"Based on some new information and for reasons which I'll explain in detail another time, I think it's possible that the real and ultimate targets of the City Attorney's action are the vaccine exempt families, and specifically public nusiance lawsuits against them to force them to vaccinate their exempt children or face expensive legal actions them. For this reason, and to protect the state constitutionally protected privacy interests of Dr. Stoller's patients and their families, an attorney has been retained by the legal defense fund to coordinate family responses and help protect their privacy rights. All the families who have received exemptions from Dr. Stoller should email attorney Greg Glaser (at gregoryjglaser@gmail.com).

Please indicate whether you consent or opppose Dr. Stoller's release of your child's medical records (admittedly anonymized in the initial subpoena request, but there would be nothing stopping requesting your names after they receive the records). This information is necesary as part of Dr. Stoller's initial response to the City Attorney's Subpoena.

Second, it seems likely, that the City Attorney's action is also part of the campaign by the supporters of SB 276 to butress their case to remove physicians from medical exemption writing, and as indicated above, possibly as the start of a strategy to force families of exemptee to vaccinate on pain of expensive public nusiance lawsuits. Third, I think there is or should be a smoking gun out there, evidencing this plan and concerted action, otherwise sometimes called a conspiracy.

If anyone has EVIDENCE (not speculation, surmise, theory) and I mean evidence, like an email, memo or other exchange of communication evidence of such a concerted, coordinated effort, send me an email. Again, I'm looking for hard evidence, which could be Exhibit "A" to some kind of lawsuit.

Fourth, At some point, there will be a California-wide community response to the City Attorney's action. Be prepared. Like i said in my first post, I wasn't looking for this fight, but it's here. There may not be a way to avoid it, so it needs to be dealt with in a large and effective manner because I think I know what's coming if it's not stopped."

A Thing a Day – March 27, 2019

Ok, California, time to get busy! Senator Pan has introduced the bill we have all been expecting. SB276, a bill to restrict medical exemptions in California, has gone live and Assemblything Lorena G, Senator Scott Wiener and Assemblymember Cecilia Aguiar Curry appear to be the first to support Pan’s monstrosity (although no one is officially listed as coauthor/sponsor yet).

What the bill does:

1. All medical exemptions must be approved by the State Public Health Officer (or approved designee).

2. All medical exemptions must be based on CDC contraindications only. These are VERY narrow – basically anaphylaxis.

3. All medical exemption requests must be submitted on a standardized form created by the California Dept of Public Health (CDPH).

4. All medical exemption requests will be tracked in a database managed by the CDPH. This will include personal and sensitive medical information about your children.

5. Any medical exemption written PRIOR to SB276 will also need to be approved by the CDPH and included in their database, by July 1, 2020. If the grandfathered medical exemption is deemed “fraudulent,” it will be invalidated.

We are going to be under the gun on this one due to legislative deadlines – it has the potential to move fast. We must take action en masse. We must show up en masse. Pan has declared war on our families. He has declared war on doctors. He has declared war on the legislators who, in good faith, passed SB277 knowing that medical exemptions would be broad and include family history and be written with YOUR doctor’s discretion. Not Pan’s discretion. Not the CDC’s discretion.

Do these things today:

1. Call the following Senators (we will be calling several a day so that we can hit them all fairly quickly). Urge them to NOT coauthor SB276 and to vote NO when/if if comes before them for a vote.

This broad medical exemption was explicitly supported in Governor Brown’s signing statement. The doctor-patient relationship should be protected. An appointed official who has never examined my child should not be making blanket medical decisions that affect my child. Our doctors know what is best for our children. Thank you for your time.”

*Additional talking points:
-if your child has a medical exemption, share your story, make it personal.
-if your child does not have a medical exemption, let the legislators know it – that you believe the medical exemption needs to be protected so that medically fragile children can be protected.
-Senator Pan keeps reporting that medical exemptions have tripled. What he isn’t disclosing is that medical exemption rates went from .2 to just .6%!!

