The only fish oil supplement that I even like anymore is the Cod Liver Oil Lemon by Carlson.  I like the combo with unpasteurized raw butter oil, ala Weston A. Price.
For rebuilding of teeth, of course.  I did totally repair ONE molar with it and monosodium phosphate.

We LOVE the plant based seed oil, especially the one from Rain International called Rain Soul.  And also the one from Activation Products is also good too, and we have and use both.  A balanced omega 3 ratio blend.

My new favorite probiotic and prebiotic is Arthur Andrew Medical Syntol AMD.  It was sent to me in a sample packet when I ordered the Arthur Andrew Medical Serratia proteolytic enzyme serrapeptase.  This one also has serrapeptase, as well as the other proteolytic systemic enzymes, and pre-biotic/pro-biotic in it.

Yes, it has cellulose as part of the capsule, but it's savable, so it is re-encapsulated into a better capsule.

Put in a gelatin capsule and it's a good product. It still works for me.

So I like the Arthur Andrew Medical proteolytic systemic enzymes and probiotic/prebiotic.  And cellulase is an enzyme, so is WAY different than cellulose.  I know. Some of the names can be confusing.

Arthur Andrew Medical Neprinol Capsules AFD (Advanced Fibrin Defense) is a super strong proteolytic enzyme formula. Same with the capsules from it too.  Re-encapsulate.  All three of those are savable.   Great help for dissolving biofilms and usage with NAC for an even better effect. Be sure to buy bovine gelatin capsules from PureBulk.com due to the cellulose capsules.  Gelatin capsules are much safer,

I love sodium ascorbate form of Vitamin C, and we make it from scratch also Gerard Judd protocol
Buy bulk Ascorbic Acid and put one teaspoon of it, and mix a half of a teaspoon of  baking soda.  Put a little water in it, and watch it fizz. After the fizz is gone, then put more water in it and drink it.  That is FRESH made sodium ascorbate.

I have bought the ascorbic acid from BulkSupplements:
BulkSupplements Pure Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) Powder (1 Kilogram)
from BulkSupplements

Now, BulkSupplements do have the ready-made Sodium Ascorbate too.
Bulksupplements Pure Sodium Ascorbate Powder (1 Kilogram)
from BulkSupplements

Sodium Ascorbate form of Vitamin C is GREAT for the skin, joints, nails as it helps in producing collagen.

There is a Liposomal C that alot of folks like.  Lypo-Spheric™ Vitamin C .  We have never tried this one, but there are good reviews of it.  But just so you know, there is soy lecithin in the Phosphatidylcholine, and my personal preference is sunflower lecithin.

We are unsure of the Xanthan Gum.  Still have to do research on that one too.  We're still researching these things, you know.

Making the fresh sodium ascorbate is much easier and less expensive, since buying the ascorbic acid and baking soda in bulk.  It's doing its job, and saves us the money.

Excipients and unnecessary ingredients such as Maltodextrin, Cellulose, microcrystalline cellulose hypromellose, Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, rice bran, rice flour (fillers), and other extraneous crap. While rice may be non-harmful, it's a FILLER, thereby to weaken the product.

Search of my other posts on here about the crap ingredients...
http://messiahmews.blogspot.com/search?q=Hypromellose
http://messiahmews.blogspot.com/search?q=Cellulose

I like making my own and anything with cellulose listed and the words (vegetarian capsules) in parenthesis, means that cellulose is part of the capsules.

Like this...

Since the cellulose listed in above two graphics as being only part of the capsule, then the product is savable and can be re-encapsulated into safer capsules.  I use the gelatin capsules.

And sometimes the label may read like this...

Cellulose is still part of the capsule, but there are other ingredients like vegetable glycerin (who knows what that really is!).

Now, look at this one...

You see  cellulose in lower case and then (vegetarian capsule).  which means that one is part of the capsule.

BUT... you also see Cellulose with a comma , after it, which means part of the mix too.  So re-encapsulating it, only means lowering the cellulose content, but yet still have some in the mix.  So the product is UN-savable, which means find another product.  So that's how you can tell it's part of the mix too.

Find a product with a formula that is desired, buy the ingredients separately and in bulk and do a DIY encapsulation yourselves.  I prefer the BulkSupplements brand.

I LOVE the Magnesium-Ease from Activation products.  This form of magnesium is Magnesium Hexahydrate.

My posts on EASE:  http://messiahmews.blogspot.com/search?q=Ease-Magnesium

But I do use the trans-dermal oil spray from TransDerma Minerals too, as it's a different form of magnesium.  That form is Magnesium Chloride.

This one from Ancient Minerals:

Sometimes we buy the Natural Vitality Natural Calm Magnesium from the health food store. Mix in water and drink before bedtime.

According to customer support at BulkSupplements, the Pure Ascorbic acid comes from corn produced in China. Just wanted to share this - I'm a naturopathic registered dietitian and vitamin C is something I recommend for my patients with constipation.

Thank you Shari H.

I will check it out and ask myself, and look for another source of Vitamin C in bulk. I will also ask Tony Pantalleresco about it too, since he is knowledgeable about bulk supplements. He recommends PowderCity.com, so I'll probably just start recommending them or at least their Vitamin C bulk product.

If you have a recommendation of where to get bulk supplements or a good clean company, please comment and let me know. Thanks.

I'm not a big fan of synthetic vitamin C - I believe that God created whole foods because the various nutrients act synergistically together. So unless a patient would really benefit from buffered vit C, I usually recommend camu camu powder or amla powder. You could try Pure Radiance C from Radiant Life. But it would be cheaper to buy the powders in bulk and mix - you can get these from Amazon / Mountain Rose herbs / Starwest botanicals (they don't ship to where I live but my patients like the service + product). Hope this helps :)
Let me know if you get a different answer from bulksupplements please. Thanks!
