There were several good articles on this Act  -- all sounding the alarm. But the only two senators mentioned as opposing it are Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren. It appears that Big Pharma is calling in their campaign dollars for a yes vote.

Details on the 21st Century Cures Act
On 11/30/2016 HR 34, the 21st Century Cures Act passed the US House of Representatives by a vote of 392 yes to 26 no. The roll call is here: http://clerk.house.gov/evs/2016/roll592.xml 
Originally the bill was HR 6 and passed the house on July 10, 2015. Many of the provisions of HR 6 were broken up into small bills and ultimately the bill was reworked. The new bill removed some of what was in HR 6 and added more. It was amended onto HR 34 which it titled, "Tsunami Warning, Education and Research."

True Story: A friend of mine just had a baby via emergency c-section and is currently still in the hospital recovering while her baby is in the NICU.
This mother has been through more than any human being could ever imagine having to go through over a lifetime and is still one of the sweetest, strongest women.

She chose to decline the vitamin K shot for her baby because as you can see from the package insert there are clear warnings and because the hospital she is in couldn't pressure her into changing her mind, they then called CPS on her.
Yes, you read that right. CPS was called on her for declining something she has every legal right to decline and every logical reason to decline.
Thankfully another friend of mine, Erin Crawford, was able to be at the hospital when the hospital social worker came in. And ya know what? The hospital was scared of the facts Erin was presenting. So much so.. they brought in the head of nursing, the attending physician, and the hospital administrator to the room to discuss what she was presenting to them.
After 40 minutes of talking to them, the head of nursing and the attending physician ADMITTED they had no idea the Vit K shot has a black box warning (strictest warning put on the labeling of drugs by the FDA when there is reasonable evidence of an association of a serious hazard.)
The hospital lawyer ADMITTED the consent and refusal forms that are given to patients when declining said drugs do not fully inform the patient and are illegal.
They then could do nothing else but promise to leave this poor mother alone.. which is great! But this shouldn't have happened to begin with and it happens ALL the time.

First of all, why is CPS being called on parents for no reason other than harassment?

Second of all, why didn't the doctor and nurse know that the Vit K shot they were not only recommending but harassing a patient into giving her newborn baby... has a black box warning? Shouldn't doctors know every detail about every drug they prescribe?

Thirdly, why is the hospital giving consent and refusal forms that do not adequately inform patients to the risks associated with every drug they are consenting to?

Fourthly, why is the Vit K shot being given to EVERY SINGLE newborn baby when it clearly states on the package insert that it should only be given when the serious risk involved is considered justified?

Some info to consider about Vit K:

"In order to absorb vitamin K we have to have a functioning biliary and pancreas system. The reason we give breastmilk (and delay solids) until they are atleast 6 months, and the reason breastmilk only contains a small amount of highly absorbable Vit K, is because infants digestive systems are not fully developed at birth and too much Vit K could harm the liver and cause brain damage. As baby ages and the digestive tract, mucosal lining, gut flora, and enzyme functions develop, baby can process more Vit K. So it makes sense that they have low levels of Vit K at birth. (and we don't need to inject them with a high amount of synthetic Vit K.)

Cord blood contains stem cells, which protect a baby against bleeding and perform all sorts of needed repairs inside an infants body. In order for a baby to get this protective boost of stem cells, cord-cutting needs to be delayed and the blood needs to remain thin so stem cells can easily travel and perform their functions.

Babies are born with low levels of Vit K compared to adults, but this level is still sufficient to prevent problems.

Several clinical observations support the hypothesis that children have natural protective mechanisms that justify their low vitamin K levels at birth. I don't know about you, but we should probably figure out why that is before we inject now and worry about it later.

Edited to note: For those of you questioning whether VIT K is administered subcutaneously or intramuscularly, it was confirmed by the doctors at this hospital as well as birth professionals in the comments on this post that standard practice is intramuscular.

