Before one can “legally” transport Ebola patients to “death camps” and await the inevitable, the public must be reassured that the rule of law is being followed.

When Ebola strikes, the changes in the handling of Ebola patients have already been planned for through a series of legal actions, most of them are Executive Orders. For example, the Executive Order, entitled Revised List of Quarantinable Communicable Diseases, amends Executive Order 13295, passed by George W. Bush in April 2003, which allows for the, “apprehension, detention, or conditional release of individuals”, and Ebola is specifically mentioned. Obama’s executive order, entitled, Revised List of Quarantinable Communicable Diseases, amends Bush’s Executive Order 13295, which allows for the, “apprehension, detention, or conditional release of individuals  to prevent the introduction, transmission, or spread of suspected communicable diseases.”

Even though President Bush specifically mentioned Ebola as an illness which would permit the authorities to utilize forced quarantines, Obama takes this portion of the Executive Order to a whole new level. Obama has granted his administration the authority to detain, in any manner deemed necessary, any person who demonstrates any degree of respiratory distress. This means people with noninfectious asthma could be detained.

When the forced transport of Ebola patients begins to occur, relatively healthy people will be joining them in this death parade march. The operational details will be covered later in this article.

Once you understand the Bond v UNITED STATES case, you will see the issue in a whole new - and more accurate - way.

Hodges said a mouthful in his very first statement:

If you think of placing people into custody for the purpose of inoculation and/or quarantine as crime scene number one, you will understand that is where we need to deny our consent. Once in the "custody" of the corporation's employees, it will be presumed that you have acquiesced to their authority. It doesn't matter if you are requested or ordered to comply, the response should be the same - denial of consent - in writing.

Remember, today what is calling itself our 'government' is nothing more than a private corporate franchise network pretending to be a sovereign government. All they can do is write rules for non-human legal "persons" (your all caps name). And many of us believe that our best defense (at the moment) is to expose their fraud and NOT CONSENT.

    What is not getting said publicly, despite briefings and discussions in the inner circles of the world’s public health agencies, is that we are in totally uncharted waters and that Mother Nature is the only force in charge of the crisis at this time.

    There are two possible future chapters to this story that should keep us up at night.
[Step 2: Don't be afraid to frighten people.]

    The first possibility is that the Ebola virus spreads from West Africa to megacities in other regions of the developing world. This outbreak is very different from the 19 that have occurred in Africa over the past 40 years. It is much easier to control Ebola infections in isolated villages. But there has been a 300 percent increase in Africa’s population over the last four decades, much of it in large city slums. What happens when an infected person yet to become ill travels by plane to Lagos, Nairobi, Kinshasa or Mogadishu — or even Karachi, Jakarta, Mexico City or Dhaka?
[Step 3: Acknowledge uncertainty and don't overly reassure.]

    The second possibility is one that virologists are loath to discuss openly but are definitely considering in private: that an Ebola virus could mutate to become transmissible through the air. You can now get Ebola only through direct contact with bodily fluids. But viruses like Ebola are notoriously sloppy in replicating, meaning the virus entering one person may be genetically different from the virus entering the next.

     First, we need someone to take over the position of “command and control.” The United Nations is the only international organization that can direct the immense amount of medical, public health and humanitarian aid that must come from many different countries and nongovernmental groups to smother this epidemic.

Translation: global problem needs NWO global governance solution! None of those he wishes to put in "command and control" were elected . . . by anyone!

Alfred Lambremont Webre saw the potential danger of a mass ebola vaccination/quarantine program and responded appropriately by setting up an EbolaGate web page. Many others share his concern, in light of the many times the globalists have attempted to create a massive 'pandemic'. Mr Webre even located the patent for the ebola virus. Former EPA-CDC whistleblower Dr David Lewis also recently spilled the beans on the CDC and exposed many ways the EPA and the CDC are involved in efforts to actually poison the American people. Some folks are suggesting colloidal silver as a defense against ebola. Others have concluded that colloidal silver only works against bacterial infections. Apparently ebola depletes Vitamin C stores.

I finally got the four pages about Ebola in Dr. Levy's book read, and thought I'd pass the information along.  This is on pages 105-108, in chapter two under subtitle "Ebola Virus (Curable-?, Reversible-?, Preventable-?)," in the book "Curing the Incurable: Vitamin C, Infectious Diseases, and Toxins" by Dr. Thomas E. Levy, MD, JD.

The front cover of the book says, "With over 1,200 scientific references."

On page 105:

"...Ebola is probably the best known of a class of viruses known as hemorrhagic fever viruses....yellow fever, dengue hemorrhagic fever, Rift Valley fever, (and many more)....The clinical presentation of these diseases is similar to scurvy, which is also characterized by capillary fragility and a tendency to bleed easily....

"In the classic form of scurvy that evolves very slowly from the gradual depletion of vitamin C body stores, the immune system will be sufficiently compromised for infection to claim the patient's life before the extensive hemorrhage that occurs after all vitamin C stores have been completely exhausted...."

On page 106:

"(T)he viral hemorrhagic fevers typically only take hold and reach epidemic proportions in those populations that would already be expected to have low body stores of vitamin C, such as is found in many of the severely malnourished Africans....

"To date, no viral infection has been demonstrated to be resistant to the proper dosing of vitamin C as classically demonstrated by (Dr. Fred) Klenner.  However, not all viruses have been treated with Klenner-sized vitamin C doses, or at least the results have not been published....

"Cathcart (1981), who introduced the concept of bowel tolerance to vitamin C discussed earlier, hypothesized that Ebola and the other acute viral hemorrhagic fevers may well require 500,000 mg of vitamin C daily to reach bowel tolerance!...

"Belfield and Stone (1975) reported enormous success in the treatment of a variety of viral infections in animals, emphasizing that they had found no virus to be unresponsive to intravenous vitamin C....

"The experience of Belfield and Stone with vitamin C and viral infections in animals certainly seems to agree with the phenomenal success that Klenner reported to his treatment of viral infections with vitamin C in humans...."

On page 108:

He goes on to mention the research of several others and then concludes the section about Ebola with:

"All of this evidence lends further support to the notion that encountering the Ebola virus does not mean instant death.  It is also unlikely that Ebola virus could successfully sicken an individual with a good general nutritional status, and who is taking a daily bowel tolerance dosage of vitamin C."

(Dr. Levy used large IV doses of vitamin C to successfully treat two cases of West Nile, according to the "Boulder Weekly" newspaper several years ago.)

I wonder if the US medical personnel who contracted Ebola in Africa had vaccinations before they went there--and if so, how many.  Dr. Archie Kalokerinos' 1981 book "Every Second Child," about his work with aborigine children in Australia, has a foreword by Nobel laureate Linus Pauling which Pauling concludes by stating, "(I)t is known that immunization and inoculation lead to the destruction of vitamin C.  Dr. Kalokerinos deserves much credit for having made these discoveries."
