I'll tell you what it means. It means that God is really having to remind himself that he promised never to flood the earth again! He's that grieved!
It'll more than likely burn this time. lol.
I'm grieved too.
If you watch that video, the guy is crying and saying "What does it mean?"
That's why I chose the title. lol
we had four rainbows back in 2009; photographed them, and blogged them. Very beautiful. And we were driving down a river side road, stopped, and there was one in each direction around us- four enormous arches.
We were on the way back from the next city over one day, and it had just finished storming. And to my right (Eastern part of the sky) a double rainbow appeared. it was so bright and intense. We stopped at our post office just to stare at it for a long time. It was like we just took it all in like color therapy. It was beautiful and awesome!
