This one is from Montana (see here), but it’s popping up in schools in other states too. If you have signed a religious exemption letter and receive a letter similar to the one in the next link below, you need to know you do not have to sign such a self incriminating and junk-science letter.

Apparently we or something has driven the snake of self-incriminating exemption forms underground, so now the "health departments" wait until the exemption is filed then hits them with this B S. ~Dewey Duffel
