Okay, about wheat and these other damn "whole grains".... When a piece of whole grain bread spikes someone's blood glucose to 170, there's something seriously wrong. Hell, even a snickers bar barely puts some people over 150 at 1-hour and 2-hour postprandial.  You won't see blood glucose go above 130 on paleo/primal foods. I'm not diabetic, but I totally understand the research given and it's very clear that microvascular damage begins to occur at blood glucose levels >140. Not to mention the un-felt downstream effects of glycation (which, by the way increases as the blood glucose level increases). We're talking oxidized LDL particles, downregulated nitric oxide activity, increased vascular permeability, and increased prothrombotic properties of the vessel walls. That, folks, is a recipe for heart disease. So, those of you that want to defend wheat and these other GMO whole grains, go right ahead, but there is NO Science to secure any arguments. And don't even get me started on high fructose corn syrup (GMO) and mainstream dairy that is full of genetically engineered (GMO) bovine growth hormones.

This current weight problem in the US is from all this grain eating. Grains have zero nutrition. Wheat, Oats, Barley and Rye are full of gluten, and that toxic Gliadin protein. And this low fat craze is also a scam. It isn't the fat, it's the grains and the sugar. Grains spike the insulin, and repeated insulin spikes happens every time one eats grains (breads, cakes, cookies, cereals, oatmeal, breakfast bars, etc...). When the spikes keep happening, it leads to insulin resistance (and leptin resistance). Insulin resistance leads to type II diabetes. And complicate that with mainstream dairy full of genetically engineered bovine growth hormones, processed sugar, and GMO High Fructose corn syrup, and you have a recipe for disaster

Make no mistake, Grains are the worst thing for skin and body. And not only that, it's a Eugenics Project. Modern wheat is GMO.  Corn is a grain and also GMO.

Police Seize 10 Children because they're home-schooled [and most likely unvaccinated]

Not only is this family living 'off grid', they are educating their children themselves using the fabulous technique of non-schooling.

It is likely that all of the children in this family have a Birth Certificate registered with the STATE. Because of the Birth Certificate the STATE presumes Parens Patraie, which includes compulsory education & mandatory vaccination. This 'presumption' must be challenged.

These parents have been tricked into cooperating. In LAWFULLY YOURS (pg 42), there is an explanation as to how this 'game' is played. Unless people recognize that our 'system' is something other that what we've been taught, they will continue to be victimized by it.

ok I must admit also this report it's a little bit technical.

This report shows that posture is directly connected to the correlation between skull and jaw.

If your teeth are not sufficiently extruded in a symmetric way, you will most probably run into postural problems such as scoliosis, kyphosis, lordosis, asymmetries and musculoskeletal twists.

He's still good looking but not symmetrical.  So what the fuck happened to all of us?

The skull rests on the jaw. The ‘bite’ acts as a pivot and by its thickness makes the jaw work like a lever. As a result the skull is pushed into an ideal physiological postural position, stretching the spine as a consequence. This means that the skull changes its slope in relation to the jaw and is raised in the premolar and molar zones to an extent proportional to the non-extrusion of these teeth. The lack of dental height is caused by the non-extrusion or sinking of the molar and premolar teeth. The space which is created between the dental arcs is in proportion to the dental height which is lacking in the individual mouth.

So this having small teeth, or missing teeth is why our entire skull and body collapses.  Those with missing teeth, may have to get a dentist involved, in order to make sure it's leveled and correct.

This can be used along with NCR, Face pulling, ABC, palate expansion (Bioblock, DNA Appliance, Homeoblock, etc..), and other modalities.

NCR, ABC and some face pulling has given me a bit more symmetry, but missing those molars (thanks idiots!), I will have to have this too, in order to jack up the back of my skull.  This is precisely why my Atlas wont' stay in, and there is compression below the skull.  There are no words in the dictionary that exist that describes how miserable I've been in this body.

With all this being the "norm" now, this tells me that we're not fearfully and wonderfully made, but more like half assed slapped together.  lol

And it's not about looks either.  It's about feeling well and being functional.  This is why people are so grouchy, especially when aging.

I didn't even grow three of my wisdom teeth, so God owes me those three teeth.  I'd like to have them now please.  Thanks!
