We still have all of our orgone devices, and Salt Lamps. The salt lamps and orgone are great ionizers.
Essential oils are great to help with stress. For instance, one can soak in Epsom salt with a few drops of lavender or other essential oils. The oils can also be diffused in the air. We use doTERRA and Young Living mostly.

NAC (N-Acetyl Cysteine) for anti-oxidant, Alpha Lipoic Acid/Acetyl L-Carnitine (rebuilding of mitochondria), tumeric (especially the curcumin) for inflammation. Serrapeptase is great for inflammation, but be careful with it for Lyme sufferers, as it WILL bust up biofilm fairly fast. We use Arthur Andrew Medical as it's the cleanest mix, save for the cellulose capsules, which we switch out and re-encapsulate into gelatin capsules.