Why I only let an ABC provider adjust me, or my hubby (since he also took the live seminar training).  Only other thing I will allow besides ABC is NCR (Neurocranial Restructuring), Atlas adjustment ala Blair Upper Cervical and/or AtlasProfilax, since nothing is pushed forward in those.  I will allow NRCT (Neurologic Relief Centers Technique), since no bones are being moved at all.

When I do have ROLFing or massage, then ABC is done immediately afterwards, because sometimes a vertebrae can accidentally get push forward, but that is quickly corrected right after.





In ABC, you do not do any of the dangerous moves. No rotation of the neck and no P to A adjusting. It is known in the chiropractic community that people who are adjusted by having there vertebra pushed forward in the thoracic (chest) region have an increased risk of stroke and heart attacks.

History: Back when people first started noticing that bones out of place caused problems with health, they noticed that some spinal bones (called vertebra) appeared to be out of place backwards. The concept was simple. Find the bone that’s backwards and with a person face down on a table push it forward. It seemed to make sense and that has been the theory behind most methods of manipulation since the beginning, even going back thousands of years ago to ancient methods used in India and China and then in more modern times, with methods developed in chiropractic, osteopathic, physical therapy and others.

Old Idea: In the animation notice that the person is face down. Then notice the two misaligned bones in the center of the spine. One is clearly forward and one is relatively backward. What is taught is to push the backward bone forward (the blue arrow coming down) and push the “backwards” bone forward (a typical chiropractic, osteopathic and physical therapy treatment and widely taught in all their schools). At the end of the treatment notice that rather than being lined up correctly there are now two bones stuck forward. This is why people continue to slump. You will see that immediately changes with bodies corrected properly — the pictures before and after ABC™ treatment.
That backward vertebra, before treatment, would feel stuck, swollen and tender to both the chiropractor and the patient. Adjusting this area of the spine forward, though painful for a second or so during the treatment, often leaves the patient feeling better at that spot. However, they are more forward overall.

This is how many of you probably practice. Chiropractors put people face down and push on their backs all the time. So do massage therapists even though they don’t thrust. Many exercises and stretches by physical therapists have the exact same effect on their patients bodies of pushing bones forward.

You also know that in the same person some areas of their spine move really well and other areas feel like tree trunks. [Vaccination-Liberation] More on HR 34

Dear Leaders,

The "revised" 21st Century Cures Act, a bill that has gone from dangerous to Orwellian, passed the US House yesterday, after it was suddenly revised, revived and placed on the suspension calendar, a calendar usually reserved for local or non-controversial bills that are expected to pass without opposition.  It passed.

 

To give you an idea of just how convoluted this process was, a non-controversial bill about a tsunami warning system (HR 34) was completely gutted, and its language replaced with the worst parts of 21st Century Cures (which had been HR6). 

The 21st Century Cures act states that all patients receiving treatment by any medical doctor may, WITHOUT THEIR KNOWLEDGE, be enrolled in a clinical trial for drugs and devices, as long as there is "minimal risk" to the patient.  The patients are not informed that they are in a clinical trial, and they have no right to say "No" to being part of an experiment.  If they are harmed during the trial, they will not know that they could sue, because any ill effect of the experimental drug or device cannot be traced to the experiment.  This allows the medical establishment to experiment on the population with impunity.  

It also will open up a floodgate of funding from Pharma to medical practices.  The act stipulates that as long as no more the 8,000 people are being studied, uninformed consent is ok.  But Pharma has thousands of drugs and devices waiting to be tested.   How many people's lives will end due to unsafe treatments?  We already know that Pharma cannot be trusted with safety trials (look at Vioxx and vaccines). 

The Helping Families in Mental Health Crisis Act, including provisions for forced psychiatric treatment, even for non-dangerous individuals capable of surviving in their own homes, was amended into the 21st Century bill. 

It makes it easier for electric shock "therapy” to be fast-tracked as a cure for autism, as well as other conditions.

