Commentary & Thoughts:

As stated in the Sweet Freedom Summit, am doing the pine oil, but using the Douglas Fir from doTERRA, which is a terpene.  Turpentine is pine oil.

Also am using the probiotics/prebiotics from Arthur Andrew Medical called Syntol AMD, and am emptying out the cellulose infested capsules and putting into the gelatin caps.

Using citrus essential oils of lemon, wild orange, grapefruit, etc... from doTERRA for the d-limolene which helps dissolve gallstones and whittle away at belly fat.

Tony Pantalleresco warns in the following video about mixing protein and sugars.  Avoid doing that, if possible.  Causes AGEs
