Her reaction is normal, it's abuse and damaging to force someone to wear a mask. Forcing someone to wear a mask is a bigger crime than throwing stuff on the ground.

Okay, so we thought this was funny, although gross. Maybe they wore two pairs of undies, just to have the extra to do this. Who knows?