The 21st Century Cures Act fast tracks the approval of all vaccines, and shields drug companies and vaccine administrators from liability for fetal injuries and deaths caused by vaccines marketed for and given to pregnant woman.  

A fellow activist talked to one of Senator Feinstein's DC staffers yesterday (Friday).  He said that Majority Leader Senator McConnell has asked for a cloture vote, which will take place at 5:00 pm on Monday. He needs at least 60 approvals for it to be granted, and the staffer said he's likely to get them. At that point they will have up to 30 hours to debate the bill and a vote will likely take place on Tuesday or Wednesday.

Dear NVIC Advocacy Members,

Just when you thought you could start to prepare for your holiday season, a lame duck Congress is about to “Scrooge” the public over vaccines and give a huge holiday bonus to drug companies. Your action is urgently needed to email and fax your two US Senators over the weekend and call them on Monday to demand the removal of three sections (3091, 3092 and 3093) from a “Christmas Tree Bill” called The 21^st Century Cures Act, HR 34  that was just passed by the US House of Representatives.  A video of the discussion and vote on this bill is available on CSPAN US House Legislative Business (scroll to 1:42:20).

The 21^st Century Cures Act legislation was originally passed in the house last year on July 10, 2015 as HR 6. NVIC issued a press release on July 22, 2015 and Barbara Loe Fisher, NVIC Co-founder and President, released a referenced commentary in opposition to this proposed legislation in which she said, 

“The 21^st Century Cures Act is a drug company stockholder’s dream and a consumer’s worst nightmare,” said Barbara Loe Fisher, NVIC Co-founder and President. “Making experimental drugs quickly available for the sick and dying, who voluntarily choose to use them, is one thing but Congress should not be greasing the skids to license experimental vaccines that government will recommend and legally require healthy children and adults to use. It is a prescription for disaster.”

After passing the house in 2015, the legislation stalled. Many of the provisions of HR 6 were broken up into several smaller bills, but over the Thanksgiving holiday, the legislation was quickly reassembled into a new version including some sections from HR 6 and adding some new sections, amending them all onto bill HR 34. HR 34 was originally a bill that only addressed “Tsunami Warning, Education, and Research”, but was passed by the US House of Representatives on November 30^th as an 824 page monstrosity!    

ACTION NEEDED:

1)     Over this weekend on Saturday December 3^rd and December 4th, FAX AND EMAIL your two US Senators demanding that they remove sections 3091, 3092, and 3093 from HR 34, the 21^st Century Cures Act.   See sample letter below.

2)     On Monday December 5^th, CALL your two US Senators and ask to speak to the person who is in charge of HR 34, The 21^st Century Cures Act. Tell him/her that it is critical all 3 sections, 3091, 3092, and 3093, are removed because they fast track the approval of all vaccines and shield drug companies and vaccine administrators from liability for fetal injuries and deaths caused by vaccines marketed for and given to pregnant woman.  Tell them that if this bill passes without these sections removed, you will be demanding that your state legislators REMOVE ALL VACCINE MANDATES from state law.

Please amend HR 34 to REMOVE Sections 3091, 3092, and 3093 from this bill prior to voting because they shield drug companies and vaccine administrators from liability for fetal injuries and deaths caused by vaccines marketed for and given to pregnant woman and they rush the regulatory approval process by fast tracking all new vaccines. 

Please remove the following sections from HR 34:

SEC. 3091. PREDICTABLE REVIEW TIMELINES OF VACCINES BY THE ADVISORY COMMITTEE ON IMMUNIZATION PRACTICES - Page 302 and 303  

SEC. 3092. REVIEW OF PROCESSES AND CONSISTENCY OF ADVISORY COMMITTEE ON IMMUNIZATION PRACTICES RECOMMENDATIONS - Page 303-305  

These sections fast track and incentivize vaccines outside of the normal regulatory review and licensing process. 

