2b  Others are QXCI/SCIO, Best Biomeridian, F-Scan, etc..

If a client has structural problems and If doing the Advanced Biostructural Correction (ABC), then naturally the provider does the testing. First test would be to find breakdown side, and then go down the spine and test for positive PBP's (Primary Bio-mechanical Pathologies)
The Neurocranial Restructuring (NCR) has the same type of testing.
The Neurologic Relief Centers Technique (NRCT) has has their own testing to test for the atlas and meningeal compression.

Another tenant is: The real good doctors tell the truth behind vaccines and the pHARMaceutical industry.
* Unfortunately, many of the holistic doctors who tell the truth, are being murdered for it.
Thank God, I'm no holistic doctor.  Truth tellers, in general, are on some fascist's shit lists.

How to find the right doctor or healthcare provider:

Basically one that upholds the tenants, and adhere to the "Do No Harm".  Plus one that comes highly recommended. Do they have good testimonials, before and afters on their sites, literature, etc...? Word of mouth is often the best advertisement.
There are drawbacks.  Like living in an area where there are no good doctors, especially the cutting edge ones like NCR providers, AtlasProfilax providers, ABC providers, NRCT providers, and so on....  That's a pain in the ass.

They also work well with other providers. That is important.  For instance, a chiropractor adjusts bones. Most do just that. If one has hormonal problems or infections, etc... then he or she will need a different or specialty provider.

The various holistic providers should respect another holistic provider, if they have a different expertise. Nowadays, some of the cutting tech providers are at odds with one another, and there is NO room for Poo pooing on another specialty. It's past time to lay down the damn pride and learn to work together. This has to stop!

Some providers are very open about other modalities outside their main specificity.  For instance, I posted about meningeal compression and how the Neurologic Relief Centers Technique (NRCT) helps with that, and my NCR naturopath said she suspected the  meningeal compression being one of the main causes of fibro, and she wanted to know where and whom to contact to learn the NRCT method (Paul Whitcomb, DC original technique). So I gave her the link, the name, etc...  Now THAT's what I'm talking about!  Always being open, so that you can serve your client better.

Remember:  It's about the client, never the provider. No room for pride and ego.