2. Call the Senate Rules Committee (916) 651-4120 and politely ask that SB276 is double referred to the Senate Health Committee and the Senate Business, Professions and Economic Development

3. You have two legislators – a Senator and an Assemblyperson. Call them both. Urge them NOT to coauthor and to vote NO when the bill comes before them. Ask for a meeting with the legislator (not a staffer if possible – any meeting is great, though) in the next few weeks in their district office to discuss SB276. Ask if they have any townhalls or coffee talks on the calendar in the near future.

4. Start talking to people: friends, family, doctors, nurses, people that value freedom. Let them know what Pan is up to with this bill. Invite them to join Parents United 4 Kids. This is a freedom issue. Not a vaccine issue.

5. The tentative date for the 1st hearing and rally is 4/10 (hearing at 1:30, rally at 4:30). Please plan to get to Sacramento for this. We need unprecedented numbers! Please understand that we are at the mercy of the legislative process – the date could change. We will have official confirmation next Wednesday, but the best educated guess is that 4/10 is a go. We will be posting info about buses, the rally and the hearing in the coming days!

Yesterday, there was a "public" hearing to "adjust" the CA health code to line up with the recent law changes. Many covert, sneaky changes were added... the most notable: medical exemptions are proposed to be limited to one year and must have a contraindication listed (this effectively removes the "family history" clause); the medical exemptions will now be sent to the county, paving the way for a health board approval situation; homeschoolers, grandfathered PBEs, and IEP exemptions were NOT specifically mentioned, leaving these populations vulnerable to poor interpretation; and an additional varicella vaccine was added for entry into 7th grade - so for those who thought they were finally done, yet another shot must be fought. School vaccination exemption lost in California . . . now what?

There have been many responses to the loss of vaccination exemptions in California. The parents who have unquestioningly accepted the falsehoods spewing out of Big Pharma and the CDC (exposed by a Harvard Study) are relieved for they naively believe this change will serve to protect their own children. Those who understand the reality regarding vaccines are appropriately stunned and frightened.

Proposals to overcome the loss of protective exemptions are varied:

1) Leave the state
   
2) Find a doctor willing to sign a medical exemption
   
3) Write your own religious exemption citing the first amendment of the Constitution
   
4) Support a referendum: take the vaccine exemption issue to the general public in hopes over over turning the legislative decision
   
5) File a lawsuit
   
6) Home school your children

7) Submit a legal notice


Perhaps we should take a close look at each of these proposals before we put our time, money or hopes into any of them. Here is our summation/analysis of each one: School vaccination exemption lost in California . . . what now?

All the other states were able to deep 6 all the bills some Nazi legislators put forth to remove vaccine exemptions. But not California. SB277 passed. Their weak argument was, “We’re not anti-vaccine, vaccines save lives, but pretty please let us refuse them sometimes, if that’s OK with you.” 

What weakness! Why didn’t they flat out tell the truth:

Vaccines are dangerous, they kill infants and babies. The US government has paid nearly $3billion to pay for vaccine damaged kids. Vaccines cause brain damage, weaken the immune system and leave kids permanently sick. Further they are ineffective and there’s no science behind them. You want us to be forced to take them? Are you crazy? What is this Nazi Germany?  Stalinist Russia? North Korea?

Then bring a few-brain injured, autistic kids in front of the legislature and the cameras. Get some that are out of control and scream non-stop and have seizures and then with a megaphone (because they can scream loud) say, “You want to force us to have more of this?”

Why doesn’t anyone have the nerve to say they are anti-vaccine? We’re dealing with fanatics who want poison all kids – no exceptions.

Fortunately in my state of PA the bill was tabled. I met with two state reps and they are about as knowledgeable about vaccines as your average MD – meaning they know nothing!

I told them: “There are thousands of voters in your district that want freedom of choice.” That gets their attention If it were just me they wouldn’t give a damn.  “Constitutional rights?  What Constitutional rights?” but say “Thousands of votes”  Now you’re talking.

Tragic News for California

Well Gov Brown signed it with NO religious exemption.  Mandatory Poisoning....

If it was me, I would sell all my stuff and get the hell out of there.  That's pretty much what we did, when FL signed the MSEHPA (Model State Emergency Health Powers Act) into law.