Fast tracking all vaccines is a terrible idea because: 

·        Vaccines are given to healthy people who are not desperate for a disease treatment and the side effects can injure and kill them. (Here Comes the 21st Century Cures Act: Say Goodbye to Vaccine Safety Science)

·        Pharma has no liability for injuries or deaths caused by any vaccine.  (End Pharma Liability Shield Endangering Public Health and Human Rights)

·        Many people in America currently do not have the option to decline a vaccine required for school or work.  (Blackmail and the Medical Vaccine Exemption)  

·        Skepticism of vaccine safety is already at an all-time high, and rushing the approval process will just create more distrust.

SEC. 3093. ENCOURAGING VACCINE INNOVATION, VACCINES RECOMMENDED FOR USE IN PREGNANT WOMEN - Page 305 – 309

This section, which appeared originally in S.2742, includes a provision on pages 307- 309 that forces unborn babies injured or killed after maternal vaccination out of the courts and into the Federal Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP). 

Established by Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 300aa–11) in 1986, the VICP shields vaccine manufactures and vaccine administrators from most civil product liability. The U.S. Supreme Court declared vaccines to be “unavoidably unsafe” in 2011 and removed all product liability from FDA licensed vaccines.   

Sec. 3093 (c) (3) adds ‘‘A covered vaccine administered to a pregnant woman shall constitute more than one administration, one to the mother and one to each child (as such term is defined in subsection (f)(2)) who was in utero at the time such woman was administered the vaccine.’’

It is unconscionable to absolve the manufacturer and vaccine administrator from liability for injuries and deaths when the vaccine is marketed to and administered to pregnant women and yet it is not tested by the vaccine manufacturer or approved as safe for use by the government by a “child in utero.”

Removing drug company and vaccine administrator liability for unborn babies should be removed from this bill because: 

·        Vaccines aren’t adequately tested and approved as safe for use in pregnant women with respect to their unborn babies.  In fact they are classified as Pregnancy Category B and C biologicals because it is not known whether the vaccines are genotoxic and can cause fetal harm or death. There are no sufficient studies looking at the health and the viability of a pregnant vaccinated woman’s baby before or after birth and comparing that information to women who do not get vaccinated while pregnant. Vaccine induced brain and body inflammation and chromosomal changes are not evaluated. See FDA Prepares to Fast Track New Vaccines Targeting Pregnant Women.

·        The government run Federal Vaccine Injury Compensation Program is already a miserable failure and should be repealed, not expanded to include unborn babies. See National Vaccine Information Center (NVIC) Renews Call for End to Product Liability Shield for Vaccine Manufacturers.

·        Pregnant women are already being pushed to get Tdap and Flu Vaccines during pregnancy even though safety hasn’t been proven for the mother or baby. See Vaccine During Pregnancy: Is It Safe? With no threat of liability, there will be no end to the new vaccines that Pharma will target on pregnant women. Legislators should not be fooled into thinking that the task force in Section 2041 (see page 93-99) will provide any protection for unborn babies.

If sections 3091, 3092, and 3093 are not removed, VOTE NO on HR 34.

These are just a few sections of this bill that should be removed. The bill is 824 pages long and there is not enough time to analyze other sections that could be problematic like NIH Innovation Projects to support the development of cancer vaccines in Section 1001 (Page 14); accelerating the development and innovation of medical countermeasures including vaccines in Sections 3084 (Pages 280-281) and Section 3085; and section 4002 on interoperability of electronic health records that could include immunization tracking systems and registries (Pages 327 – 362).  If you have legislative, staff or lobbyist connections in Washington, please contact them asking for their assistance with this.

I have heard of this blood filtering before, but never remembered the name for it.

This is just yet another way of cleansing and detoxification. I have no idea if there is anyone in the US doing this, but for now we can cleanse our blood other ways, with proteolytic enzymes which also cleanses the blood, and rebuild it back with liquid chlorophyll.
