I had this done several years ago, when I lived in Winter Park. They had a machine called a Vac Therapy, but the machine is no longer being sold, as I can't find it online. I remember it did kind of hurt, but afterwards the blood flow to the areas felt so good. I did it for back pain because of blood stasis at the time, but they also used the machine for cellulite treatments.

Carole Maggio's No Lipo Lipo is even better than this. But doing manual work on ourselves tend to wear us out.
And the Lapex 2000 BCS Lipo Laser is MUCH better than endermologie. It uses a cold laser tech that bursts open the fat cells to empty their contents.
It's also saves wear and tear on the practitioner, as the paddles are put on the area needing reducing and that's it.