I was like fuck that, and we were out of here within the next two months.

Too bad, we just didn't go ahead and leave the whole damn country.  I'd still like to.

Governor Brown signed SB277 into law.
He signed it less than 24 hours after it hit his desk, even though he
had 12 days to review before making a decision.
What does that mean?
It means his mind was already made up.
This is no surprise.
I posted the comments of my friend Vasanth earlier today, because I
wanted everyone to stay positive. I do believe in the power of
prayer. I also believe in the power of truth. Given that we have
truth on our side, and so many of us praying and visualizing a
positive outcome, many are no doubt asking, "Why didn't it work?"
The answer to that question is because it's not time yet.
Let's think about this...
What has happened in California as a result of Richard Pan's push for SB277?
What has happened is that with every hearing, every testimony, every
step closer to what happened today, more people woke up. More people
became enlightened about what is happening to our children. More
people became concerned about the government over-reach and the
abusive tactics being employed to take away parental rights. People
got involved. They stopped looking at each other as "the enemy" and
they started working together to stand against a common abuser.
California is awake.
Californians who have been fighting SB277 are not just going to start
lining up at pediatricians offices to have their children vaccinated
according to the CDC's schedule, just because Richard Pan and
Governor Brown say so.
Those parents and activists in California are not going to back down.
There are already multiple discussions going on about the next steps,
which include taking the state of California to Court.
Do you know what happens in Court?
There's this very important thing called "Discovery."
Discovery means witnesses are called and they get to tell their
stories. In public. On the record. For everyone to see and hear.
Discovery is what has been denied in Vaccine Court. Parents of
vaccine-injured children have been silenced. Until now.
The doors have just swung wide open.
It would have been far better for the pharmaceutical industry if
Governor Brown had vetoed SB277.
And, guess what? That's not the only good news...
As a result of what has just happened in California, more and more
parents and activists around the globe are becoming informed about
vaccine injuries. People who never even questioned are pausing and
paying attention. If it weren't for the fight in California, many
people who are now questioning the safety and efficacy of vaccines
would not have ever even given a glance. They are now wondering,
"What is this all about? Maybe we should investigate a little further."
As we all know, once a parent starts investigating, he or she is not
going to stop. That can only work in favor of truth.
The third positive thing that comes as a result of Governor Brown's
signature on SB277 is this...
"The Legislature, after considerable debate, specifically amended
SB277, to exempt a child from immunization WHENEVER the child's
physician concludes that there are circumstances, including BUT NOT
LIMITED TO, family medical history, for which the physician does not
recommend immunization...
Thus, SB277, while requiring that school children be vaccinated,
explicitly provides an exception when a physician believes that
circumstances - in the judgement and sound discretion of the
physician - so warrant."
Governor Brown's emphasis on this aspect - expanded medical exemption
- paves the way for legal challenges to SB277 if school systems and
health departments refuse to accept a physician's written medical
exemption - FOR ANY REASON. This has been a huge problem for families
seeking medical exemptions for their children, and not just in California.
I am not naive enough to believe this will work the way it is written.
I don't think Governor Brown is, either.
One final word about what happened today...
I know many, and especially many of those in California, are grieving
today. Some may be panicking. Many are no doubt being triggered by
the recurring trauma they have endured as a result of vaccine-injury
and repeated denial and threats (this is a big threat) by their
government. I am genuinely sorry for what my California friends are
feeling. You deserve to grieve. Your pain is real. Your fear is
justified. Allow yourself to feel it. Honor those feelings and
emotions so they do not cloud your judgement as you pick yourself up
and prepare for the next leg of this journey. This is a MISSION and
YOU have been chosen. Your work is going to end up saving not only
your children, but all of our children, and ultimately, the future of
humanity itself.
Without these challenges, and without your strength, your
extraordinary care and concern, and your willingness to stand up for
what is right and not back down, many who are now awake would still
be ignorant of the danger that is heading for their own families.
If SB277 had been vetoed, things would have died down, not only in
California, but in the rest of the country. That's why this is
happening. It is not time for things to die down.
This is just the beginning.
I hope you are all organizing in your own states. If not, get busy.
