Found Kitty in North GA

Update: We did bring her in due to the severe weather tonight. Please share! We would love to find her owner! 💜

Anyone missing this poor kitty? She showed up on our deck earlier and starts crying when she sees us. She seems like she’s definitely a pet. We know she’s probably scared, but we wanted to see if we could find her owner.

We’re in Mountain Brook subdivision in West Rome off Burnett Ferry Road.

What a beautiful kitty!  It takes a very special heart filled with LOVE to bring in an innocent baby to keep them comfortable until the baby's home is found.  I love reading positive stories like this, where someone is caring for these babies until their home is found.  In the midst of all this ongoing tragedy lately, it's nice to see something positive and people being kind.

With our current two, no one reported them missing, nor claimed them.  So we have two fine boys here.

I Love Mikey too!  Such a precious of Mikey. I have also cried over the loss of your fur boy.  My husband can vouch for that. He, too, said how sorry he is for your loss.

We both cried like babies over our Miracle last year.  My prayers are with you all, and also that one day we will see these guys again.

I want to help my daughter and some of her co-workers to save this baby kitten with two broken back legs.  Neither one of us want to see the kitten put down, so it was my idea and my daughter agrees to raise money to help pay for the $1,500 surgery that this kitten needs.





We have a little kitten at work that my heart is breaking for. It's a stray that a client found. The kittens back legs are broke. Both femurs. The lady doesn't wanna spend a lot of $ because she just found it. I'm order to help it, it needs extensive surgery which the lady can't afford. If I didn't have so many cats and had the money, I'd totally take her. She will probably end up being put to sleep which completely breaks my heart.

Good News!  Since we are all working together in raising money for the kitten's surgery, she will be spared.  Yay!

She called her Kitterz. But the animal rescue co-worker there is also helping and opened up a funding site and has re-named her Sprite.

Our cats love to be petted, but Miracle has never liked being held and cuddled, except when he was a little baby.  You can only pick him up long enough to move him, but he will want down.

Now Breezy will lie on my chest and let us hold him, and be petted and cuddled.

It's amazing how different they both are from one another in their preferences.

Ah yes! This is the life!!!

Awwwww.... poor baby. Poor boy's fur was all matted up, so we had to get him groomed and shaved. No happy camper with him today.

As the day went on Miracle was in better spirits.  His fur was so severely matting up, and he's a touch-me-not cat.  Won't let us bathe him, trim his claws, etc...  So we had to take him in to have him groomed. Yeah, he was pissed, but he was sedated in order to have it done. The lady said he certainly has an attitude.  Well, that's why we paid them to do it, because he won't let us.

Miracle Is More Interactive After Grooming Yesterday. Still being a lazy boy, but he is getting back to his usual self.

That camera's mic is so sensitive, that you can hear every little thing.  Like this, for example...

And also it could be Miracle's loud purring too!

Well, at least he's clean and no more matted fur. Hopefully, when it grows back out, it will no longer knot up in a huge matted mess.  I have long hair and my hair tries to dreadlock up on me, so I have the same kind of problem.


Okay, now, some more vids of Breezy.  She's more of a hands on cat, so we'll be able to do clean and brush her ourselves.
