The US government would have given to both GAVI and WHO had Trump not pulled out of WHO today! Gavi was already part of the US budget back in February before Covid. The president doesn’t do the budget it’s his health advisers that set it all up. Its most likely Fauci that worked Gavi into the budget. Let’s look back at last years budget and see if both were in the budget last year! Trump did not pull out of WHO then transfer funds to GAVI today like it’s reading on posts that are flying around.
