Print Friendly: A Little Something Extra For Blogger, Wordpress and HTML

A little nice something for printable or PDF posts from here.  For HTML sites, Blogger and Wordpress.  The button only shows on an individual post, which means to click out on one post, instead of the whole page of posts.
