We've been wondering if the Office of Conscious and Religious would apply to exercising your RELIGIOUS EXCEPTION to refuse vaccination. This was posted to today from the USHealthConsortium.org - PLEASE TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION.

This is a big opportunity to not only retain our right to refuse but to perhaps reinstate the RELIGIOUS EXEMPTION in California, West Virginia, and Mississippi.

The ALERT below is from Eileen Kurlander, the Executive Director of USHealthConsortium.org - PLEASE SHARE with your lists, friends, and family.
Here's to your health,
Dr. Sherri Tenpenny

HHS-CRF Needs Response for Vaccine Situations

After speaking with Arina Grossu, the contact for the Conscience and Religious Freedom (CRF) Division at HHS, it was clear vaccine exemptions did not have a place within the online portal for rights investigators to look into.  AND, after querying their team, Arina called me back to tell me, THEY WERE WILLING TO ADD VACCINE SITUATIONS. HOWEVER, we need to TAKE ACTION and do our part:

We must participate in the PUBLIC COMMENT on the Federal Register by March 27,
2018. We need to make a request to "Expand the categories to include parents, students, and children to file complaints regarding vaccine situations."

I personally feel this first step is paramount to the vaccine community being heard.  I hope you agree and can help us get the word out. You can make your own appeal, or copy our wording (above).

Do you believe parents, students and children should have the right to complain that their religious rights have been violated and have the investigators need to look into vaccination situations that affect their conscience, moral or religious rights?  The new Conscience and Religious Freedom (CRF) Division
believes you do too!

But THEY NEED TO HEAR FROM EVERY ONE OF US so they will expand the categories to include our concerns.

Here's what you need to do. It takes only a few minutes.
1. Go to: www.FederalRegister.gov
2. Insert into
search bar, cut/paste the Docket No. HHS-OCR-2018-0002
3. Click on green Submit a Public Comment Button.
4. Insert your PUBLIC COMMENT, "Expand the categories for parents, students
and children to file vaccine situation complaints."
5. Add your info, your organization or USHealthConsortium.org
6. Click the SUBMIT button on the form. Thank you for helping make a difference!
7. You can also go to the USHealthConsortium.org website - under
TAKE ACTION,  file your own individual complaint (see CRF Division's SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS for filing vaccine situations).

Please share.
