And get ready to take notes…. This episode is jam-packed with information!

If you saw episode one, you know food addiction has been an embarrassing struggle for me. As I struggled with weight, I became depressed.

As I was depressed, it became more difficult to stay on course and manage my diabetes.

I just spiraled downward (and I know I am not alone in that).

While editing the videos in this documentary, a woman who just joined our team shared this story (we share it with her permission):

"When I step on the scale, I feel utterly discouraged, and then I just more.
That never makes sense to me.
Like why on Earth don't I go for a run instead, or go to the gym, or call a friend?
   Food is my comfort…
And I know it's killing me.  Why can't I stop?
Eating this way is like going back to a spouse who beats you."

Did you know...

By the 1800s, the average American’s intake of sugar was approximately 9 pounds per year and presently? Now it’s nearer to 150 pounds per year!

(Yes, we eat a person’s weight in sugar alone.)

And to make it worse, cravings are PART of the disease…

You'll discover tonight... sugar can be more addictive than cocaine.

And it’s not JUST sugar.  It’s also fat. And carbs.  And salt….

Please.  Join me for tonight’s episode and learn what you MUST know about: The Pleasure Trap & The Nightmare of Food Addiction.
